(Next to Alfa Laval Guest House)

We attach herewith two pictures. One show the pole from which electricity is supplied to our Arogydham.

As you can see the pole is overrun with wild plants which cause sparking & short circuit & therefore power outages.

The second photo shows the lines going thro' tree leaves. This also causes sparking during rain / windy condition.

You are requested to kindly instruct your field persons to please trim the trees & remove all the vegetation from the pole immediately to ensure power stabiltiy & safety.

    Dear sir/madam,

    Regarding the consumer no.[protected] name annad more, since last six month mu room is locked and nobody is staying at the address so how is it possible that so much billing is charging from your end. Please i request you to recalculate the bill on nominal charges and reject my bill which is generated at rs.3090. Hence on high priority regenerate the bill becuase from six months my room is locked.

      I am raghavendra varade residing at aurangabad since november 2013. I am not regularly visiting nashik road, the place where i built my own house. I used to pay lump sum amount to take care of my energy bill with minimum charges with proper application. Nowadays the facility is not available and mseb is charging average bill of inr 500+ per month. When enquired with the respective section, the in-charge asked me to keep the gate open or send photo of the reading for getting the actual bill or disconnect the supply, which is not possible. While making these rules, why the irresponsible, incompetent and useless person are involved which gives mental pressure to the consumers? This month (Jun 2018) i received a bill of inr 1170, previous bill paid on 06.06.2018. Is it the justice? Can we consider this as a dictatorship of mseb? Give me the solution in this case.

        Staying rental on this address bhavin shopiing center, opp. St. Francis school, central park, nallasopara-east

        Too much power failure at any time, and on friday fixed failure for more than 5-6 hours in the name of maintenance. If regular maintenance is going on what is the reason of power failure, even after so much of power failure and at home withut inverter electricity doesn't recuded it comes day by day increase only where always poer failure.

        We even have noticed and discuss with other person of nalasopara-east staying and they told that you fight your electricity bill come as natural as we use otherwise same has to be utlized by unnatural way.

        Whatis the reson of feqquent failure, and maintenance, none of the contact number are working:

          Hi, I have paid May 2018 month bill of Rs. 460 online(on 24 May 2018) and received a message from Mahadiscom to confirm the same. But when i see June 2018 month bill it shows arrears of Rs. 463 too. Consumer :[[protected]] BU : 4636
          Please find the attached Receipt for your reference. It surprises me such a high bill, how can you fool people who pay ontime. Please correct and resend the bill for payment.

            Dear team,

            I am amaranth tiwari, customer no.[protected]. From last 4 -5 days we are facing difficulties of power cut for more than 5-6 hours/day.

            It's a very hot climate and wife is heart patient, she can't bear this power cut everyday.
            My daughter-in-law is giving exam of ma, she is also not able to do her studies because of the in convinced caused by power cut.

            I had called to helpline no. (1912), but the executive was completely clue less about this power cut. He has only one reply that, nothing is updated in his system.

            Sir we are living in mumbai, and this kind of inconvenience is not excepted.

            Kindly help me on it.

            I hope you will take my concern seriously, as this issue is disturbing to my whole area of more than 500 people.

            Iwill tag this issue to our energy minister on twitter also, i will be waiting for your reply...

              In Mumbra we are facing power disconnection since morning 10:30 today. MAHADISCOM failed to provide any information about the same. No one knows what happened and when the electricity will be restored. We, people who are staying in Mumbra seek an immediate response from MAHADISCOM as to when the electricity will be restored.

                  This is regarding mseb officer removed my meter box without any intimation instead of paying regular bills on time.

                  My meter box removed in march’18 month and still i am paying my bills regularly… (Can check my record)

                  Even on 11th june i have paid another payment 118 for re-connection and discussed with mseb officer mr. Sawant

                  Since last 3 days continuously speaking with mr. Sawant but still they have not connect the meter.

                  Request to please help in this regards as meter to be connected and also confirm the reason of removal of meter..

