Magna Infotech — Delay in Full and Final settlement

My email ID regestered with Magna Infotech is "[protected]@gmail.com". I was working with one of Magna Client "Ingenuity Gaming Pvt. Ltd." at Noida.

My last working day was on 7th of December 2015. Today (7th of April 2016) 4 months have been completed but they didn't start my Full and Final settlement process.

I have mailed them many times on the email id "chandranath.[protected]@magna.in" and "[protected]@magna.in". Please help me to complete my Full and Final settlement as soon possible.

I am fresher. I have signed 1 year bond with that company and in that it was written if within 1 yr if you leave the company then you should pay 50000. within 3 months I left the company. I got letter form Magna regarding this do I need to pay 50000 or not. My certificates are with me only. plz help me
