I have been living the same address since last five years and last 4.5 years my bill was coming like 400 or 500₹ suddenly since last 6 month my bill started coming 1700 plus nd the worst part is, since last one year i have not received any paper bill from this company, i my self have to loging to website and check that. I contacted the person in same company and they always refused my issue with excuse sir aap fridge use karte ho 2 light bulb ek table fan aur ek ceiling fan aur ek chota wala exaust fan use karte ho, iss liye aapka bill 1700 aa raha hai, yaar mere ristedaar goregaon mein rehte hai, woh fridge ac tb geezer aur pata nhi kya kya use karte hai, unka bill 800₹ aata hai aur mera khud kan500 se uppar nhi aata tha ye last 6 maheene se aisa kyun, everyone refused to help me, nd last week i was gone to my home town, without any call without any message they have disconnected my power and when i ask them to fix it, i paid your faulty bill, they are saying tumko tab tak light nhi milegi jab tak office nhi aaoge, arre tumhara galti hai, maine bill pay kar diya, katte waqt toh nhi pucha ab jab paisa dediya toh kyun office ke chakkar lagwa rahe ho, mere fridge mein 5000₹ ka samaan tha, kyunki light nhi thi ek hafte se aur mai gaon gaya tha, sab kharaab hogaya, its very very bad, they are stealing poor family.

    I would like to bring to your notice that i have been receiving very high electricity since november 2017 having consumer number[protected]. Since nov 2017 i have receiving bill ranging from 1100 to 1600 per month. For a 1bhk flat located in pavel adai village rest all society members are paying bill of around rs. 700. This month i have received a bill of amount rs 2450 which includes arrears fro previous month, which has been paid.
    I had approached the local mseb office at bhinagri for the testing of my meter buit the authorities informed that it was not required.
    I would request you to kindly look into the matter and request testing of the meter and the cost shall be borne by me for testing the meter.

    Request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis.

      Msedcl has charged fixed charge 2 times of actual for jan 2019 month bill in entire akola. They are saying they did not send bill in the month of december 2018 but thats not correct. Every month we get bill for last month electricity utilized so in december we get bill for nov and in jan we should get for december. But now they gave bill for jan 19 as per them which is actually for dec 2018. They just changed the name of bill from dec 2018 to jan 2019 but infact bill is for the meter reading of december 2018. And they charged 2 months fixed charge for the same which is not correct.

      Kindly do check the bills in akola all are being charged 2 months fixed charge for 1 month bill.

        Dear sir,
        I want to highlight high electricity bill which i have received for this month. My electricity supplier is msedcl. My monthly bill rarely exceeds ₹2000. But this month i have received ₹6150. Which is nearly 4 times my average bill.

        This is too high. It seems there is something wrong in my bill calculation. A middle class person cannot pay such high exorbitant electricity charges.

        Kindly look at this urgently.

            Reason for pending bill :- first up all the service being at our village is very bad. & i unable to understand why generate bill rs.20110/- because we dont have an load on my electricity. Hence i was not paid pending bill. So my request you to please explain in detail about my bill & resolve early as possible. & note that i don't be paid this amount if not resolve the issue.               Display of above mentioned meter was not working since last 12 months. From last 12 months i have submit my complaint by application, verbally, online to mseb office at bhosari. Officers not denying to replace the meter but till date they are unable to replace faulty meter. Due to faulty meter i have to pay extra amount for electricity un necessarily.

                Hi,
                In month of Sept 2018 I paid the Bill amount 1040 two times on 05-SEP-18 and 08-SEP-18. but both the payments were not reflected and adding 1040 as a pending amount I got the bill as 2070 I paid it on 30-Sept-2018.
                So 2070 Amount needs to be adjusted in next bill but it was not adjusted. only 820 amount was adjusted.

                    Hello,

                    I have 2 br apartment in wagholi, pune in complex name solacia. Mesb meter was installed in june 2018. Since the installation of meter we were receiving wrong bill (Very high) as meter was faulty. Many residents had same issue.

                    We opened many complaints and visited concerned office many times.
                    Wagholi officer told us to keep paying 2500/- per month as average bill promising that they will fix the meter. We have been paying 2500/- which is even high (Monthly consumption should not be more than 1000/-, apartemnet does not have any ac etc. Just bulb light and fan) and only old women and her son lives there.

                    Finally meter was replaced in oct 2018. But still we received bill of 40000/-. Actually consumption is below rs. 1000/- but rs. 39000/ — arrears were added to the bill.

                    Since june 2018 till date we have made total payment of rs 15470/-. It is 8 months since the meter was installed.in 8 months we should not have paid more than rs 8000/- considering rs 1000/- per month of bill. But we paid just double. We are ok what we have paid.

                    But now on top of that we received bill of rs 40000/-. What a scam. Why crushing honest and law abiding consumer with this burden.
                    When i call customer care, they keep transferring the call to one another. Is there anyone who can help us?