                  Again today there is no electricity from 10 am.

                  Also the electricity was coming and going in 5-10 minutes since morning 8 am.

                  I am amazed why no one is complaining for this as all societies nearby are not facing this problem.

                  Ita only happening in Varsha Society. Can someone take a step forward and resolve this isssue as it is creating lot of inconvenience for us.
                  There has been a long power cut off today since mid night at kausa Mumbra location.
                  Can someone please look into this. As this is happening on frequent basis. I know it’s raining but rainy season comes every year and is bound to rain that doesn’t mean the power should be cut off as soon as it starts raining

                      Here in manisha nagar gate no.1 kalwa thane light went out from last 3 hours same way daily at night light went out for 3-4 hours, even we want to do the enquiry every time local mseb office phone is not working n busy. We are facing lots of problem on daily basis please consider and please provide resolution for this.

                          We stay in jamil nagar bhandup-w. After every month we face serious electricity issue. Though we do many complaint mseb bhandup west branch does not take any permanent action.
                          Due to main cable cut /join it cause frequent short circuit and power off. More than 3 days now we are in dark without electricity in this summer season.
                          But no one taking action. Please take serious action as soon as possible

                            From past 3 months i am receiving bills which surplus the amount 4 times from the monthly bill.
                            For past 3 consecutive months, i have received bill amt ₹7000, ₹11500 & ₹9950. Even raising complaint via the complaint number no action has been taken. Post visiting the area office they not send anyone to check the meter or check readings.. All 3 month i am paying access amount to avoid disconnection.
                            I have 1 bhk and readings are false as we are not even consuming so much electricity.

                              I am a retired senior citizen and finding it very, very difficult to pay such heavy bills. This has to be verified and if necessary, my meter has to be checked.

                                I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy electricity bills. Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. As a law student this dissatisfaction forced me to write a complaint. My customer name - shri nitin ramchandra pawar, customer no[protected], sub division -0817, hadapsar sdn.

                                I am quite disturbed how such an exaggerated amount app. Rs 2000 in bill could have been reached because as we are not using any electric appliances. So i request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter readings confirmed. I shall be obliged to pay the bill till this dispute is settled if i am assured that the excess amount paid would be adjusted in my future bills.

                                I would be highly obliged if you could settle this matter in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer. Since its vacation time no member was available in home...
                                We hope that you plan to take necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future. We look forward to your reply and actions.

                                  Yesterday in my area { barrage road / sai chintamani apt } cuts power at 6 pm due to transformer faluare but still morning 7 am they don't replace it so i called to mscb office near badlapur station they told me once our superiour approve the transformer request then only we change the same so i ask why this not done yesterday so in put down the phone. So i request you plz take strong action against them

                                    Hello sir/madam,

                                    I reside at lokmanya nagar pada no. 4, thane (West) today, i. E. On 09/06/2018. The electricity power cut around 6.45pm after that i tried a call at mseb office which is at lokmanya nagar itself from 7pm to 9pm on the phone number [protected] but every time it was busy.
                                    I request you, to make an enquiry about this because i heard that whenever power cuts they keep a phone aside with an intention to no will make a call.

                                    Kindly look into this and help to improve the service. We accept needful action action against this.

                                    last 3 to 4 month my bill is increases so highly, before 3 to 4 month my bill range is app 300 to 500, but last 3 to 4 months this bill is increases up to 1800. so pls check this one

                                      I residing at sidhivinayak park, near sai baba temple, lokmanya nagar. There is always power cut issue mostly at evening as well as at night for about 3 to 4 hrs which is affecting many people's daily life staying at that location. At some nights the voltage is very low. Fluctuation is observed.
                                      No customer care no. Is reachable.
                                      Need to resolve this power cut issue as soon as possible. People residing are finding difficult to survive as we have small kids. No government officials are bothered to find a solution for this problem.
                                      Please treat this issue as very urgent and important.
