नवीन बसवलेल्या मीटरच्या reading प्रमाणे मागील बिल दुरुस्त करून मिळणे बाबत माझा ग्राहक क्रमांक[protected] परभणीत कारेगाव रोड येथे आहे, जुन्या मीटर चे बिल मला सरासरी 150ते 180 readind प्रमाणे येत होते, परंतु अचानक माहे जुलै मध्ये 1215 व माहे ऑगस्ट मध्ये 1202 रिडींग पडली व त्याप्रमाणे बिल आले, अनेक तक्रारीव 6 महिन्यानंतर नंतर मीटर बदलून मिळाले, परंतु जुन्या बिला प्रमाणे बिल येत आहे, मीटर वरील लोड तपासून रिपोर्ट जोडला आहे, तो तुम्ही पहा, ते पाहून तुमच्या पण लक्षात येईल की एवढ्या कमी लोड वर 1200, 1215 रिडींग पडू शकते का, माझे नवीन बसवलेल्या मीटरच्या रेडिंग प्रमाणे नवीन दुरुस्ती बिल लवकरात लवकर द्यावे ही विनंती

    Again in October message received of consumption of 81 units. Last month meter reading on 4th October was 39 units if at the time of meter reading it was. 26 so as per meter reading of 86 on 24 October I should be charged for 60 units where as I am being charged for 81 units which is wrong as they are deducting base 5 units which was on 5 th September when meter was fixed please check previous also for September 2018 complain lodge no reply

      Dear Sir,
      This is regarding my complaint number [protected] which was registered on September 2018. Complaint was made for the incorrect bill for the month of August 2018 which is Rs.4080 and to replace meter as it was showing no meter reading. I am not living in my flat since July 18 but I am getting bills and I am also expected to pay the same.

      However after giving complaint in Rashmi office still my meter was not changed and I got another bill for September 18 for Rs.8400. The bill interestingly does not show any consumption as the meter is not working and no one till now has shown any interest to help resolve this issue.

      I have also send mails and whatsup wth bill copy and meter picture to senior officials but no one paid heed.

      Now I received message saying I need to make payment.

      My questions are:_

      1. Why was my complaint closed online without any change to my issue?
      2. Am I supposed to pay every month Rs4800 though I am not living there?
      3.Why no one actually cares anything about consumers in MSDECL?

      Hoping for the positive response atleast this time.

          Sir, i have received unexpected bills for the month of sept & oct 2018 rs. 9510 & rs. 91, 260. Bills for the month of june, july & aug shows cons. Units : 0. Bill amount rs.65, which is correct as the house is locked since may 2018. I have also given letter to mseb office at vasai east on[protected] informing that the house is locked and charge me minimum energy charges and also made an advance payment of rs. 2000/- in order to avoid disconnection of meter. The main switch in the house as well as near the meter box is also in off position. Kindly check the meter, renew if necessary and revert my bills to minimum energy charges. Thanking you.

              I am a consumer of msedcl and i pay my bills on time even before i get my bills in my hand.
              I stay in mumbra, dist - thane, we are facing a load shedding issue from last 1 week and timing for the load shedding is in the morning 5:30 am till 10:00 am and again in the evening at 5:00 pm till 7:30 pm. As this is the time when our childrens are busy preparing for their exams, our housewives are busy preparing food for their families, people are busy getting ready for their offices and there is a power cut for more than 5 hours.
              I know this is the locality where people uses the power illegally and no actions are taken against them instead we consumer who pay bills regularly and on time has to suffer. I want a strict action to be taken against this and a proper result for the grievance.

              Before complaint the power cut was for almost a 12 hours and now there is no power cut. Hope so the government is in the process of punishing the thiefs who uses power illegally

                Sir,
                Kindly refer to consumer no.[protected]. We have already visited your msedcl office at hadapsar branch since may 2018 regarding wrong circulation of msedcl bill amounting. After visit your officer has assured us that correction will be made in the next issue of bill. Total wrong bill generated for the next month, after request it has been corrected as rs. -920/- and rs. -840/- in the month of jul and aug 2018.
                But as per the e-bill of sep it is observed that consumption unit 1538 and bill amount of rs. 20, 030/-, which is not match & correct. A copy of screen
                Please take immediate action otherwise matter will be taken up with honorable chef minister secretariat.

                  My tenant has complaint earlier about the meter related issue at the sub-divisional office, but there has not been any remedy to the continued problem that i am facing. The normal units used by my tenant are in the range of 150 to 250 per month, but suddenly the meter reading spikes and we are faced with very high bill. For example:
                  Dec 2016 - 168
                  Jan 2017 - 206
                  Feb 2017 - 223
                  Mar 2017 - 199
                  Apr 2017 - 199

                  Jun 2017 - 160

                  Suddenly the may 2017 bill is almost 10 times the normal consumption. This indicates the meter is faulty as these is no change in usage pattern by the residents. Same thing happened in may 2018 and oct 2016. This needs to be resolved on priority.

                      Respected sir,

                      We, arnav castings & engineers (Ace) are the licensee & actual users of the said meter. We hereby state that earlier to mar’18 our factory was up & running & that we had paid about rs.6, 06, 000/= in mar’18 so as to take care of all our msedcl pending dues till then.

                      However, we realized that we are making heavy losses & hence we returned the customers heavy machinery (9 nos.) back to them in the month of mar’18 & thereafter there was virtually negligible work with us. Sometimes only 1 or 2 of the remaining 3 small machines were operating & that too for a single shift instead of the 24 x 7 earlier. We were happy that by returning back the heavy machines (9 nos.) we would be saving on a lot of overheads especially labor & power.

