MagicBricks — Refund of my money, valuation package of 2399 rs

Updated by Tushar Tibile Before I buying the valuation package your team member Himanshu Dixit has committed to me that if you are not satisfied with valuation report or not satisfactory with answers from valuer so in that case he will refund my money back to me.
On his commitment only i bought the valuation package of 2399 rs. But the sample report sent by Valuer was not as per my requirements, so I told Himanshu Dixit to refund my money back, even after 10-12 he has not refunded my money. Moreover he is giving false information to me that refund process is already initiated you get refund.but till date no refund.
Kindly resolve the issue on high priority basis and refund my money back
