But in the month of march 2019, it is shown as 615 units, as per the bill above, and bill amount : rs. 7010; which is excessive and unrealistic. If the meter was faulty, it should have been reflected in the bill. Also such a huge consumption in one month has attracted higher slab rates.
It is earnestly requested that the bill be rectified to avoid any financial loss to

        While i apply for electricity meter, i had given proper documents with correct name i. E kamaluddin sadique shaikh but mseb has been mentioned wrong name i. E kalauddin sadik shaikh, i here by request to you please change in your system my correct name. My consumer no is[protected] due to change in name on electrict bill i can not submit anywhere in government or non government office for as address proof.

        Street lights not working from last 5 days
        I am poor Farmar having small house. Having two led bulb of 12watt. No TV, refrigerator or other. Still electric meter shows 80, 90 or 100unit consumption. So my request is plz check all that conditions and change meter plz

            My bill date was 27 feb 2018 but as i was out of town i made the payment on 2 march 2018 with late payment charges..

            But i was surprised to know that the local electricity board employees have disconnected my power connection without any notice.

            As per act if they want to disconnect the connection, they have to give atleast 15 days notice.

            But in my case no such notice has been served also when i called them for reconnection, their answers were very rude & dictating.

            In this regard pls note that as a customer we always ensure to pay our bill on time, if sometimes the payment is delayed we also pay late payment charges. But electricity board employees treat us as regular & willful defaulters & resort to illegal disconnection without notice. This practice is rampant in billing unit 4746. This is causing lot of mental agony to customer. Request strict action against the involved employees & ensure that they don't act like dictator & di illegal things.

              Dear sir, i have already told to the sub devision this matter but they did not help me, my costomer number is[protected] billing unit is-0680. Sir i have paid 1820rs twice its deducted for only two months their after they give me bill they cheat my 1300 plus rs so please investigate the matter and paralyse the company for cheating with costomers.

                  I am from malegaon district (Nasik). I had applied for new connection for my factory project in june'18. Since then my connection is not completed till now. On inquiry i had been told that new meters are not available at malegaon but this non availability of meters is from last 4 months. My entire project is ready but is not able to start without power and my fixed costs are increasing day by day. I had taken huge bank loans and my interest cost is on. Please take this matter as early as possible as i am missing market opportunities. Thanking you

                    My home of consumer number[protected] in panvel is vacant and nobody is staying there. I was getting minimum bill for zero consumption and i was paying the same. But in february 2018, there was a fire near meter area and most of the meters were burnt. Those were not replaced for almost 10 months. For these 10 months, i received the bill of 200 units per month.
                    Now the meter is replaced in august 2018 and it is showing zero consumption again since nobody is staying there.
                    I request you to reverse this additional bill of 200 units per month and give me the fresh bill of minimum charges every month.
                    I will pay it immediately.

                      We were out of town for last 4 days. We came back last night and found out that our electricity connection was disconnected. The bill payment due date is today i. E.[protected]. So we went to the main kothrud office and there somebody asked us to pay rs. 236. We paid. Then they asked us to pay 1970 rs for the bill. We paid them rs 3000.00 check.

                      We need to know why our electricity was cutoff on[protected] and bill payment was due on date[protected].

                        I, col paresh chandra paul (Retd) r/o 404, amber, nyati empire, kharadi, pune-411014, have submitted application for replacement of my faulty meter (Consumer no[protected], billing unit-4746, wadgaonsheri sub division, pune, maharashtra) with the assistant engineer, msedcl, kharadi, pune on 12 aug 2017.

                        No action to replace the existing faulty meter has been taken so far. I have visted/contacted the office of assistant engineer, kharadi, pune on several occasions. However, every time they having been telling that 3 phase meters are not available with them. It's just unconvincing that there was no availability of 3 phase meters with assistant engineer, kharadi for last 1 year and 7 months.

                        I am paying excessive amounts every month as flat rate is being charged.

                        You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to replace the said meter at an earlier date.

                          For past 4-5 months i have been experiencing high electricity bill costs, in-spite of regular or low usage. Within this period a complaint was placed to the regional mseb branch office, that looks into the where-about of the electricity consumption of my area. Even after this action the issue hasn't been resolved.

                          Area: warje, pune
                          Average monthly consumption: 150-180 units
                          Current reflection: 261 units [off and on for past many months]

                          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                            My name is sachin shinde, my msedcl meter consumer number is[protected], my address is plot no 105, surve no 124/1a/3/2, siddhi green park, phursungi, pune. My meter is installed on 21/1/2019 and operational sinse 14/2/2019. I can see meter display is not working continuosly. It shows reading only if heavy load such as fan is running.

                            Please replace meter with correctly working meter.

                                My consumer no is[protected] mr kirtikar. I am being charged rs[protected] monthly since last 10 months and nobody is taking my written complaints at kalyan branch near tata power area. Due to this i called up on 1912 and raised my first complaint / request in sept 18 but its was resolved in the month nov.18 as per online status.in stead resolved status high bill of around rs 2000 every month continued reason being i had given my second complaint or request to resolve the same in dec.18 but no solution till (Feb 19) now. When i called back to follow up the same on several times call center people only used to say in process. Finally when i shouted they provided me name & contact of the person who was dealing with my query. When i called him up (Mr gawali on [protected]) on 19.02.19 person picked up and asked me to message him complaint details and my address (And said wait for few days) which was done on same time. Very next day when i called up he was very rude and he said i have to pay rs 236 to recheck the meter and said do not call him or bother him. If had to pay to have my meter rechecked what msedcl is for, just for charging high bill or provide faulty meters. If its not company fault then why i was not treated promptly by the complaint assigned person? Why should i suffer just because people in kalyan east branch are really careless. My actual bill was coming around rs 500 monthly and due stupid people at site i have paid almost rs 18000/- during these months[protected] p. M). I request msedcl to look into this and resolve my query asap and refund or adjust my all extra paid amount immediately. I can not pay more than what i use. I have same electrical things at home from day one & i don't use ac, washing machine or geezer.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I have raised online request for Faulty meter & Change of name with all necessary documents uploaded on May, Jun, Aug 2018 but i have not received any response on it as its showing assigned state for long time. I have asked customer service about it. They told me to go to main office to ask specific authority person which is not in my area. Then i went to this office to inquiry they simply told me that you don't have to come here go to office in your area without checking their system. Then i went to office in my area to inquiry they asked me what documents i uploaded & they need hard copy. I showed them printouts of my complaints acknowledgment. But they did't help me without docs. So whats the use of online complaints i have raise with uploaded docs? Please solve this issue on priority.

                                      I have paid bill of 500rs on 1/02/2019 through google pay. Today while checking through google pay i found that it was telling you have unpaid bill of 510 so i paid it today through paytm.

                                      Please check and let me know whether it is adjusted in coming month bill or whether it is refunded back to my account.

                                        I anil kashinath dhande, consumer no.[protected]. The above electric connection is "permanently disconnected" on[protected] and the meter is also removed on the same date, but the electricity bill comes continuesly even after removing it. We also complained in the mahavitaran office but no action is taken till now. So please help me for the above mentioned problem.