                      In april’18 we received no msedcl bill. Upon enquiring at the msedcl ganesh nagar office, talawade, pune, we were told that there is excess payment in the account & that until it is adjusted the bill will not be sent. However, we insisted for a hard copy & a print out of the same was given to us (Bill for mar’18, bill date 09.04.2018 pic attached along with) showing a negative balance of rs.9870/=. Satisfied with the reply & having a hard copy we left the msedcl office. They also informed us that we can check online too. Thereafter, every month we have been checking online & it was showing a negative balance & as there was virtually negligible work we were certain that the excess payment was getting adjusted.

                      However, we received a shock when suddenly in oct’18 we receive a bill of rs.1557310/= for 181738 units used. The past history of 6 months showing “ 0 “ billing & then suddenly this huge amount with such heavy power usage put us in a critical condition.. As due to this the landlord also put a lock on our factory asking us to settle this matter first.

                      Hence, we state that this bill for the month of sep’18, bill date 09.10.2018 (Pic attached along with) for rs.1557310/= is not correct & just based on some imaginary assumption of the msedcl & thereby concocted. Even when we were operating at full swing such heavy bills never came. The reading of 181738 units is also faulty & given our absolutely poor or negligent work condition not possible.

                      Thereby, we request you to settle this matter at the earliest as our work which was near to negligible has been totally stopped due to the land lord’s action due to this exorbitant msedcl bill causing us huge losses as well as innumerable problems & difficulties. We hope you will rectify the bill (As it should be less than rs.50000/= only) at the very earliest & oblige.

                        My flat is in nallasopara east and from past 3 months my electricity bill amount is coming higher then usual bill amount kindly please solve this problem as we middle class people are facing a lot of issues because of high bills

                            In reference to the 4 complaints and regarding disconnection of electricity

                            That inspite of repeated complaints you have not resolved my complaints thereafter i met your officer mr. F. D. Kar, mr. Wagh and requested again and again to resolve my complaint but no head has been given by them. That today at 12 noon they have illegally disconnected my electricity connection without informing me. That i am working as professional, and i am suffering heavy losses due to such illegal act. That even prior to disconnection of electricity no intimation has given to me. When i called the officer, he said that 72, 000/- is outstanding which is illegal and they are not resolving the issues. Therefore kindly resolve the issue immediately. I am ready to deposit each and every fine but because of your illegal action you cannot disconnect. So take the necessary action immediately.

                              We are running a manufacturing company, and since the past 2/3 months we are noticing that the billing has gone too high, we have already written to the the concerned authority .Regarding this and we have also complained regarding the non functioning of the electronic meter. We do not understand from where you are getting our reading .Pl. Note that since we do not have orders in hand on most of the days their no work and most of the workers are on lay off or we are closed. We would request you to look into this matter and resolve the same immediately, as we are in position to pay these high bills. We have already paid the current bill we hope you will look into this matter and make the necessary adjustment and provide us the credit in our future bills.

                              Repaired 1phase of my neighbour and they did the wrong wiring of my house giving the neutral phase connection, I had made an complaint regarding this on Saturday but they didn't turn up it's being two times I have visited their office but they haven't fixed the issue
                              Light is never provided daily. There is a huge power cut. Customers are taken lightly. No complaint is registered. Rude behaviour of the service providers. Whole area goes in darkness for 24 and sometimes to 48 hours continuosly. No valid reason provided for any power cut. No bills provided to the customers.
                              The WORST service by Baner office.

                                In the past 3 months there has been a significant increase in the billing amount generated towards my consumer id mentioned below.

                                There has been an increase of approx. 300% in the billed amount in last 3 months.in spite of there being no new electrical appliance being introduced at my house.

                                Request you to provide necessary instructions to your department to verify this.
                                I have already done an email escalation about this but have not received any response yet.

                                  I am swapnil sunilbha karulkar. My consumer number is[protected]. The meter reading is taken wrongly, instead of 404 units, they count as 804 units in the month of may 2018. Still, i paid the full amount and then complain online. Complaint number is[protected].
                                  I visited the center at mulshi. Followed all the procedures. Still the issues is not resolved. I have all the mail threads with the mseb officer.
                                  Finally i got a sms from mseb, to pay the total amount else will cut the electricity line. No idea why they are not resolving the issue.
                                  I called the customer care, as per them the line will not be cut as the issue is from there end. Its being 3 months now everytime i got the same response from them but no one is ready to resolve the issue.
                                  Every month they charged me 153 units as an average, with the note as an error in meter reading, i can't submit the meter reading form the app as its not allowed to do so. I have already mailed them and shared the meter image.

                                    माझे मीटर टेस्टिंग साठी नेउन 2 महिने होत आहेत, नवीन बसवलेल्या मिटरचे oct चे रिडींग 168 असून देखील जुन्या मीटरच्या रिडिंगचे बिल येत आहे, माझ्या समक्ष मीटर टेस्टिंग करून नवीन रिडींग प्रमाणे बिल द्यावे, ग्राहक no.[protected], कारेगाव रोड, साई मंगल कार्यालयाजवळ परभणी मो.[protected] सोबत सर्व पावत्या जोडल्या आहेत, गजानन पांचाळ, अगोदरच्या मिटरचे बिल 1100 ते 1200 रिडींग चे येत होते, आता नवीन मीटर बसवले आहे परंतु मागील मिटरचे बिल ते मीटर टेस्ट न करता ऍड होऊन येत आहे,

                                      I am Vinod More and We have applied for new electricity connection for our house. Its been 2 months now and still electricity board is unable to avail the metering box and give us new connection. They are asking us to buy one such unit while we have paid them already Rs. 1589 amount.

                                      I request you to look into the matter to give us new electricity connection. I have attached deposite payment receipt dated 2 August 2018 and quotation given by electricity board for new connection.

                                      Looking forward to quick and positive response and necessary action.
