Hello team,

On 31st may, i made mseb bill payment through bhim app for consumer number, bu, pc:[protected], 4861, 01. The payment failed for the 1st txn and pass in 2nd txn but for both transactions my account was debited.

For the unsuccessful transaction, i have not yet received the refund yet. I checked with my bank (Icici) and they confirmed that the payment for both the txns are received by the biller...

My consumer no[protected], billing unit-4595(akurdi sub dn) in the month of mar to apr 2018 actual reading 6873 instead of wrong reading 6953. In this case i inform that department and additional executive eng akurdi sub dn made the necessary changes and correct the billing amount which i already paid as on 14 /05/2018 rs-70/-.
And know same mistake held this month also.
Kind look in to the matter and give your earliest reply...

Power cut off issue is always there yin vishal nagar wakad. Why no one is talking action against this since long. It's better in gujarat villages than here. Seriously it's very pathetic. We cannot run the motor to fill water tank. We cannot work in office properly. Electric appliances cannot be used for daily purpose. This has make the life like hell over here. Mseb persons are taking non-regular meter readings so consumption for the month is higher in monthly bills and so receiving higher bills (Actual difference in two reading dates are 40-45 days or 20 to 25 days in some cases). Please instruct the persons to take the readings strictly between 27 to 32 days. So the consumption will be correct for the month....

I am residing at sector 22 kamothe navi mumbai it's around 10 pm on 02062018 when the power was cut and now it's already 2.40 am no power supply i need to understand what kind of load shutting is required at night time why are we people of kamothe getting harassed every day with no power supply
We can understand if it's for 10 to 15 minutes but in summer if power is cut for more than 5 hours it's not acceptable what ever the problem...

As it starts raining here power goes off... Is this a jungle raaj... Its worst situation in our city ever... It rains 5 mins nd light goes for n hour.. Its still 4 months of monsoon to go... Received an sms stating “dear consumer, we regret to inform that you may face power outage from[protected]:00 hrs to[protected]:00 hrs in your area. Msedcl.” however electricity has been out since 01:00 hrs. Causing a lot of grievance. It’s 04:05 am now and still no electricity. We finally received electricty at 06:20 am. And now hoping that there won't be an outage again at the given time in the sms....

We request you to take serious actions towards power cut for every hours during night times. We people are suffering a lot during this summer seasons. We are an office going people and hardly rests during night times but mahavitaran service is so cheap that the power cut happens for every hours for 30 to 45 minutes and not even respond to any calls. At what we people should sleep. There are many small children crying and senior citizen suffering...

I have made written & online request for replacement of energy meter which is not showing any dispaly at all when i visited mseb office at kondhawa they were telling me that they don't have the meters to replace & billing me average bill of 1000+ per month. Also i am fed up with mseb personel @ kondhwa office as they dint give any deadline for the same....
