MagicBricks — Titanium pro package/ not a single enquiry after purchasing , refunding of payment

I i purchased titanium pro package for 3999, there executive said this package includes top listing,
but 30th jaunary 2022, i received a call from magickbrick that i have to pay 19000 more to be on top as there package was only for listing and number display, as i am also not getting such response, i already mailed them earlier, and tryng conncect through ivr no possitive response i got
today 9/2/2022 its almost 12 days i am mailing them for refund, they are saying you utilized your package how can i utilize package in 5 days with no enquiry and still no possitive response, why i paid magicbrick i don't know

i request you to refund my amount 3999/- i don't want any fake package
