MagicBricks — worst services post buying their paid package

Team,
I have paid rs. 4, 356 on 1st oct'18 for subscription of titanium plus services for my property id[protected], as the executive had assured that they have direct buyers for my different kind of property and you will share minimum 500 details of direct buyers (Not brokers).
Once i have paid the subscription, till date not even one direct buyer detail has been shared and even no single response has come to my property.
As there were no buyers then why i was asked to take subscription.
Please refund my money else i will be forced to take appropriate legal action.
