Hi,

I am Dattatray Bhaud Consumer No:[protected]. Billing Unit: 4405 :BADLAPUR (E) S/DN.

I have been registered for Auto bill payment through HDFC bank.

I am out of India for overseas assignments and my flat is closed from last 4 months. My electricity bill was fine up to Oct-2018.
But suddenly in this month electricity bill is Rs.4690.00 even though no one is using my flat.

Hi,

My name is dattatray bhaud consumer no:[protected].

I am out of india for overseas assignments and my flat is closed from last 4 months. My electricity bill was fine up to oct-2018.
But suddenly in this month electricity bill is rs.4690.00 even though no one is using my flat.

If someone is stealing electricity from my meter please disconnect my electricity connection on urgent basis.

    I am existing customer of mseb. We got new flat possession in nov.17 after some regular bill suddenly meter got faulty and i have start receiving average bill around rs.650 and suddenly in last moth i have received bill of around rs.75000 i have complaint to mseb office their executive check the meter and gave me inspection report and added remarks to split bill unit in 12 months. I have submit the report for bill rectification but nothing happen and again received additional bill of rs.17000 this month. Please solve this issue. Please have look at attached report and electricity bill. Please note that i have deposited 14000 last month to mseb on account of last 12 month faulty meter. You are requested to give me justice as early as possible.

      I have been using my meter from 17years. This meter has been given by builder. This meter has been using for (Water bill) from 17years for the chawl people.
      & now they are calming that this meter of the chawl people.
      Kindly note & send your officer for verification.
      This meter should be the person who’s name is given on the meter.
      Kindly look into this matter & solve as soon as possible.

            आम्ही आपले नियमित गार्हाक आहोत आमच्या सोसायटी चे एकूण १४ लाईट मीटर आहेत, त्यामधिल C बिल्डिंग चे असलेले लिफ्ट साठी वापरण्यात येत असलेले मीटर त्याचे अचानक काहीही जास्त वापर नसताना बिल ४ पटीने वाढून आले आहे. सादर मीटर वरील वापर हा नियमित पणे आहे कोणतेही नवीन वापर किंवा त्यासंदर्भात वायरची बदली केली नाही. अचानक आलेले हे बिल ४ पटीने असल्यामुळे त्वरित मीटरची तपासणी करून द्यावी हि विनंती, मीटर खराब असल्याची शक्यता असल्यास ते बदलावी करून मिळावे हि विनंती.
            सदर मीटर चे हे प्रत्येक महिन्याला येणारे लाईट बिल हे २०००/- रुपये ते साधारण ४०००/- रुपये पर्यत येत आहे अचानक चालू महिन्याचे बिल हे १६४९०/- रुपये हे आले आहे

              Sub: Oil top-upin the transformers for the Consumer Number[protected].

              Sir,
              I would like to bring your attention towards the preventive maintenance required for the transformers installed at Regulus Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Society did a walk-aroundwithour electrical technician and found that oil in the transformers has gone very low. This could lead to the heating of the transformers and may become non-functional.

              I, therefore, request you to do a check and do the preventive maintenance of the transformers located at the society to avoid any major issue.

                NAhitar Mi Tumachi Complaint RTI kade karel ani tyacha tumhala khup trass hoil. karan Manmad MSEB chya sahebanche sarv purave mazya kade ahe. yanni konala kase Express fidder var line dilya, konakadun kiti paise ghetale, permnant staff kahich kaam karat nahi, contract vale kase kaam kartat, express fidder var jya gharala line dilya ahe tyanna kay unit pramane bill yete, konache konache bill kami karun vartun extra paise ghetat etc.etc.
                ase bharpur karan ahe majya kade.mhanun mala lavkarat lavkar kay te uttar dya.
                After 5 months of wait, my complaint that I filed on the app was never looked at, and my connection was withdrawn, why would a customer pay for an electricty that you provide, and you couldn't secure it enough and it was used by someone apart from the owner

                Since month by month my bill is raising initially it came to 800rs, then 1200, then 1810, and now 2400 so what's this happening I'm living in 1bhk flat and usage are also very low so why this is happening I'm really frustrated with this service.

                      There is recurrent loss of electricity of my only house in my area, where as even after lodging complaint there is no action taken from the authorities. We are frustrated by the quality of work provided by them. They ask for online registration of compliment and so we have done many complaints but they are of no use, even the website they have provided doesn't work. Please help us out with this issue.

                        On Friday Nerul office has disconnected meter connection to shop 10, plot 20, Greenland chs sector 40 Nerul without notice.
                        Stating that meter is faulty.
                        If this was the case I or tenant should have been informed about your actions. Again the same meter has been connected.
                        New meter Has not been replaced by your goodsself.

                          Dear team,

                          The for the month of october is very high, inspite of non usage of any additional equipment. The ac usage was also very low as compare to summer and suddenly the bill amount has been doubled as compare to september month bill although the usage is almost same or little lesser.

                          The said complaint has been also reported by few of more residence in our building. One of our neighbour's bill is 9 approx. 9000 rs.

                          There seems be some issue in calculation of bill. The bill period is pre diwali period. One kandil and lighting (20 meter bulbs) used for 5 days after nov06, 2018.

                          My details are as under:

I have repeatedly complained over phone the technician is not attending or registering the complaint, please help to fix this permanently. Also my meter bill is also coming very high please help

                              Namaskar! My con. No.[protected].., bu 4610. I had a faulty meter - green display light not working. I have been complaining several times for supply of new 3 phase meter. My request was formally registered on msedcl computer on 9th jan. 2018 by a helpful young man of msedcl (Mr sameer). Bu 4610.
                              My old faulty 3 meter was removed on 2-10-18. I was asked to pay meter cost rs. 2, 950, which i duly paid vide receipt no.4501663 dt 22-10-18. I made several appeals for the new
                              3 phase meter after the payment, but was asked to wait for 8 days. I am a senior citizen female, age 65 and do not keep good health to keep chasing msedcl.
                              How can i sleep in my flat in total darkness, since they took my old meter away??
                              I am appealing to the senior engineers and officers of msedcl
                              To please assist urgently.

Which was one month only higher side. On enquiry the answere is of meter not in stock request to change the meter.                                     Line from the poll is broken and fell down on the road. The service wire is crossing a road from the poll to reach my house. Many heavy vehicles goes through that road, and the wire touches on almost all the vehicles pass through the road and hence it broke down. Now no power supply to my house. I have lodged a complaint 40 to 48 hours before. Still no action taken against the same.

                                    As loheagon comes under pune city, its the responsibility of the mseb to resolve the issue with in 6 hours after lodging the complaint, if failed to take action against the complaint they have to pay a compensation or fine to the consumer from next hour onwards. If this is not getting resolved then i have to take next legal actions.

                                      Vilas s suryawanshi - address: vikas house, dheku jategaon road, village dheku, tal nandgaon, dist. Nashik is doing theft of power by using 5hp motor with akda with out electric meter since 2014. He is doing it for 2 numbers of 5hp motors and for his own house illegally. All agricultural activities are done with same thing by him.
                                      Expecting quick and hard action and punishment against him.
