Dear Sir,

I, Dr Nisarg Shyah, posted my property for sale on 4 sept. 2023.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.
I received a call from Miss Unnati, that she will be my RM and a contact person for any help required. I am not aware that she is still working with you or not because whenever I tried calling her, there was no answer.

This morning I received a call from one mr. Prajal asked me to subscribe for RM services and I need to pay for the same.

It is so frustrating to have such a bad experience.
My property picture shoot was carried out but the platform asks me to upload pictures. Please let me know how justifiable this is?

I was promised that a content writer will get in touch with me but no one has .

I was also promised that a print advertisement will be published in The Times of India Mumbai edition, no results.

I think in your organization it is the culture of only to hook a customer, collect the amount and then forget .

i hope someone will wake from the slumber and start showing interest in the client and give results.
