Few days ago, i had purchased a gold pack for worth rs. 1875/- for selling my apartment.
The pack was purchased from the mobile app, and i was told from your cust care exe, that i will be able to connect with the potential buyers in that area, and the buyers would be able to see my mob no., etc. And vice versa.
But now, whenever i try to get in touch with the potential buyers, which your app says are 269 in numbers, i am told to buy credits, which is not acceptable to me.
This is clearly a case of misleading the customers for selling the packages.
No where in the app talks about the details of the packages, its only after the customer buys the package and uses it, then one comes to know about the reality
Now the customer care exe. Tell me a whole new story, that there are two different packages, one for responses and one for listings...
We request you to either refund the package money, or change the package, wherein i can get in touch with those potential 269 buyers.
