Hi,
I paid my house rent of Rs[protected] + tax + conv fee) on 4th Dec 2022 in a Citi bank account via MagicBricks rent payment services. From citi bank I got to know that the account I transferred the money was closed on 5th Nov 2022 and the amount of Rs 23500 is declined instantly with below UTR #. I enquired MagicBrick multiple times to refund my amount, but I haven't received it till now.
I have no idea where to go now and get help. Its been more than 2 weeks and neither MagicBrick is helping to resolve this nor Citi bank.
As per the normal case, if any bank account is closed or doesn't exist, then money will automatically be declined and will be returned to the sender. In my case, MagicBrick should get the declined amount.
