I ordered from wow momo through delivery[protected] Its been 90 mins but the order has not been delivered. the cs is also not responding and the rider's phone is switched off.

    Successfully payment done but the wow momo shop not received any order from Magicpin. Payment successfully done through Paytm.
    So not received what we ordered through Magicpin.

      Refund against my cancellation of order I ordered food from Abha momos through Magic pin and the driver called me and told me that the light that the location was incorrect and he asked me to send the current location on his WhatsApp I did the same but after 10 minutes driver called me and said that he is cancelling my order or I can collect from the restaurant itself after after that I contacted the restaurant and the restaurant staff told me that your order has been sent from there but I didn’t get any food after that I called the driver and he blocked my contact number so that I couldn’t ask him any questions about this the driver was a total scam and I didn’t get the food and not the refund I request everyone to not trust companies like magic pen for pre-payment as I did but didn’t get anything in return I request you all that I should be heard and get the refund as soon as possible

        Recently I ordered my food through magicpin app! Order date was 24 March 2022 and my order I'd is= #32567468 from Kung Food my order food was chicken lollipop which consists of 8 pieces and I received only 4! Also without chutney and everything! I received incomplete food and still the company is not refunding me instead they are always sending coupons and cheats us!

          Where is my scooter, Scoter boked sept2021, full pymnt 21jan2022, dispatch date 16feb22 & insurance done 16feb 22. my insurance 1 & half month expire but registration not start, who pay my expire insurance, Complained mny times, lots of reference no[protected] & tkt no ola ticket[protected] [protected]

                Sir, yesterday night atcabout 9.30 p.m my wife booked few items through you at azooba biryani centre, jadavpur but the unfortunate episode is one delivery boy namely Suman Malik ( phone No- [protected]) of Shadowfax came to my house with a wrong item which my wife not booked, so as she refused to take the same, the said delivery man behaved very roughtly and roughfly and pressurised and insisting her to received the wrong item but she refused and after hot discussion he left without giving delivery but inspite of non delivery he falsely posted "delivered" on the wall.
                Sir being an Advocate I know that is an offence which is punishable and I surely take action against the same.
                Therefore on the above mentioned circumstances I request you to take appropriate action against the wrongdoer.
                Hope you will not hesitate to take the appropriate action.

                  I have make payment through magicpin Hotel silver seven By mistake on BAR BILL also but Hotel is accepting magicpin payment ONLY ON FOOD BILL.. My TOTAL BILL was RS2218 and in that FOOD BILL was of RS1428...BAR BILL was RS790...
                  I have paid RS790 seprately after i paid 2218 through magicpin.

                      My payment is successful which is confirmed by Google pay but magicpin shows no response and ultimately payment declined. The money is already debited from my account.

                      The delivery guy who just delivered my order named NAVIN ARORA was rude af and refused to deliver the order to the doorstep. Somehow at last, he did came but he is behaviour wasn't appreciated.

                          Hi,
                          My name is Pooja Singh.
                          I placed an order on Magic Pin on 12th Feb 2022 and the payment was done.
                          When the rider came with the order amount Rs 241 but when my family member took the order the rider told to pay for order as it was on COD basis so my family member gave him a note of Rs 500 but the rider told he dont have the change and will bring change by deliverying a order in nearby house.
                          later on he just fled with Rs 500 and never reverted back.
                          Tried to call him several time but didnt picked up the call.
                          Sometimes his phone was busy also but till date he didnt picked up the call.
                          When complained in Magic pin they just refunded the order amount i.e Rs 214 and give giving some voucher of Rs 200 aplicable for one week,
                          i am not ok with this as no proper action is being taken i want atleast the full amount to be refunded of Rs 500 and some action to be take against the rider.

                            It took my money from Gpay
                            And then the dilevery boy was assigned but he did not dilever the food to my house nor did he picked up the phone instead blocking it
                            I tried contacting Support but it's useless
                            It doesn't even respond

                            It very rude behaviour from the app and the delivery partner
