High amount of bill for month of may and june. I already complained for high amount of bill payment. I also complained for meter reading, the person who came for checking meter told us your meter is running so fast & photo has been taken wrongly. So you go to tata power, your problem will solve. But if meter is faulty then why you not change meter.

I am very tired to given complent before 3 months to our mseb office for replace the meter but till the date no action given on it..

I am very disappointed about your service.

What in going on in india...
Problem in electric meter as huge bill had came kindly come and chk the meter how this much bill can come as it is use in residence u pls kindly send your mseb person to chk the meter as i cant effort this much of bill ..

मी उज्वाला अशोक आयरे माझा ग्राहक नंबर ०००४६०५३९९४३ आहे. राहणार दिवा पूर्व जून २०१७ ते ऑक्टोबर २०१७ या चार महिन्यात मीटर युनिट ११४ दाखवतात मी ऑक्टोबर २०१७ पर्यंत सर्व बिल भरलेले आहे पण सप्टेंबर महिन्यात तुम्ही ५६६ युनिट दाखवता आणि तो मी बिल दिवा कर्यलायात कमी करून १५५० रु भरले. व ते बोलले होते पुढचे बिल कमी येईल परंतु एप्रिल महिन्यात तुम्ही ६७२० बिल पाठवला
मी मुंब्रा येथील मुख्य कार्यालय मुख्य अधिकारी कडून बिल कमी करून ४००० रु भरले व मीटर चेक करण्यासाठी २०० रु भरले तरी मे २०१८ महिन्यात ३८२० रु व जून २०१८ मध्ये व्याज लावून ५३५० रु बिल पाठवले आहे.
यांच्या अंदाधुंदी कारभारामुळे आम्हाला त्रास सहन करावा लागत आहे. प्रत्यक्ष कार्यालय व इंटरनेट तक्रार करून हि काहीही होत नाही आहे. आता दाद मागायची तरी कोना कडे हाच प्रश्न पडतो.
आशा करते कि आपण माझा तक्रारीची नोंद घ्याल आणि लवकरात लवकर आम्हाला बिल कमी करून द्याल हि आपणास विनंती. आपल्या त्वरित कारवाई साठी प्रतीक्षा करीत आहे .

    We are from rural village tembha. We don't have electricity from 8 days due to transformer failure. We have government hospital in our village in which some poor adivasi pregnant women are admitted awaiting for delivery. Since there is no electricity even in the hospital also causing critical health issues and doctors are also helpless to provide proper treatment due to the same. We fallowed up many time with taluka level and in kalyan office but no one help us. We request please solve issue.

      It has been observed that my electricity meter reading was shown excess reading in the month of May bill. The bill amount was huge which is Rs. 5020 with the consumption unit of 446.

      I immediatedly rushed to MSEB office(Babhola) and requested to clear this issue. But instead of clearing or analysing the issue the MSEB staff send me to Vasai office for clear this. After visiting, MSEB staff just made a concession(to pay only Rs. 3880) over the amount instead of rectifying malfunctioning of my meter which i may face further again. My average monthly bill was Rs. 800 to Rs. 1100 but amount of May was too high.

      Yesterday again I've visited MSEB office(Babhola) and met sub. engineer and he is still stick to the reading stating me to pay that huge amount.

        My electricity bill is coming same in past two months i.e. there is no change occurred in the unit of consumption .

          I would like to register complaint against reliance energy for excessive billing for account no.[protected] which is in the name mrs gurnani priya mohan. Only me and my husband are staying in this apartment and we both are working and out of the house from 8 am to 8 pm and electricity bills are really high and not inline with consumption. Bill for may 2018 was generated to be rs 8720 and for june it is rs 14450. However, still, the bill amounts are way too above as per consumption with only 2 people staying in the house for not even 12 hours.
          I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest and the revised amount is sent to us for clearing the bill.

              Hi,
              I want to make consumer complaint of mseb, charholi section for billing of my (Rented house) without taking any reading, additionally, re-calculating the same bill in next month billing. Picture will be clear from the attached table of my last 8-9 months billings.
              I have complained two times on mseb app, and contacted customer care, but i am not getting any satisfactory reply and resolution.
              I have a burden to pay...

