My UAN No is[protected], I am trying to update my KYC to withdraw my PF but I tried several time but no one responded so it get cancel every time and I am not able to withdraw my own hard earned money

I am the x- employee of Magna and after releasing from Magna with all proper formality I am unable to withdraw my PF . when I am trying to claim for my PF on online sit it gives me a message ...like your reason for releasing is not mention. When contact magna they give me mail id to contact: pf.[protected]@coachieveindia.com when i contact after somany mail they asked me to submit hard copy Joint declaration form along with Aadhar and othe documents etc ..then I courier to the address and when I am trying to contact the above mail mail is getting undeliver and i tried contacting Magan all hyderabad contact number and banglore no response.

Please help. When at the time of releasing i did all proper formalities why they not know reason for release ...don't know it totally stupid.

Hello i am job seeker who got a call from magnainfotech regarding a job opportunity. My interview was also fixed with the vodafone which was supposed to be a skype call. I was given the link for login, but i wasn't made aware of important informations by magna infotech team prior to the interview such as :
1. It is going to be skype for business call and not just a simple skype call. Many o[censored]s specially who are freshers must not be knowing how to proceed with the steps while using skype for business call.
2. Even though a day before the interview i clearly mentioned that i had some problem with the laptop (With a short notice it wouldn't have been possible to fix it before the interview) and hence enquired if i could use mobile interface to make the skype call (Since i thought it was the normal conventional skype call which usually goes smoothly over cell phone too with proper video and audio) magna infotech team did not clarify that i had to use a laptop or a pc as over the phone video remains missing in skype for business call. I was just stated a day before the interview that i simply have to login and the window will pop up for skype for call. Magna infotech team didn't mention that after login there were several steps involved in between like installing the skype for business call plug in etc. My interview was at 4:30 p. M yesterday for vodafone hence i called magnainfotech at about 4 p. M that if i can straightaway make the video call after login and it was after that time that the person from magnainfotech told me that there were several steps after login before actually getting to do the video call. Now not knowing all these facts prior to interview i simply was using my mobile phone for getting connected through skype for business call and i got connected too with the recruiter but to my dismay the recruiter could only hear the audio but could not see the video (Couldn't see me). When the recruiter asked me the issue, i explained him that i was not being able to connect through my laptop because it had some issues as well as there was no wifi connectivity in my apartment at that moment and my mobile net wasn't fast enough. So the recruiter explained me very politely that it was necessary for the interview round to be a proper skype call with audio as well as video and hence he said that the interview should be rescheduled and then he disconnected. After that i immediately checked for magnainfotech's one of the several phone numbers. When i called i got to know it was some woman named aruna or arunima from magna infotech hyderabad (I later on found out that she was apparently the team lead). I simply called magnainfotech immediately with the hope of getting some immediate help and to ask when can the interview be rescheduled. But that woman misbehaved with me. Passed derogatory comments, judged me without even knowing a thing about me. Called me irresponsible without even trying to enquire what lead to that situation, what exactly went wrong. Instead of hearing me out, she behaved very rudely and was blaming me that how could i have been so "irresponsible" and that it was an interview i should have gone to some cyber cafe, without even considering facts that i wasn't even informed about various important points such as i have to make the skype for business call through laptop interface only unlike the normal skype call which is also possible through mobile interface along with audio and video, prior to the interview and that i was not guided properly by magnainfotech team. Now my question and complain is what right did she possess to call me irresponsible and that to when it was not my fault. Was she my boss, a friend or a colleague that she got the right to call me irresponsible and all other stuff. She even went to the extend of saying that magnainfotech doesn't need candidates like me. She tried to show some illogical superiority by repeatedly telling that she was the team lead and that she doesn't expect a call like this and to from a fresher. Is being a fresher so disrespectful and low?? Had she herself never been a fresher once. Seriously was very disappointed and hurt by the arrogant and rude behaviour from her side. Is this the way magnainfotech treats fresher? Then let me remind you that it's because freshers like me that this very company exist and is surviving.

Hi i have big issue, i joined magna for the client indegene life systems on 11. Dec.2013

After leaving magna, there is mismatch in the relieving date by thier pf team, instead of writing 31. Dec.2014, they made it as 31. Jan.2015.

Because of the mistake i couldn't transfer or withdraw the amount.

They did this mistake purposefully or really mistake i am not sure, if there is a mistake they have to come up with quick solution.

