Refund for wrong payment in magic pin

Refund for wrong payment

Transaction was canceled, but the money was still deducted from my bank account and haven't received a refund yet.

Despite the cancellation of the transaction, the money was still debited from my bank account, and I have not received a refund.

Last 4month we follow up your Representative Mr, Kunal & Ravi but they are not responding, we are to much puzzled about your service .
currently we are running Kafe Moizak restaurant and we want you as a Online business partner.

As we already complain to change our Menu & the name of Restaurant which is " Kafe Moizak " instated of "Cafe de moizak " pls take action accordingly on a priority basis...

One of your Merchant L1 had asked me to deposit Rs 6600 and 13000 for liquor supplies (home delivery)they neither send me the Bottle nor my money back ...and abused with me as well and threatened me too..I will complaint on diffrent platforms .....

Multiple Wine shops with number [protected] listed on the site. Charging prepaid money and not delivering. Saying delivery will only happen once a barcode that they send is scanned on gpay or other payment gateways. Remove all listings from the air with this number....

This is really frustrated that i am using your application, which is not working at all.
below are the few issue
1.Rider are not available to deliver this order right now, Please try after some time:- in this i trying whole day but getting same issue.
2. Order closed :- in this when i call the shop they are saying we are open but Magic pin not provide delivery.

Kindly advise why i should use your application....

I made an order on wow momo in sector 22 gurugram using magicpin. My money got deducted from bank account but it shows processing payment from an hour. I also don't get refund till now....

they took 4900 for the purchase of beer and wine and also asking me to scan some barcode which i denied and now they person not taking my call and blocked me.
Do you check the nos if they are genuine.

We ordered from magicpin at around 9:30 but it hadn't received as it's 11:15 . We asked from Fasoos and they told that they had handed over the order to magicpin it's issue of them . Coupoon code - RF[protected] was given instead of a refund or delivery. Thank you...

Today I tried to buy Flipkart voucher and I make payment of 450 by Mobikwki American Express Card. In Card transaction history its show payment successfully amount deducted but in magicpin is showing that payment dropped. Please resolve my problem, and return my money....

On 11 Feb 2021, I ordered from Magicpin from Chizzlers restaurant is near to my office my order id is 1996324, and then the order not received to me so I reported an issue to Magicpin now Magicpin is saying that their delivery boy delivered the order to me but the fact is I haven't received any order and now they are showing order successfully delivered.

Please help to get my money back....

i am mahesh atole tommorow i have doing upi transaction .Acct XXX429 debited with INR600.00 on 06-Feb-21 and paytm[protected]@paytm credited.Info:UPI[protected]. Transaction fail but money deduct from my account please check it and solve my problem as soon as possible. Till time money not credited in wallet or my account.
