    Hallo Sir my consumer no[protected] on month ly bill the name Bharat Bhaskarrao patil, the above mentioned name has some spelling correction as follows Sri Bharatrao Bhaskarrao Patil. The please mention ed name has some spelling correction as follows please need to make correction in the MAHADISCOM data. So that on monthly bill it should appear correctly. I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing passport. Please help me for doing the name spell change on monthly bill

        Payment of bill as per meter reading. Since Dec 2017 is as follows Dec, 32units, feb, 37, march, 49, April, 104, may, 156, june, 134, july, 131, Bill amount in R's 220, Rs 250, Rs 310, Rs 580, Rs 1110, Rs 960, Rs 690, then due to water logging meter got destroyed and in August average bill R's 820 with no units, however on 12 September meter was fitted and again in September average bill of R's 810 was issued, we checked meter it showed consumption of 34 units where as I was charged for average 90 units R's 530, when meter reading will come into effect or i have to pay average bill

          Billing circle or unit : this consumer no is a new connection and we are still not moved into the property. The bill of last month i. E. Aug 2018 was not delivered. On 05.10.2018 mr. Mane whose mobile no. [protected] visited the society and mentioned that he has come to remove the electricity connection as the bill is not paid. The security of the society mentioned that they have not received the bill till date and the consumer is not residing in the flat yet, so mr. Mane asked gave his no and asked the security to call me and pay the bill immediately else he will disconnect the electricity. Upon receiving such information i made the online payment and gave the receipt to the security.
          On inquiring i came to know that the bill i have not being served any notice even the bill of the month was also not supplied but suddenly an official comes to disconnect the electricity which i think is unfair and illegal. When i asked him about the notice he said he not aware about any notice and its not his job and asked me to visit near msedl office and inquire about it and he cant help me with it, he even asked to lodge a complaint as he will also be relived from such illegal disconnection. It has been noted that msedl official harass the consumer and disconnect the electricity without giving proper notice and hence must be inquire and action must be taken.

              consumer no.028800522562 — paid bill twice online of rs.1590.

              This is manish kantiwal, consumer no.[protected]. Received the current month bill of rs.1590.
              On 26th september i tried to pay the bill twice online using my kotak bank credit card (Bill pay) and both time i got the error message ‘request time out’.
              When checked next day found rs.1590 got debited twice from my credit card towards bill pay however it is still not reflecting against my bill.

But i am shocked to know that my bill is more than rupees 5000. Hence concerned authority is requestedr to solve the problems. I am the husband of the owner of meter no. Mentioned above. Also your staff near swamisamarth temple in the visinity of parimal society is not paying attention to our complaint letter

                  Respected Sir /Madam,

                  I had closed my meter permanently & paid final payment against consumer no. [protected], But silly mistake made by MSEDCL, they generated bill against this consumer No. How is this possible ?
                  Mr.Akshay Shelke accepted my application for permanently close meter, He acknowledge this application at that time, when i call MSEDCL customer care they not properly answered how can i solve this issue ?

                      There was no reading taken in the previous month i. E.in the month of aug, and we (All residents in our area) were asked to come personally with the photo of our current meter reading and stand in a long queue to pay the bill, as if we had done some wrong. Nevertheless i went with the picture but their system was down and i had to come back cursing the whole situation and hence decided to wait for the next bill... However, to my surprise, instead of apologizing to the customer for all the inconvenience, they (Mseb) came to my house to cut the electricity even though the fault was at their end, a) there was no reading taken b) they asked us to get the picture of the current reading and stand in a long queue c) their system was down... My question
                      Is why should they inconvenience us like that... This kind of treatment by mseb is not at all appreciated.

                          Not provided electric supply last 2 days without any farther information, and they not listen to use, it is daily problem, they doesn't give any response to the phone, also electric engineers of kurdhunda, sub-division (Taluka — sangameshwar, district-ratnagiri, pin code-415611), and they have not proper landline phone. No. If in night any accident occurs, then all responsibility of your mseb/msedcl company.

                            unjustified electricity bill for the month of august 2018

                            1) electricity bill for the months of may-2018, june-2018 & july -2018, showed consumption of 100 units only for every month which was much less than the actual consumption. For instance, photo of electric meter in the july bill itself clearly shows reading - 21851 where in bill actual/current reading is only 20507, consumption by default 100 units has been considered and bill value for july'18 is rs. 568.86 & for june'18 was rs. 269.23 only....

                            I am getting a bill of rs. 910/- for this month. The bill appears to be inflated as my flat was closed from last 5 months. I know for certain that my electricity bill should be only fixed charges, because consumption was zero. I had paid my last bill of rs. 440 and from that time my flat (B-202) has been closed. My all previous readings were zero but last two months suddenly it increases 80 and 75 units per month.

                            I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check whether somebody is doing theft of electricity from my meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so excess bills and when are you going to send your person to check my meter. I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair billing is resolved at the earliest.

                              Please make sure that electricity should be available in midnight between 12:00 to 6:00am. Small infant babies and other old persons are there most of families cant sleep properly and have to rush to their offics and workplace in morning. If we are paying bills on time. Then we need good service by msedl. Issues are not solved immediately at midnights. Please keep 24hrs service to provide immediate solution on power cut unexpectedly.
                              If we are accepting load sheddings for some hours once a week. Then you need to solve all issues in that mean time. I am complaining and writing this matter at 3:00am. So that your department should take it seriously and solve issues regarding power cut without notice.

                                But our online portal showing the electricity bill jul 2018 bill amount 550/-. And also telephonic discussion our customer care 1912 request id:[protected] but no any solution, no any and not update to our portal, so how can i to paid my sep 2018 electricity bill...

                                I have already lodged complaint on 24/08/2018 about cutting the tree branches passing over electric wires and hanging on terrace of my house, then handed over the letter complaint to Mr. Zagade on 11/09/2018. Still no action is taken.

                                  There has been power fluctuations happening in my house from last 6 months.
                                  The power failures are also enormous.
                                  The criticality of this situation is that i had my tv affected due to it. The display is not working and there seems to be expense of rs 33000/.
                                  Also majority of my lights have also fused.
                                  I am in major maintenance expenses because of the issues from the power supply authority.

                                    I have raised the complaints against meter status on mscb app jun on 2018 and still issue not solved. I have submitted application in m. S. C. B office dhule main branch on 23th sept 2018 as well.
                                    I have called to customer care regarding same to solve the issue on priority but as discussed with (Wani non government parson (Customer care executive mscb) saying register the complaint in mscb (As this employees comes under government employment dont have any fear and not solving the customer complaint)
                                    Does we have to give bribe to solve every thing in government offices?

                                    Please help us regarding same.

                                    Due to inappropriate lights company’s can’t work properly and there has been no production due to such issues please see to it as in one day light goes dozen of times
                                    All the staff and workers are sitting like this only without any work complaints doesn’t works to Msacb I think
