While posting our property in magicbricks, It recommended plans and we
thought its similar plans like nobroker and took titanium plan thinking it
has dedicated RM along with dedicated person for showing our flat as i won't stay in bangalore. Later i got call from magicbricks and came to know that magicbrikcs doesn't have plan equivalent to nobroker where they can support customer with field officer who can show flat in owner abscence. After listening to this, I immediately asked to cancel and arrange refund asap. Immeidately customer care person who called us said that he can't do cancellation and he gave customer care no with options to reach out to that time. But that team is very smart, I have to make more than three calls and they became rude as soon as i asked for refund and even one lady went on for mute atleast for 10mins and later she cut off the phone as i am not leaving the call.
We raised request for refund within 10 mins from purchase over call with customer care and she also knows it. Even we requested for regional head contact no so that we can escalate our issue, they havent provided that also.
After couple of calls, we got one good agent who listened to our concern and he understood the issue. I told him that i wont stay in bangalore, If magicbricks can arrange a agent who can show my property, I am willing to upgrade to that plan. Finally he understood and he said as this is genuie case he is escalating the issue to higher officials to arrange for refund and i was relaxed.
But again i am surprised to see an email of no refund. And now they are saying the ad is activated which is totally false, When we removed that ad it was still in screening stage and that ad was not even published also. i dont know how you people are claiming that we utilized that plan and more over we raised concern to customer care within 10 mins. Plz cancel & arrange refund asap or share regional head email id to escalate our issue.
First time i am having such horrible service from magicbricks. Please arrange refund asap, I am tired of following up with your customer care agents. Was this information helpful? |