                    I request kindly please fix my bill. I hope someone will hear my request.

                      It is very disturbing to see that MSEDCL has given highly inflated bill for Dec-2018. Our monthly average bills are in the range of Rs.35, 000 to Rs.40, 000.
                      We have installed capacitors for Power Factor and the average PF recorded and which is mentioned in the bills is 0.98. This time MSEDCL has charged us for 0.18 PF and penalised us with Rs.14, 967.18 which is highly impossible as we got the same checked by our Electrical contractor.
                      MSEDCL can not and should not burden the consumers because of their inefficiencies and losses.
                      The bills raised by MSEDCL are like a never ending maze problem. The more you try to understand the more complicated and difficult it gets to understand.
                      We are situated in Pimpri MIDC and request MSEDCL officials to look into the same and address our problem.

My bill is coming in the range of[protected] from last 5-6 months and units consumed is been shown as 395 that is same for last 5 months. We used very less electricity last month yet our reading is shown as 395 so we would like to ask them to check our meter and check bill and rectify the amount.

                            I have applied for a new 3 phase meter connection for my new home in shastri nagar, aurad sha, ta nilanga, dist latur
                            Pin code 413522 in april 2018..
                            Mseb dept lost my documents and after three months they again took my documents and confirmed me that new 3 phase connection will be given soon..
                            My demand could not be generated until after more than 6 months though i contacted them frequently for the same..
                            Those people ignored my me all time..
                            Having such pathetic experience i finally
                            Filled my demand online in nov 18..
                            After filling demand ita been almost 3 months they have not yet done with my new 3 phase connection..

                                  Hi sir/ madam,

                                  My name is nagorao hanmantrao nare and i am residential of dongergaon tq naigaon dist. Nanded.

                                  I work in pune and my mother sometimes stays in my village and we have taken the new electricity connection.

                                  I am getting a bill every month for 100 units and my total units are around 240 since the new meter installed.

                                  Consumer id:[protected]

                                  I was told by local mseb man who supplies the bill printout and who looks after everything in nearby villages that 'you have to pay 4000 and from next month bill amount will be very less" so, i paid the 4000 in august.

                                  After this same thing is happening for every month, a bill amount against the default 100 unit is giving.

                                  I had submitted the complaint in the naigaon mseb office in november still, no action has been taken.

                                  My mother also visited office three times and she told that the officer is on leave all three times.

                                  Today, mseb engineer wants to remove the meter. This is totally wrong.

                                  I am happy to pay the amount what we actually get with actual units not some imaginary.

                                  Is this what we get being a consumer who?
                                  Is this what digital india looks like?? Where no one listens to your complaints.
                                  We the common man always wants support from the officers not warnings and the painful visits to the mseb offices.

                                  Could you please escalate this to the highest authority?

                                    Meter gets faulty since july'2018 during rainy season. My average billing units of past 12 months is around 125 to 130 units. However i regularly receive the bill for 325 units.
                                    Made complaint for replacement in oct'2018. So far no replacement happened and huge bill is generating every month counting 325 units of consumption.

Cheque, dd, rtgs and cash t as a cost of my property and i am now lawful purchaser owner of the said property.
                                      2. That, now the said flat is in my lawful possession as owner and i have given the said flat on rent from this 01/11/2018.
                                      3. That, the above builder and it's vegabond helpers have repeatedly committed following criminal cognizable offences for several times as the interval of 3-4 days each. Recently on 29/12/2018 they have disconnected electricity and water supply and committed criminal cognizable offence by stopping necessary public utility services. Electricity connection has been already registered in my name before 2 years and i am paying electricity bill on time. As society has been already formed and builder had handed over all rights along with building possession to society builder has not at all any rights to interference in the building and said premises.
                                      I. Illegally disconnection of electricity on 23/11/2018
                                      Ii. Illegally disconnection of electricity on 26/11/2018
                                      Iii. Illegally disconnection of electricity on 27/11/2018
                                      Iv. Illegally and forcefully entered in my apartment and threatening to my tenant on 27/11/2018
                                      V. Breaking of lock of my apartment dated 27/11/2018 by two person
                                      Vi. Illegally disconnection of electricity on 29/11/2018
                                      Vii. Illegally disconnection of electricity on 19/12/2018
                                      Viii. Illegally disconnection of electricity on 29/12/2018
                                      Ix. Illegally stoppage of water supply on 29/11/2018
                                      X. Illegal stolen electricity meter on 04/01/2019 at 3.30pm and commited criminal offence of theft of meter.

                                      Therefore, i unfortunately compelled to file my this kind criminal complaint your excellence for requesting you to take urgent criminal action against builder.
                                      It is my humble request to call the attendant of builder, mr sushil agarwak and his vagabond criminal helpers urgently for giving warning to stop their illegal criminal act immediately. And they may be severally punished by registering the criminal cognizable offence against them and obliged.
