        I have purchased the voucher of makemytrip from magicpin and magicpin have cancelled the voucher and issued the flipkart voucher without my concern and now I see flipkart voucher is not working and I'm messaging everyone all customer care still I dint get solution for this. This is magicpin team responsibility to get this sorted...
        But I see there is no response following up with customer care from 2months, and also I have found out this voucher is been issued in magicpin employee mail id and already the voucher money has been added to wallet.

          A merchant associated with Magicpin delivered worst quality of food. Even after reporting this and sharing the proofs with Magicpin they haven't resolved the issue.
          It is the second event in row but no improvements have been made but Magicpin

            All the pictures that I had posted on magicpin are openly visible in google images. I did not give any consent for that. my posts were supposed to be private and visible only to me. I am unable to hide or delete the posts now and there is no option to delete the account as well.

              On Aug 29 order was place with order Id 7886756 via magicpin application and payment of INR 104 was diducted from account but nither the food got deliver not the amount refunded. What kind of service are you doing. Is this the way are you fooling people and looting us for your own pocket filling?

                  The Number Displayed On Magic Pin'S Website For Dmart Mulund West Is Owned By Me And I Have No Association With The Dmart.

                  I am Continuously Receiving Calls From Customer Asking Me Whether The Number Belongs To Dmart Mulund.

                  I Have Lodged A Complain With Dmart Mulund Earlier However No Resolution Is Provided From Their End Too.

                  Kindly Look Into The Matter As I Am Facing A Lot Of Problem.

                      I ordered a dish and failed to pick up a call from the delivery person, they are not even refunding the food charge neither did they send the food again! Atleast minus the service charge and send back the amount. This isn't fair.

                            The delivery partner cancelled the order by himself and also was talking too rudely. Called the customer care were of no use. Nor the money is refunded neither we got the food. Please work on this ASAP before we had to raise this to consumer court. My dad works for government won't take time to shut you off.

                            I ordered a meal and the owner of the restaurant cancelled it himself, they said i wasn't picking up the calls but i literally didn't received Even a single call from them. The rider took away my order and even the money wasn't refunded. Work on this ASAP. Soo disappointed in the app, i was ordering for the first time and this happens.

                            Guys please don't order food from them they are doing fraud in this way. I too ordered food and paid online, provided my correct address. However the rider mentioned that we don't serve at your address. The rider picked the food from the restaurant and didn't delivered the food. And when I called the rider he is abusing, and even the magicpin Customer Care is abusing, and now they are not picking the phone.

                              I have ordered from Donut bakery Cafe but Vender cancelled my order and I get message from bank that money deducted from my account. nor I didn't get the money refunded. Please check the shop owner he said, he has money in his wallet. Magic pin is denying to send it back to us. Please get us our money refunded as soon as possible.

                                  Hi, i bought a bigbasket voucher on 9 june 2021 of Rs. 2595having code [protected] thru magicpin. Payment for the voucher is done thru google pay of Rs. 2465.25. When i tried to redeem it, it gave error and when i checked in magicpin it shows that the voucher has been used.
                                  I contacted woohoo helpline mentioned on voucher they said i need to send an email. Then i emailed to them about the issue on 10 June 2021 they replied to me on 14 june 2021 to contact magicpin or bigbasket. Meanwhile i spoke to bigbasket guys they said no voucher is used and my wallet has negative balane. And when i contacted magicpin they said me the same thing which i mentioned in my complaint, which was that the voucher is already used.                                     I bymistke orderd something form magicpin yesterday after 1 min i said i cancel the orderd and refund my money back in my wallet they showed me the option but that’s not clicking up and now they said we had delivered your order but i didn’t got the refund and food.
