Hello,

My electricity meter is faulty as its display is blank from last 3 months, however MSEDCL is sending me bill of around Rs. 8000/- every month from last 3 months.. I have immediately registered complaint against this on MSEDCL call center, however nothing has happened.. Then I have visited MSEDCL vrindavan society, thane west office and met (Mr. Ghatol around 2months back)who has apparently taken the written complaint but not reacted on the same for several days.. On 3rd November after almost 1mth their regional electrician came to my building and taken details which was subsequently submitted to Mr.Ghatol on 4th Nov to act upon it and resolve the issue immediately. However till today the issue has not been resolved and i have received total 3mths bill of Rs. 24420/-..

I request you to pls help and resolve this pending issue of MSEDCL and provide corrected bill amount to me for payment.

Also request your help to replace the faulty meter of MSEDCL without any charges as they replaced the previous meter without any reason and unnecessarily..

Our consumer no[protected].. From last few months huge amount of electricity bill amount arrived without any new electric equipment. In our home only 2 fans and no air condition no washing machine no any other more consumable electric equipment..so pls check meter

      I had submitted the transfer of ownership documents to your virar office. After that i visited that office twice and the officer confirmed that i have submitted all documents and all are correct. When i asked for acknowledgement of those documents, i was denied. Then he called me on phone and informed me that the transfer is still on hold as the form d is not yet submitted. The officer mr. Raghunath chaure said that he will be able to submit the report internally provided i pay him rs. 1300. Also for this payment i will not be getting any receipt.

      This case is on hold from july 2018.

        Dear sir,
        My meter number[protected] is not working since past 6 months.
        The meter was already faulty and giving exorbitant readings.
        Now as the meter is not working i am getting bill at average past reading which is on the higher side.
        I am giving the attachment of the complaint letter in sepember at ovla office mr kamble. I am getting revert that msedcl is not having meters.
        Why am i penalized?
        Request you to please inatall a working meter for me.

        MSEDCL has been notified about my complaint but till date there is no response from their end.

        So if I complain directly to MSEDCL they are not responding and even after notification form this forum they are not bothered to revert.

        Can someone guide me how to make them responsive .

          Respected Sir or Madame,

          My self Vishal D Nawre living on rent at House of SMT Nilima Sandeep Sankheda, Apeksha App, B/101, Mahim Road, Palghar- 401404. My customer ID is[protected] and meter number is [protected], palghar division 1-phase. My mobile number is [protected]. I am employ in private company.

          I am leaving from last 14 months, upto 11 months I have light bill of 300 to 500 RS per month and meter reading were upto 100 units. But from last three month suddenly light bill get above 1200 to 1600 and meter readings between 150 to 215.

          From stating to up to now I have only two fans, three to four LED lights and one TV. And other appliances such as grinder when ever needed. Then why there is sudden change. We are middle class people's. There must me manipulation in lightbill or meter. Please rectify it or change it. I have attaced previous bill and current bill.

          Please sir look after it. It major issue for me.

          I have a 7kv ongrid solar installed in my home which produces around 800- 1100 units of electricity per month. They have sent me a bill in which it is shown that the solar has produced only 326 units. Very very unprofessional lot of people in Bhusawal MSEDCL. I want the bill to be corrected. The same was done before also.

On 19th nov 18 is last date due date of pending electricity bill but without permission my connection was disconnected so i want to complain against mahadiscom for harass to his customer.. How they disconnect the connection prior intimation so please take my complaint and do serious action on mahadiscom.. I want to penalize them...

So I want you to provide my the complete details that why November month bill is twice than the bill for Sep and Oct

                  Regarding my said ref./ no. Meter is withdraw from soc. Connection without intimation as on today due to last month bill unpaid /delay 15 days only.

                  I want inform you that i regularly paid my bill by on line payment before due date since last 4 to 5 year. You may check my record and now for 15 days delay period your system withdraw my meter/light connection without intimation to us, it is not fare.

                  I have paid now said bill of rs. 2510/- as on today immidiate as perr rect no. Paxg[protected] dyt. 19.11.18

                  So, i requested to you please, attach my meter connection/light immidiately
                  As early as possible.

