I'm getting this error message while i was trying to make bill payment using online site.

    In last week of aug/18, 5 cements poles with wire were down due to heavy rains in my field crops, due to which my crops are damaged near about 3 acres
    Moreover, the dp in my field named gopalrao dp is fixed on cracked cement poles and may collapse at any time and may cause heavy damage to transformer
    My request is, pl remove the poles and wire from my crops and arrange to fix the dp on iron poles urgently.

      unable to pay the bill

      Dear sir / madam,

      I'm trying to pay the electricity bill through online.. But the portal is gving error. Tried to pay through paytm.. Stating msedcl is not accepting the bill. Tried through bank netbanking also... It is failing.

      Request to pl extend the bill payment if there is any technical issue on your website, as i can see that there are many changes in the website. As i'm on business trip request your help...

      pay bill site is not working

      I wanted to pay online bill for last 5 days, but site is not opening.
      Its surprising to see that your provide electricity but there is no current in your website. You are ruining digital india initiative.
      When i opt for view bill option, the error appear. Please resolve this issue asap.

      The consumer is not at home since may 2018 and the house is locked and despite zero reading shown in the meter and the bill, the mahadiscom has been charging bill month after month on average consuption basis erroreously. A letter 3rd august 18 was submitted on 8th august 18 duly receipted by thane power house sub division (Signed by ms nanda mane. Despite this letter, another bll date 26th august 18. Has been sent on average consuption basis at rs 2919 and with previous wrong billing shown as arrears.
      Urgent please correct the wrong bill and respond to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com

        In digha sanjay gandhi nagar valmiki chawl the bill distributor is not performing his duty well. He distribute the bill after the last date of bill payment. We not able to pay penalty for your mistakes. Msedcl i am customer of msedcl and i have to complain about that we recieved message in our mobile that bill was dispatched but we received bill in our hand after the last date of bill payment and its not hppn this time its happening from last 5;6 months what is this how we pay penalty for mistake of yours please slove this problem soon and the area where its happening is digha sanjay gandhi nagar valimiki chawl

          I am an consumer of msedcl i have call to the customer service center due to light cut off but they where giving me the false commentment before this their was another a day i call in afternoon but the told that i have raised the query u will get the notification but in my register no. Their is no completed no. Detail in get every time they where doing like this please take action against this request

          I have call to the customer service but when ever I am call they all giving me the false commentment ur complaint has taken u will get the notification and all yet I have not get. Any notification one day at afternoon I have call they telling me I will note ur request currently server down i[censored]p u will immediately get complaint notification but nothing happens like that so please take action against the customer service center they think that no will make any issue please take action against it request

              As i am not much using electricity but still bill are so high, so i have doubts that someone using electricity through my metere.in my apartment recently done wire change for some issues so think mismatch in wire was happened to my room meter. And i have check for same so found that no on-off switch exists for my room meter. Need your help to sort out problem and need to check meter.

                The correct name should be meletheryil sukumaran dilip while its showing mereletheryil sukumaran dilip.

                  We have been receiving high bill since few months. We visited the mseb office and shown them. They said to pay meter checking fees and gave us the date to get it and also written on the bill that if the meter is faulty they will refund three months bill. Meter was checked and was found faulty. When went to the office, respective officer was not there. On another visit we were rudely told that the current bill and the previous bill will only be settled and asked us to come next day. We are suspicious about the officers behavior and the employees as few of them have visited our premises frequently after communicating such issue to the office. Please take action and resolve this within mseb or else we have to seek a legal action for such response and behaviour.

                    Reference no. My complaint dated 24th august 2018, consumer no.[protected]
                    Till today it is not settled.
                    Upon perusal of earlier bill it can be seen that average bill were sent and in the month of may[protected]units were mentioned in the invoice and accordingly bill was sent in fact you are aware that the bill up-to 300 units is @6.81 and from 301 to 500 it is rs.9.76
                    [protected].[protected].53
                    Accordingly you calculated the amount @ rs.12.53 per unit and deducted 5025.71 from the invoice dated 23.05.2018 in respect of which prima facie it is illegal.
                    Though i am giving repeatedly complaint but nobody is taking care.
                    That even in the month of may our house was locked as we entire family were at vacation in shrilanka and maldives and in the april also our was locked for 4 days.
                    That in view of the above illegality committed by your office you are requested to place the matter before the appropriate authority and correct it as per factual aspect.
                    If it is not settled than i have no other option then knock the door of the court.

                      Hello team,

                      My customer id is "[protected]" and my name is sandhya subhash munde.
                      I have received mail and message to pay the bill but neither the hard copy nor soft copy of bill is provided.
                      I tried to generate the soft copy online but no bill is displayed.
                      Went to your office (Msedcl) for getting the hard copy of bill but they too cannot generate one.
                      Called your customer care to check the issue, but they cannot find the customer details.
                      Last day to pay my bill is 7th sep 2018 and i cannot pay bill online as the details are not updated and cannot pay via hard cash as hard copy is not available.
                      I won't be paying any penalty for your mistakes. Please rectify the issue and provide me the bill.

                        My average power consumption is around 170 - 220 units per month. My latest power consumption for July - Aug'18 period is showing 405 units, which substantially high.

                        There is issue with the meter and it is functioning improperly. I have submitted my complaint over phone with customer care and even visited nearby MSEDCL Office. But, till date no-one has turned to check the meter functioning.

                                Sir, iam staying in regency villa, b wing, room no.104 havingelectric consumer no.[protected] coming under 4697/vasai road west. I received the bill dated 24/8/2018 for rs.2030/= (Last month reading taken on 21/8/18 15.17.35 previous bill reading 4819 current bill reading 5080 consumption 261 units. Since i was on a visit to america alongwith my daughter the flat locked for a period from 8/5/2018 to 10/8/2018 night which you confirm from my neighbours and housing society secretary. From the consumption chart aalso you can see the difference. If required i can produce my visa exit/entry as well as secretarys letter. Within 10 days the consumption wont reaach such a unit. Hence i request you to kindly arrange to make a remedial aaction and correct bill may be issued to me for such a fair aaction i will be thankful to you.

                                  Hello,
                                  This is to inform you that we were regularly paying our electricity bill and always reading were 100 units each month . But the bill generated for July 2018 was for 3462 units was Rs 21, 700. When we complained in MSEB office they told the meter was not working properly due to which this type of problem happened.
                                  Without informing us about the issue and they directly changed the meter. We are facing huge problem and there is power cut off from past two days.
                                  This is totally unfair to us we have paid the money for now !!
                                  Please see to the photos attached as reference and help us to get our money back .

                                    Incident Happening from Past Month - Jul 2018

                                    Electricity is having High Voltage problem which has Damaged Home appliance . This is happening from Past Month - Jul . No Attention is paid by Local Engineers .
                                    Electricity is cut at any time and On ask there is no response
                                    MSEB Staff attitude and response is very late or No response
                                    This has been causing issues to day to day Survival as we cannot fill up Water Motors, Food gets spoiled easily, Small Kid cannot sleep in night
                                    We expect mseb staff to be cooperative and provide solution to the problem
