The payment has been debited from my card and I waited for 24 hours but didn’t the cashback or the voucher code kindly loom into it and take action against it

I tried to place an order in magicpin and did the payment which was not successful. The amount got debited from my account. I've waited for 24hrs but didn't get any message of refund.
I am sharing the transaction details.

The delivery partner cancelled the order by himself and also was talking too rudely. Called the customer care were of no use. Nor the money is refunded neither we got the food. Please work on this ASAP before we had to raise this to consumer court. My dad works for government won't take time to shut you off....

I have ordered from Donut bakery Cafe but Vender cancelled my order and I get message from bank that money deducted from my account. nor I didn't get the money refunded. Please check the shop owner he said, he has money in his wallet. Magic pin is denying to send it back to us. Please get us our money refunded as soon as possible....

Srishit gpay wasnt working so shed asked me to pay. Below are transaction details and screenshot attached-

Then, DIWAKAR PANDEY called back multiple times to create pressure that bill cant be generated,...

The company of magicpin, has made me picture of the account made there visible to everybody on the social platform of google which i have not given my consent to ... kindly fix this problem and get my picture out of googel

Hi, i bought a bigbasket voucher on 9 june 2021 of Rs. 2595having code [protected] thru magicpin. Payment for the voucher is done thru google pay of Rs. 2465.25. When i tried to redeem it, it gave error and when i checked in magicpin it shows that the voucher has been used.
I contacted woohoo helpline mentioned on voucher they said i need to send an email. Then i emailed to them about the issue on 10 June 2021 they replied to me on 14 june 2021 to contact magicpin or bigbasket. Meanwhile i spoke to bigbasket guys they said no voucher is used and my wallet has negative balane. And when i contacted magicpin they said me the same thing which i mentioned in my complaint, which was that the voucher is already used. I bymistke orderd something form magicpin yesterday after 1 min i said i cancel the orderd and refund my money back in my wallet they showed me the option but that’s not clicking up and now they said we had delivered your order but i didn’t got the refund and food.
Delivery boy did not return food to the restaurant .

My images from Magicpin even after having the privacy setting as "only me" are posted on google image search. This is a breach of confidentiality.
Please resolve this issue.

I have purchased gift voucher from magicpin on 7th june and just after purchasing when i am trying to redeem it they are showing " This card belonging to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed.

Hi m seijal, i have a supermart in pitampura named freshlymart, its listed on majicpin.we have account manager too mr amrendra.in jan 2021 without asking majicpin has put 25% discount on our store with asking no confirmation in written, call, mail or verbal, which put me into losses because all the items sold were ghee, oils which generally have only 2-5% margins.i got to know about this fraud just a week ago when i was reconcilling my account statements, i found a difference between my majicpin sale amount and app balance..so withoit asking or telling they deduct the discount commissiom from our majicpin balance.when i spoke about this to our majicpin account manager mr amrendra, guees what he told ?
He says that sir its ur fault, you must have pressed any boost discount button. And why would we confirm these discounts or comission contracts doesn't need to be asked or confirmed again and again.
Like seriously? Are the correct on this?now you the only hope for me who can find me justice.plz help sir i have a small business, loss amount is approx 50k i cant bear that.

I was trying to buy shoppers stop voucher of 4000 rs from this merchant called Magicpin the amount has been deducted from my account and the status of the transaction in my account shows that transaction was successful to the beneficiary account linked to the following UPI- paytm[protected]@paytm. for which I have a proof also and all details as well.

The irony is that when I contact the Magicpin for the refund they do clear denial that they have not received the amount. please help. These are fraudsters misleading their customers, looting them.

One of your Merchant L1 had asked me to deposit Rs 6600 and 13000 for liquor supplies (home delivery)they neither send me the Bottle nor my money back ...and abused with me as well and threatened me too..I will complaint on diffrent platforms ..

Multiple Wine shops with number [protected] listed on the site. Charging prepaid money and not delivering. Saying delivery will only happen once a barcode that they send is scanned on gpay or other payment gateways. Remove all listings from the air with this number.
