    Hi, I'm Siddharth Narwade currently living in mumbai. I have paid electricity bill by scanning barcode named tpslQR of ICICI Bank provided on the bill itself .I have done the payment of 570 . Amount is also deducted from my account but still the mahavitaran(Msedcl) is saying your bill is pending.

      MSEB has a maintainence day which is Monday in my Region. Yet it keeps making power cuts on days that it shouldn't. They are literally exploiting us in the name of cutting power for literally 4+ hours almost everyday now. Even when it is not raining or it's not stormy they cut the power in middle of nowhere and to be completely honest. The line here suffers way more than one near city. I live in outskirts and i pay just as much money as the city folks do. So why is does this unequal treatment exist? It's a robbery they take our money and don't even provide good service, and we can't even opt for any provider because there isn't one.

            Dear sir,
            I am Shri Nilesh Bhimashankar Gavali, staying at Mardi, Tal. North Solapur, District. Solapur Request you to shift the service cable which is going above my house and and I request you to kindly remove the Electricity pole in my house compound, whereever as solution replace this wire into newly invented contactless wire .
            We had already intimated to sub division office regarding dangerous electricity pole is in compound and several times shock circuits happened. This was is right home wall and if shock circuits happpened then fear of whole house can burn and 7 peoples are staying at home.

            Sir, some months before same service wire was damaged and fallen on earth, Your staff had joined the same but above same service wire is not fitted properly and the service wire is very close to my house roof . it is too near from my house roof. Same service wire will cause the accident to my family members.

            Sir, I want to repair my house. Due to service wire it is unable to work. It may cause dangerous while doing new construction and serious accident. It is not possible to repair my house until and unless service wire is above my house.

            Sir, I am also attaching the photo of Service Cable above my house. You can understand my problem properly.

            Saveral applications made to sub division office but no response found neither anybody visited.

            I Request you to kindly look urgently in this matter and remove this pole or as i mentioned above replace this wire. If anything happened then this will be solely your responsibility.

                    I have paid Rs 6080 via net banking on 17th June 2022, towards the energy bill for Consumer no :[protected]

                    The money has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received any receipt for the same. It is also not reflecting in the energy bill, it still shows an outstanding of 6080 to be paid. Kindly check & send me the receipt

                        There are 5-6 meters in the building of 6 flats, all meters are tampered and on the terrace they do commercial work (high voltage machine) & the machine connection is not in any meter it is direct connection.

                        They receive less bill & they consume massive

                        * using commercial machine in residential area
                        * theft in electricity
                        * sound pollution in night

                        please take strict action against them

                              I use to get bill around 1000 to 1200 per month electric bill but from last 3 month i am getting 4000+ rs bill which is not acceptable and this month our home was close hor 15-17 days but i got more bill than previous month please justify this it shouldn't be more than previous month

                                  Here I am complaining about my faulty bill from 5 months I am receiving faulty bill so many time I complaint about person who takes reading monthly daily in our area of malegaon MSEDCL but there is none any effect still my bill is faulty after that I visit MSEB office and gave them complaint letter after that later one month i received a bill with normal status but still the amount is same as faulty bill I again visited MSEB office but they does not take any action I requested them many times but they said we will look tomorrow and their statement is same form 1 month the person working there miss yogita she behave with me in improper manner and does not ready to give information as she said thats not our work your meter was faulty after her statement I am not happy from the service and also today I call them they said nothing and cut the phone please take immediate action.

                                    Sub : Very high electricity bill since last 5 months
                                    Through this letter I want to inform that my meter is faulty (display off) even after several complaints, neither my meter is repaired nor replaced, I am getting average bill (much higher than last 6 bills) since that time.
                                    I am getting very high electricity bill since last 5 months which is about Rs. 3850 per month, which is more. It appears that there has been an unexpected increase in the bill, because I know that our electricity consumption is not so high. All our previous bills ranged between Rs 1000 to 1500.
                                    I have also installed 3 solar panel (12 volts 150 watt each) around 4 months ago, hence my consumption of electricity from your end should get reduced by nearly 25% and in the month of April 2022 we were out of Nagpur for 17 days with all our family members our house was locked for 17 days in that month, hence our electric consumption in April 2022 should remain well under 100 which should reflect in our May 2022 bill. You also can verify my solar panel installation also.
                                    Hence this is my request please make the necessary correction in all the respective previous bill and send me the corrected last bill.
                                    So I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously, please let me know the reason why I am getting such a high bill.

                                      Power outage since last months and no response from local mseb on authorised mseb number. Don't see any action from you to shirgaon mseb incharge. Take strict action against this issue. Every day Power outage in our whole area for more than 4 hrs everyday, everyone frustrated from power outage do something as quickly as possible
