Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have applied ration card in maha E-seva Kendra behind Makan Hospital, Ganga Nagar, Shri Krupa Society, Old Sangvi, Pune, Maharashtra 411027.
On 23rd December 2020 but still I and getting answer it's still pending, when we applied they strength away said it will take 2month, we didn't called for it, after we are calling them they are just keeping us on hold and giving very childish answers, my uncle has applied in same time in different e-seva Kendra but they gets in 15days.
One day they say your ration card is in process after one signature left then your Adharcard need to link. This foolish answers finished now today they said 2 times your ration card has been rejected, but why? We are asking you on what basis, they don't have any answers just taking time, we are very much frustrated on this.
We are requesting you take some disciplinary action on this and need our money and documents back please
