I have recently posted an ad in you application however there was no single view so far.
Hence with no option left, i purchased silver member ship that was
available on the application. To my surprise the purchase did not go through successfully however the amount got deducted from my bank account.
After hours of dialing magic bricks and no one bothered to answer. Later reached out to bank and been told to wait for 2 working days.
I received a call from a lady form your company 2 days back and she said
the payment was successful and asking me if she can post the ad, does it
sound logical to you while my Ad was posted already and I brought the
package to make it more reachable for customers
Yesterday i received a call from Apoorv for the same reason but at least he
clarified few points which the previous exec did not. I was told that silver
package is on no use for my requirement and should have brought gold
package..
So I have made up my mind of not to go with any package from the app and demand for immediate refund. As per my app the subscription is not
activated.
Later I received responses from MB service team that refund is not an option and I can post ad for the same or different property. Also there are people in the company who has attempted to login to my MB account without my authorization. the same was confirmed by Anoop over whatsapp chat.