                      It been 7 months since there is no new meter connection provided by Badlapur Mseb. No proper response from d authority. These action from Mseb forced us to live in dark. Not so happy with d action of Mseb. Mseb was so quick to cut d meter connection but too slow like a snail to provide new connection. My appli. no is 14448275. My Mob-.[protected]. my old meter was taken away by Badlapur Mseb for not paying only rs. 70. Later on I approached for to them and they told me that you would have applied for new connection. As per the procedure I have applied for new connection. Also paid the required amount. This was done in the month of may but till today ( November) there is no connection provided by mseb.where ever I contacted them to know the status of my application they told me that they are running short of metres and suggested me to take connection from the neighbour so I had taken it on temporary basis. But how long should I be relying on my neighbor. Once they left the building, again I need to go for searching another neighbor. And it is really pathetic thing and Mseb Badlapur itself suggesting this when put the fact in front of them. Attached are the documens. Application and payment receipt

                        We run a small cafe opposite brahma suncity, wadgaonsheri, pune-14 by the name cheese omelette cafe, we have a couple of led bulbs running, a micorwave and a sandwich griller about 9 hrs daily and average bill amount over 2 years has been ranging from[protected] rs, this month we got a bill of 12770 with units showing as 1500 units which is not possible, kindly help us solve this, we don't have these kind of funds and are already struggling to keep our cafe alive

                          Sir i request you my name is vikas pandey i am very unhappy from 1 month about my electricity bills.
                          My meter consumer name is karunadevi ramsalone pandey,

                          I complaint the my meter because my electricity consumption is normal but my meter reading is high so i had complaint the office they said me paid the charge for meter checking. I paid the charge 13.10.2018 then they checked my meter after 15 days 25.10.2018.
                          Old meter reading is 15310 and new meter reading is 0166
                          After two days old meter reading is 15333 and new meter reading is 182 so new meter reading in unit 23 and new meter reading in unit 16 so different is - 7. So they not change my meter and no corrected my bill and today 16.11.2018 said me our meter is faulted your meter is corrected i do not check and corrected your bill and threat me i cut your line so paid the electricity bill.
                          I hope you help me this request

                            1. Change of faulty meter (No display) I have been following up with MSEB since last 4 month to change the meter because the meter doesn't show display, the officials say that they have not received meter since last few months, I believe this excuse isn't valid. I have given 4 written applications to MSCB office but they just signed and took no action. Every month they are sending bill of 3000 which need to be adjusted every month. This is become additional task which takes one whole working day and need to visit both Moshi office and Chinchawad office. This issue has made life hell I request you to kindly change the meter at the earliest as they are sending the bill for 150 units per month which is too high as per my usage. Who will compensate the Physical, economical and mental harassments occurred due to this dead meter issue. Is there any law which helps the consumer and compensate such harassments?. We all keep mum in threat of cutting the electricity of the house. Please save us from this disaster.

                            2. Electricity unit meter connection cut (When fear becomes reality :() The wire-man cut the electricity supply of home on 14th of November 2018 though I have already paid the electricity bill on 3rd of November 2018. I was paying high bills in fear of electricity cut but instead of changing my dead meter they cut my electricity supply. Really this country is in running on the god grace only. The system is fully corrupt and i doubt the humans are working in government offices. I really expect the help from this forum. If low permits I would have sue them in court for this mental, physical and economical harassment.

                            Now meter is changes but still charging 150 units per month but consumption is 45-50 units per month.
                            Every month MSEB charging 800-900 extra charges and settling the complaint. Really feeling helpless not sure how to resolve it. Even "https://www.consumercomplaints.in" seems useless

                              I am getting a very access bill that is above 1700 since 4 months. Our consumption of bill is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our previous bills were in between 500 to 1000. I request you to plz look in this matter seriously &send ur person to check whether somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty or plz change our meter
                              Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter
                              I will appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest

                                I stay in warje, pune.. Pune is supposed to be one of the smart cities of india.. But in terms of power supply the conditions are appaling.. Every now and then they cut the power supply which continues from an hour to 6hrs.. 7hrs.. And this is a very regular feature.. There is no week in a month where the power supply was uninterrupted. This is sad and disgusting.

                                  In our locality matori - mungsare road, near hotel zopdi, nashik we have the most dangerous issue of loose wires now a days which is going at very critical conditions ans suffers problems so we are requesting you to solve this problem as soon as possible. And i also mention that we are many times complaint this to our local wireman but ha can't solve this problem and tells us some other things

                                    I have received electricity bill for my flat in naigaon east, however my flat is vacant. Also people has removed our electric meter for not paying incorrect bill amount charged. Now msed wants us to go through process of new connection for which we will be asked to pay charges of approx rs. 2500. This incorrect bill is sent to me 2nd time. Moreover staff at msed office in vasai east does not have sense of responsibility & are least interested to resolve our issues.
