I hade made payment to mseb electric bill or rs 1645 on the data 04/11/2017. But, the bill is showing unpaid. I also checked at mseb office, they said they haven't received any payment. But the payment was successful. I contacted my bank (Citibank). They said that transaction is clear from there side and gave me the ref number (Ref number:[protected]. Please refund my money or help me out as soon as possible.

    I want new single phase connection. For this i apply before nearly 2 months. All process regarding this is completed but i do not got new connection. I meet to mseb office vadgaon nearly 10 times. But they avoid every time.
    I ask reason for this but he do not told proper reason. Dustrubution of new connection is not sequentially done. New contractor employee not working well.

      Sir, motor pump at consumer no[protected], (Kumari, post - mohapa, taluka - kalemeshwar, dist - nagpur, state - maharashtra) connection is not working from last five years. Hence there is no consumption of electricity. Complaint in writing is given to mseb mohpa office several time.in complaint, it was requested to issue minimum bill as per actual meter reading. All previous bill may please be issued with correction so that bill can be paid.
      Connection has no supply from mseb from last one year.
      Pump is faulty/jam from last three years due to not in use for years together.
      Bore is dry (Has no water source) from last six seven years. Still we have paid all last bills two years before and requested mseb in writing at mohapa office to provide minimum bill as per meter reading so that it can be paid easily.

      Consumer no[protected], (Kumari, Post - Mohapa, Taluka - Kalemeshwar, Dist - Nagpur, State- Maharashtra)

      Bill issued till date are all with wrong meter reading, after inquiry it was told that they use to give wrong readings to compensate extra use o[censored]nits from feeder/DP. Hence extra use or loss of electric units are divided among the customers connected to that feeder DP.

      But due to this unnecessary excess billing is done on my connection which I bought in notice to MSEB office in writing. But my bills are not corrected. Bills are in thousands which are more than my cost of crop.
      Complaint in writing is given to MSEB mohpa office several time. In complaint, It was requested to issue actual bill as per actual meter reading. All previous bill may please be issued with correction so that bill can be paid.
      The fact is that there is scarcity of water hence pump can not be operated for long time. on the other hand due to load shading supply is not available all the days of week then how bills are in thousands.

        I would like to mention that till dec.2016 i recd. Bill of min. Charges as my flat was unoccupied since 2012. From the month of jan.2017 the bill shows the meter as faulty, units consumed 100 and bill amount rs 610 onwards.
        I visited your office on 11.02.2017 and submitted photocopy to your staff for correction and paid the excess bill on 25.02.2017.
        For the month of july 2017 i got bill for rs2230. I got it corrected from your office and paid the bill of rs.350 and again on 19.9.17 i paid the corrected bill of rs 450. For sept 2017 the bill amount was rs.60 and for oct 17 rs 530.
        Meter is faulty then on what basis the units consumed is calculated.
        Please replace the meter and charge me as per my consumption.

            Myself vinayak ghuge has a second home in sinnar with electicity supplied by mseb by a/c no[protected].
            I hardly stayed in that home for 3-4 days in last 6 months.

            I m given bill of rs.12080/- dated 25/10/2017, which is absolutely incorrect.

            Kindly look into & revise my bills as per norms.
            Last 8 yrs i m paying bills of amt average 200-300 rs per month. Which was always before due dates.

              I have complained for excess billing after which field official visited and registered as faulty meter 5 months back.
              But the meter has not been replaced till now and official informed that there is no meter available and pay on basis of past load but minimum of 100 units and on such ad-hoc basis.
              But my consumption is usually less than 100 units often then why i should pay excess amount. Without changing my meter my complaint has been shown as resolved in the msedcl app.
              And till what time i will get my faulty meter changed??
              Is there is any proper stock and stores management of msedcl office of badlapur?

              I had lived for 25 years in mulund but never faced such issue.. Then why it is happening in badlapur..?.

                      From last 10 days we are facing low voltage and power cut issue in my area. From friday (28/0ct) night voltage is very low and because of which even fan is not operating. Its a severe issue and can leads to damage of electronic appliances.

                        Dear sir,

                        My house at besa, nagpur is locked & there is nobody to dwel in. It is upto april 17 that i have received electric bill of about 50 to 100 rupees but for the month of may 17 the bill for 1500 units amounting about rs.17435/- was received even though there not consumption of a single unit.

                        I have already complained at msedc office at hudcashwar regarding the same, they have changed meter fixed at my house. Still from jun onwards bills for 500 units showing overdue bill was generated upto oct 17.

                        I have submitted online complain but no remedy was there. Details about the connection are as below-

                          I am holding following meters:
                          Meter nos:[protected] and [protected].
                          The billing unit is warje sub div.-kothrud division pune-unit 4614.
                          In this pl note the following:
                          Last couple of months it is observed that no meter reading is done by your representativ on the pretext that the door is locked and billing is done on average basis. This has never happened before in the past.in fact we wait for the person who has to open the main gate of bunglow and either press call bell or knock the door or even can directly take meter reading directly as the meter box is easily displayed on the outskirts of bunglow wall. As we are senior citizens we are not able to operate the app properly and hence the request. Your represeentative can also call on mobile no [protected] which is also registered with mscdcl.

                            I am medha deshmukh my mseb cust id[protected] sub division 4745
                            I have no power supply in my house from 23rd october till date.

                            On tuesday 24th october electrician came to see the problem.

                            He found that there is a problem in meter and after changing the mater the supply will get start.

                            I visited mseb office for three times till time. Officer from the office is only replying meter will came in 2 days.

                            Today also i visited the mseb office i got same reply meter will came in 2 days.
                            Mseb officer is not provide his name and phone number for making follow-up call.
                            Every day i have to visit the mesb office for follow-up by taking leave from my office
                            Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                    I own a house in latur and is given on rent. My msedcl consumer no is[protected]. Billing unit is 5118/latur (U) north dub div/latur division.

                                    My tenant had given complaint on 11 oct 17 regarding snapping of cable. The fault was repaired on 12 oct 17. Complaint no 7410152.

                                    The msedcl work man charged rs 1200/- for repair which amounts to illegal gratification as he did not give any receipt. Repairer refused to repair without paying money and my tenant paid him cash and recover from me.

                                    The responsibility of of provision of wire and connection upto meter rests with msedcl as per paragraph 9 of supply code issued by govt gazette.

                                    You are requested to investigate the complaint as it is a serious matter and being communicated upto mantralaya through other channels in writing.

                                        I was shifted to my new house in june 15, i use to get bill o[censored]nit 8-10 unit's only. It beginning i was thinking it is it is because new connection but still aug 2017 it shows around 8 unit bill. I did put complaint online portal https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss?uiActionName=getHome multipe times once complaint in each 3 month but use.
                                        I also visited local office he give me meter reading agency number they say it will resolve in next month but not resolved event after following 6+ month. I did put complaint at call center but no use.
                                        Now meter show 4000 reading and bill show only 550. I am not going to pay excessive amount due to high number o[censored]nit, also can not offer to pay big amount in one goal. Please escalate this to right person. I am helpless.
