MagicBricks — Received only fraud calls in paid subscription

Hi, i have purchased their titanium package for renting out my flat. But from the day i purchase their package they never calls be back for even a single time and after 2-3 days i myself called their customer care to know the status of property photoshoot and to know the other details. After 3-5 days, property went live with pictures and i started getting fraud people calls who say that i am in army, navy, cisf, airport security and etc etc and they want me to scan their upi code so that they can fool me. Every call with their contact details has been reported to [protected]@magicbricks.com and till today i haven't heard back on that emails and not received a single call from a genuine or serious tenant even after 10-15 days. Then i decided to write an email to their support email id and to their grievance but shameless people came on call and said sir we can't help if you're getting fraud calls as we can already added a disclaimer about the frauders on our website. By this they mean that they have sold their subscription and now you have to deal with it. And i am requesting my hard earned money back but they are just deniying to return because as per them i have received the queries and no matter from whom.