I am raising the issue from the day i left, that is on 31. Dec-2014, still the issue is pending since 5 years. There were lot spoc s assigned during my work. After leaving company each spoc would say its on process but no answer for the solutions. After sending the documents they will say the pf documents for withdrawal are not to recieved. This how they are dragging issue, are they having proper methods of solving issues or playing with employees with thier money. A person called meenakshi verma, simply responding with its on process. And pf team person jeeva from co achive india - (Dont know where he is, where he sits: his mail id says not delivered)

Kindly take this complaint as on high demand

This company gives wrong information about the company saying that a candidate will work for a big company and will be provided all facilities and they also tell candidates that its permanent job, but where as when we join you will be treated as some outsider in the company who needs to work without any infra like computer and basic i requirements, also on Saturday's and sunday's. Also it is mentioned in offer letter that accumulated leaves can be en cashed while leaving this company but same is not given.Also while joining they say u will get experience letter from the company where we are working but fact is that we wont get any acknowledgment from Magna, this company tells series of lies to the innocent candidates.
You can see so many complaints registered on this company, pls save others getting cheated in future.

2 Months back I got a call from Magna Infotech, where they told me join ANZ through Magnahe Offer letter, After . I joined there. They only gave me the offer letter and no Magna ID nor they gave me Magna Email ID. From the date of joining they told me we will give you joining in ANZ after 2 days, 3 days. Like that its being more than 2 months, neither they are giving joining date nor they are giving me my salary. According to ANZ they are paying for me to Magna. But Magna is not paying me. Simply they are wasting my time, my career and my money.

Please help me. Let me know what action can I take.

Last week i went for cts interview through magna infotech consultancy for contract to hire position and they didn't conducted any technical interview.. Just one core java writen test 5 questions they given. And i got selection confirmation mail today.. And joining date may 5th 2016.. But i am shocked.. What can i do... Weather i should join or not... Please reply this is genuine or not.. Friends as early as possible.

Fraud callers, fake callers, spam callers will keep calling you till you give up your current job and then disappear. They pretend for deloitte and accenture. Beware and dont even apply to these companies block them all job websites they are fake and will go to any extent to fool people. Deloitte and accenture even the local authorities in koramangala bangalore are hand in gloves with them.

My last working day was on 7th of December 2015. Today (7th of April 2016) 4 months have been completed but they didn't start my Full and Final settlement process.

My self Shabbir Basha from Hyderabad..i got cheated by one consultancy name Magna Infotech, Hyderabad branch..i got joining letter from this consultancy recently..in that i my joining date was 6th April 2016..but now the HR of this consultancy told me that my job position was cancelled due to stupid reasons..i asked them lot of times is this is ok/true or not...thy told me every thing is ok..due to this i left my previous job.because i got offer(joining) letter...i have call recordings also as proof..please help me to get my position (job) back.

I am Sree Ramanjaneya Yerubandi, worked for Magna Infotech. I have been considered for internal client transition and quit Magna on 20th October. Post 90 days of my relieving I believe that I am eligible to get my Full and Final settlement as per Magna Infotech Policy. I was requesting for the settlement process as a daily routine task with the SPOC contacts I got with.

But my bad luck, I get couple of responses that the confirmation from FnF team is on pending. And from the past two weeks or more, I get the response as 'Auto-reply' to my mails. I am seriously helpless on this regard for at least a response beside processing the FnF.

I have been e-mailing as a daily routine task for an update on FnF process. Really sick of this daily job.

Magna Infotech is sucking the salary of it's Employees like anything. There are always wrong deductions every month from the salary of their employees.It's very Poor Consultancy I am working with as it is a kind of exploitation. I can show the Wrong deductions in case of EPF also. I can show the EPF statement in which the Magna is deducting Rs 1800 per month but submitting only Rs 500 only in my EPF Account. Employer Name: Magna Infotech Pvt Ltd. Contractual Employment with: UnitedHealth Group Tenure: 30th Jan-2014 to 23rd Mar-2015 Issues: Didn't get the salary for the month of February. Not given the reliveing certificates for 1 year worked with them. Not helping with PF Withdrawal. My PF Account doesnt have the amount, which were deducted throughout the year. Description: Issue No 1: I was working with Magna Infotech on a contractual employment with UnitedHealth Group. After completing 1 year, it was time for convertion which means I will become permanent employee o[censored]nitedHealth Group. During this conversion process, Issues started cropping up. All of a sudden, they have called me that background verification process has failed as I didnt had the relieving certificate from one of my previous employer. In a week time, I have produced the Relieving letter from the same employer still they didnt close the case and started ignoring my case, No Reply Mails, not receiving calls. They have not credited salary as well for the month of February. My Timesheet was submitted and it was approved. Issue No 2: They have not provided Relieving letter and experience certificate for 1 year of employment. I have submitted my resignation on 23rd of March and I have the mail with me. Now, they are trying to terminate my employment after my resignation. Can they do so? If required, I can provide you all the document, my offer letter, appointment letter, and resignation mails. I have all the follow up mails with me. Issue No 3: My PF Account No: AP/HYD/0037852/000/0020072 In my pf account, total amount as now in only 1560, they have only submitted the pf for one month. Ideally it should around 1800 per month. I have written several mails to them, but they are not helping with withdrawing PF. Dear Sir/Madam, I worked with Magna Infotech for 3.5 years (from Feb 2008 to September 2011), and have been writing to them and calling their concerned persons since Feb 2014 for transferring my PF deposits, but their is no concrete response apart from some rare replies like "call later" or "write there". It is frustrating and annoying to get this treatment after working with the company for almost 4years!! Please help in getting my PF transferred by Manga, as I've changed my company afterwards. I have worked with Magna for 6 months for WIPRO Client. It was a wonderful supportive environment from Magna. I will take this moment to Thank Magna for giving Support and its Services. Hi Team, I was working in Magna Infotech till 5th of Feb 2014, I was relieved on 5th from the company and as per Magna Infotech policy My Jan month salary would be credited to my account only after 90 days, but as per my request they have given me 70% of the Jan salary and they said rest 30%, along with the 5days salary for the month of February 2014 will be transferred to your account within 90 days, so 90 calendar days completed in this month and they asked me collect the cheque and I have collected it on 16th of May 2014 and it was surprising that I got only 11, 597 as part settlement where as my package was 8, 50, 000 per annum and after all deduction and tax deduction I used to get 61, 200 per month. As per my request they have given 48000 in the month of February which is 70% of my salary and as per the discussion they are suppose to give me 30% of the remaining salary for the month of January and 5 days for the month of February and ideally it should have been more whereas I only got 11, 597 and I have been sending them emails they keep on routing me some other person and they don't respond to my call. It's been humiliating as they have done this thrice to me as I have already face this twice during my tenureship in Magna. Will you guys please help in resolving this ASAP. Please do help me ASAP

