I have scratched a voucher of Rs.200 by mistake..I want my money back...

This is Gautam. I ordered for the very first time today from magicpin but due to an urgency, I had to cancel the order but my refund hasn't been initiated and I haven't been notified for the same. Order ID - #26342890

There is no customer care number available and no support in the application.
Kindly assist me further.

My order was cancelled by the delivery person and i m not getting any refund messages . Customer service is not picking up the call....

I have ordered my food from magic pin but they are not showing transaction id in my app but i have already done a payment and am still waiting from last 3 hours for food in a hope that food will come to my home is am fool or what...

My photos from magic pin account are available in public. I have not given any consent for sharing. I have complained in their site to make my account as private and not to share images to the public, but it is of no use.
Please help in this regard.

I order a meal from magic pin, and order take 45minutes ...suddenly they canceled my order, and rider couldn't contact you cause number.not reachable, than I called the rider and asked him to go and pic my order thru the restaurant, and I also called in restaurant they agree to ready my order again but rider refuse to take order, he said company canceled your order you complained in the magic pin, and in the app there is no option about the...

I want my refund as I have cancelled my order on Magicpin. There is no support system of magicpin and I don't have any option to call them for my queries. They are not providing their phone no. on help and support. It is an issue. My order will be refunded or not I am not able to know....

Ordered from magicpin on 31 December 2021 from restaurant (oh! Its fishy)which accept magicpin pay.when I proceed further for payment money was deducted from my google pay account and order didn't placed on magicpin .
I complained about this on magic pin.they say money will be transferred within 5-7 days .
after this I complained on google pay that "payment is initiated by merchant but didn't received" they asked me to contact...

I have ordered fried and chocolate momo but received fried rice and chocolate momo...

I order from.magicpin but order delivered too late all most 1hr, package was Torn, food was Very tasteless.
Even order item was Missing ..

Very bad experience.
Waste of Time and Money.
Want refund.

I visited kabuliwala and paid using magicpay but the order wasn't received but it was debited from my bank account. It showed successful too. I to reduce harassment again ordered using magicpin self pickup. I have lost rs 141. Please see into this....

I have ordered a butterscotch crunch cake(690gm) from Café Coffee Day via magicpin website. My order id is 16766057 and I paid 57.67 rupees through Paytm. But suddenly they cancelled the order and also refused to gave us the refund the amount. Please help me with this problem and find the attachment with it....

I advice you all to please not order from this app they also don't provide any CUSTOMER care services...
