Under the guise of Premium/pro MB Prime Services, they take the amount and there is no body to reply in customer service - they do only sweet talking and there PR managers don't bother - they are just namesake - even after numerous mails and call there is absolutely no follow up and no reply: I request to refund the amount charged to me immediately without any further delay. After reading the complaints here, I am confident that Magic brick is coming out as a cheating agency only. Don't see a single positive in last many years. I am struggling too and regret buying a subscription from MB.