An interview was conducted by magna and I cleared the interview and got offer letter from magna for client Sunlife financial, Gurgaun.Only because of Magna I left my company and now they are refusing to make me join in Sunlife financial. kindly look into this matter because of them I am jobless now. My previous company was HCL technologies

There was interview conducted by magna on 3rd Oct, 2013 for sunlife financial client and on 17th they said I have cleared interview and gave me offer letter. Only because of them I left my company and now they are saying that there is delay in the joining, and in last they are refusing to make me join. Kindly look into this matter.

I received mail from one the executive Sandeep (mail id: [protected]@magna.in and phone no.: [protected]) of Magna in May 13, 2013 and they informed me about the interview in Sapient Gurgaon held on May 14, 2013. I gave the interview and received the confirmation mail from Magna Infotech that i was selected and joining date will be June 03, 2013. Sandeep informed me that i have to send my resignation letter asap for the rest of the formalities and i act accordingly. On May 20, 2013, Sandeep sent me address and contact person detail of the Magna, here in Gurgaon, for collecting the papers. But later on Sandeep informed me that, mentioned contact person in Gurgaon is out of office due to some medical emergency.

Now the real problem starts, after May 25, 2013, Sandeep stops picking up my phone and stop reverting my. mails. I tried to contact him atleast 50 times but he never turned to me. Finally i went to Gurgaon office and met with Archana. She informed me the Sandeep is out of office and your joining in Sapient is delayed. I still try to contact Sandeep but he never responds of my any call. I tried his Team Leader (Lakshmi, phone no.: [protected]) number and spoke to her. She again giving me false commitment and later on stops answering my call.

Now its almost 2 months, i left my job due to Magna Infotech commitment and now i don't have any job in my hand. I had no salary since last two months.

I was hired through Magna Infotech Hyderabad and deputed on client side , Wipro technologies Hyderabad.
I worked over 2 month then i resigned from there , at the time of my tenure i will get salary for 1 month and the salary for my last working month is pending from Magna Infotech side ,as per their policy the provide last month salary after completion of 90 on last working day.
My 90 completed on 22 Jan 2013 from that time am am regularly taking follow up from HR people of Magna Infotech but they are trying to making me full they are saying today, tomorrow ,now kind of thing for providing me FNF .

So here i want to say that Its a fraud organisation ,do not join this organisation.

I am really fed up with Magna Infotech regarding the way to settle the F&F .Its been nearly 6 month and still i havent yet received my F&F.I got a call from Magna and an email on 30th Dec'12 stating tht they have received my cheque but its been more than 20 days now for them to deposit the same to my account. I had requested them to deposit the same to my account as i am not in India and they had agreed and now they are just playing up.Someone please tell me how to i take legal action against them.

I am really fed up with Magna they already delayed with my F&F and it's been more than 20 days since the cheque has been received at Magna Office and still it's not yet deposited to my account as i am currently not in India and hence requested them as they did not credit the same when i was in India.Someone please help me how to file a case against them

I left Magna Infotech in the month of April 2012, its been 6 months and they have not paid my April month salary or final settlement, I am trying to reach them through mails and calls, for emails they never respond, and for the calls they either don't answer or they disconnect it. I think they ate my money and cheating me...

I am planning to take legal action against them...
