There has been power cut since last 24 hours and the boatd officers are unable to provide us the status or timeline as in when can we expect the electricity back. The officer was so rude to reply to our query and everytime we call he has only one answer that we don’t know when the electricity will come.
As a consumer we have rights to know the status of the powercut and when can we expect the electricity back. It’s very disappointing to get an insensitive and irresponsible response from the official.

I'm visits the mseb office so many times so please my request to you please take some action.

Electricity utility is increasing day by day earlier it was around Rs 600 and, now it has been increased to Rs 1100 but the daily usage of electricity is same as we used to have earlier.
Please check the meter or else replace the old meter with a new one.
I have attached the image of the bill that has all the details.
Plz power on at mohgaon zilpi tab. Hingna dist. Nagpur . Bcs study very important so I request u immediately action

    Hi,

    I am seeing my electricity bill is getting drastically increased month by month from 500 to 1410 even for the months where I am not at home for 15 -15 days.

    Are we really regulating these pvt distribution companies? I am seeing a clear sign of curruption and fraud how can I get a bill of 1410 when i m not at home for 15 days? I make sure everything is switched off before I leave.

    Please take necessary action, I will raise this concern to consumer court and ministry and pm twitter handle if not addressed on time!

      At village Pimpri Gawali, Teh-Parner, Dist-Ahmednagar(MH) Svy no 355/7 belongs to shri Uttam Dattatray Mandage, a electricity distribution pole is there in nearly collapsible condition since last 3 years, I verbally complained about this to local officers and their superiors several times but in vein, they did nothing in that case except assuring me. May i once again request you to do the needful to straighten the pole at the earliest. If it collapsed during rainy season it would be very harmful to human life. Pl do the needful at the earliest.

        I have complained before one week in panna Lal located in Bhandup West but still no one enquired I got two phone no. From Pannalal [protected] belong to Patil and other one is[protected] belong to vijay I called them many time but they told me this is not my job We cannot do anything
        So what I do I want transfer or restigate these people who can’t do there job

          he has done my meter work
          i have apply for one more meter in my mother name
          i got application no14921242
          but my meter has not been updated uptill know
          the wireman has done wiring from poll
          he has taken cash money from me in the name of billing my meter bill and also apply for neew meter payment but from last 2 month no update i called him but he is not reciving the call
          nor meter bill has been paid nor new meter has been updated
          what kind of service is this from government employee

              Hi,

              Last year October, I got new connection and installed 3 phase meter. From that months onwards i am getting very high bill but last three months has confirmed that 3 phase meter is Faulty as i got bill of 7000+ INR and i dont have AC at home. For last month, we were not in house for 25 days still got bill as 3500 INR.
              I have already raise two request in the past, which is still not been looked into.

                I am Dipti Dolas. My consumer no. is[protected]/4643. My meter was disconnected. I have paid all dues at the time of scheme declared by msedcl and since then I've paying monthly bill regularly. The meter is not reconnected but without meter bill is generated. There is no use of the electricity as the flat is closed.
                Kindly look into the matter and reconnect my meter and charge minimum charges.

                      Our consumer number is[protected], frequently there are electricity issues in our area sector 23 seawoods navi mumbai ..whenever we try to call customer service they are not aware about the issues.

                      I feel shame on mseb mahavitran service, customer care just logs complaints and everytime give us various complaint numbers ..they dont even know when and for what the complaint was logged previously . Hopeless system used by mseb

                      Its 4.35 AM in the night and there is no lights since 2 hours ..

                      I dont know if this description helps also dnt trust this mseb ..still writing to awake u people because we are awake ..

                      Also the seniors are unavaialble to talk and it seems they are in happy sleep and does not want any disturbance as they dont care for customers..

                      I have seen the customer service rating here as 1% but sorry to say it should be 0%..

                        So basically the MSEB did not generate a bill for three months and suddenly sent a bill of 20k. as the unit usage increases the charge per unit increases. this has led to the generation of such a bill. every time we went to ask about the bill they would say it will come to your place or you will receive a message bit nothing. and all out of nowhere they a Rs.20k bill.

                            I have received High Electricity bill for approximately 4 months. When I realised in the first month, I contacted Mahadiscom's customer care and raised a complain over the phone for high bill. However no heed was paid to it. The second bill that I received also was very high. Hence I visited my jurisdiction office and gave a request in writing for replacement of meter and changes in the assumptive bill that was raised. Its been another 2 months, however neither the meter has been replaced, nor the charges have been rectified. Whenever i call customer care/ complaints team, they always say that they will assign this complaint on priority. However no solution is provided. During my visit I had spoken with the officer on duty and obtained the phone number of the person who will be replacing the meter and rectifying the bill. When i call him, he asks to see him personally. But is not ready to replace the meter or rectify the bills. It seems they need bribe,

                              I am highly disappointed with your services. consumer#[protected]. I always pay my bill before due date but this is 2nd time in one week that I am not having electricity at my home. The light goes of in the morning around 8:00am till night 12:30PM.

                              After numerous calls to customer care I still haven't received the reason why my flat is having power and not other 216 flats. Can someone justify this?

                              How can this be possible that the whole society is having electricity and it is just our flat that is having this cut. I need explanation on this? This is highly not acceptable.

                              PS: Our bill amount has suddenly gone up from 450 monthly to 1200 monthly. How is that possible??? We are hardly at home.

                              We need some immediate action on this.

                                Frequent power cuts in naigaon east, tivri gaon are common now a days and the government is least bothered. We are facing untimely power failure and even the mahadiscom helpline numbers are not working to bring this to their notice. 18pp2003435 never connects.