              We resident of palghar 401208.
              Why is there power cuts for hours and hours. We are facing problems since last 3 days. On 25/6/2018. We did not had power for the hole night on 26/6/2018 we had power cut for 5 hours. On 27/6/2018 power cut for around 3 to 4 hours its almost 3 hrs now and its 10.44 pm. Why there is no proper update from any office in naigaon east... Please we r working class people, we hole day work and come home and late there is no night.. Is this the way you treat customer.. Please check for the same

                  We are receiving bills with disorted image of meter (As a supporting to actual units being used). However, the units (Present) mentioned in bill are fake when personally inspected.

                  This was already shared with local office and only temporary actions are been taken but seems no strict actions or measure is taken to overcome this fake practices.

                  Hope this will considered and investigated.

                    This is smt. Ratna girdhar thakur, consumer no.[protected] mobile no. [protected]. Accolade c. H. S. Ltd., bldg. No. 2/204, hajuri, thane west.
                    I had received msedcl electricity bill dated 24.5.2018 for rs. 4550/- and the same was promptly paid by me on 29.5.2018 by cheque no.000208 dt. 29.5.18 drawn on andhra bank, dombivali (E) branch. Vide receipt no. 6565835 collection centre[protected]siddhivinayak nagari dalethsanstha maryadi. But now i have received a bill dated 21.06.2018 for rs. 9620/- and there is no mention that the bill is for two months and further i have not received any intimation from my bank that the cheque has bounced or there is insufficient funds or any other technical reason. So it is requested to kindly inform me what is the reason that i have received bill for two months when infact i had paid the previous bill in time. Inform me what happened to my cheque no. 000208 for rs. 4510/- why it was not credited. If at all there was any technical issue regarding the cheque, the same maybe returned to me at the above address.in the meantime, i am also making inquiries with my bank. Hoping for an early reply. Thanks.

                      In my area pimple saudagar pune. Last 2 - 3 weeks there are frequent electricity outages. Every 2 - 3 hours or so there's a power outage for a few minutes to 30 - 40 minutes.

                      Moreover it also does not coincide with any heavy rains. It's random. I can understand any instances where there might be purposely shut offs on account of any thunder storms, but there's no such instance so far.

                      This may be damaging to the electrical equipments too. This is very frustrating. I expect mseb to nail down the issues and fix them once for all.

                        Issue: since last 2 months, i have been getting extremely high consumption units in my electricity bill.
                        If you check my history, my consumption units from 2017 nov to 2018 march is on an average 120.
                        However, for may 2018, my consumption unit was 550
                        And for june 2018, i got a bill today with consumption unit of 441.

                        5 days of the week, i am not even at home.
                        There is definitely something wrong with the meter. Requesting you to please check it asap and give me an updated bill based on correct reading.

                          This is the issue of faulty meter and giving light bill of 13, 000. When we give complaint officers are not available and they said we don't have new meter. It's not a consumer issue while giving in written complaint three times no action is taken. This is the area of nallasopara east. Ever shine city..401209.
                          There is line of people who are suffering from same issue and one officers is always busy in dealing with this matter so you can imagine how worse the condition is. And officers not giving proper answers.
                          Really waiting for privatisation then only staff will work properly.

                              Problem:- from past 1 year the meter is blank and non-functional, nobody takes the meter reading. Still the bill is generated with high amount, amount should have been the minimal of rs. 60, because nobody stays at this house. We visit only once a month. We raised several complaints to the wada electricity officer, after several visits they suggested to pay the previous bill amount of rs. 1560/- and they shall regularize it for next months. But this regularization is still not done, although we do pay the minimum amount of rs. 60 after the payment of rs. 1560/- even though it was incorrect amount billed. And still the electricity is stopped. Why?
                              My parents are old and it should not be expected from them to visit the office for such requests multiple times. It is shameful to see such basic issues happening and not being resolved for over months. If basic work is not being done as expected, what customer service are you offering and why are we paying heavy taxes?
                              There are multiple requests logged on the mahadiscom site but no update.

                                  I stay at vasai evershine city, in the month of feb/mar i had suddenly recieved a bill of 38000, whereas my flat was locked for 3 months from nov 2017 to feb 2018.

                                  I raised a complaint through the mahadiscom portal also, and i visited at least 7 times in the mahavitran office located at vasai east, and every time i met mr gokhale he says ho jhayega aap tension mat lo, till date my complaint is not resolved, last month also they asked to pay 91/- which has been paid, but bill is not reversed.. Pls check
