I have received High Electricity bill for approximately 4 months. When I realised in the first month, I contacted Mahadiscom's customer care and raised a complain over the phone for high bill. However no heed was paid to it. The second bill that I received also was very high. Hence I visited my jurisdiction office and gave a request in writing for replacement of meter and changes in the assumptive bill that was raised. Its been another 2 months, however neither the meter has been replaced, nor the charges have been rectified. Whenever i call customer care/ complaints team, they always say that they will assign this complaint on priority. However no solution is provided. During my visit I had spoken with the officer on duty and obtained the phone number of the person who will be replacing the meter and rectifying the bill. When i call him, he asks to see him personally. But is not ready to replace the meter or rectify the bills. It seems they need bribe,
Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I'm Rajaram S Ghadge.my customer no[protected].my connection is not working from 25 may 2018 and till date there is no any action taking to regarding this.
I'm visits the mseb office so many times so please my request to you please take some action.
