When people are preferring alternative for mseb then why you the serpent on treasury not ready to vacate the seat. You ask people to first pay bills then accept complaint. We do not want to waist money and time to feed big anaconda like you. You are a cruel demon like kaunsa harassing people on sweet name of load shedding. You are threating in undue influence like wild beast that they are bearing your monopoly. They work to feed their family and not crocodile like mseb.

    I am msedcl customer in nerul west. Yesterday there was power cut for 2 hours from 2 pm to 4 pm. Today there was power cut two times from 8 am to 10 am in the morning and 2 pm to 4 pm in the afternoon.. First day we thought 2 hours may be something emergency but the repetition of double ie 4 times today seemed to be something too much inconvenience to citizens as the temperature was more than 35 degrees and all are depend on electricity for work and home. As there was no need of load shedding nobody was knowing the real reason for continuous, increasing and permanent power cut.. It seems if the trend is going on like this tomorrow there will be 6 hours power cut and nobody bothered and the helpless customers have to suffer.. My question is was the power cut inevitable or justified and was the citizens informed since it is their right so that they are aware of it. Or is it the mere negligence from the part of msedcl so that the citizens have to suffer as an harassment clearly showing lack of service and inefficiency.? Can the authorities take serious note of this and take action immediately and resolve the problem asap.

      We are small scale industry.in thane,. Now since last 2 days we have power cut for 3 hrs from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
      Sir how do we work in without power?
      In news paper we read power available in planty but msedcl is not buying power & hence power cut. Understand this situation will continue for 8/10 days.
      Please direct mr fadnavis to look in to the matter & arrange power. During diwali time such power cuts are not acceptable.

        I’m a resident of 2nd rabodi, thane. It’s been a regular havoc that load shedding is taking place since two days. It becomes very difficult to manage as these are peak hours. What’s the use of stupid power cuts from the residential areas? If electricity has to be saved please save from where it is being misused. Rather than troubling the consumer. Please stop this non sense load shedding activity. Save electricity during festival times where it is unnecessarily being used. Daily chores are hampered because of this, 2-3 hours of load shedding? What is that we pay the electricity bill for if constant power cuts take place? Kindly understand the difficulty here.

          Since june 2017 we are facing this problem of paying excessive bill amount to maharashtra state electricity board.
          The before june 2017 average electricity charge was rs 700 but now each month its increasing like fire.
          June it was 2030
          July - 2990
          August - 7490
          September - 10440
          We have complained about the same to our nearby electric board unit but i have got no help yet whatsoever i wrote applications and submitted it to the same but no verification has been done.
          Now, in this condition where the board is not active to resolve the issues, i need help from consumers complaints forum.

            दिवा विभाग में बिजली मीटर धारक 3 लाख से भी ज्यादा है।लेकिन वहाँ के कस्टमर को आज भी 6 से 7 Hrs अधेरे मैं रखा जाता है। हमारी मीडिया ने इसकी जाँच की तो पता चला की दिवा MSEB के Ex. Engeenier, J.Engeenier ने दिवा के बिल्डर लॉबी से साठगाँठ कर के अनधिकृत, धोकादायक, बिल्डिंग को बिना मीटर का कनेक्शन दे कर करोड़ो रूपये की बिजली की चोरी हर महीने करवाते है।जनता के हक़ के बिजली को बिल्डर को देकर जनता को 6 से 7 Hrs अधेरे मैं रखते है।बिल्डर लॉबी जनता से बिजली का भाड़ा भी वसूल करते है। यह दोनों अधिकारी और बिल्डर लॉबी मिलकर उस जनता के पैसों को आपस मे बाट लेते है। हर महीने करोड़ो का चोरी का रिपोर्ट बनाकर यह अधिकारी सरकार को नुकसान पहुचा रहे है।

              My billing unit is 5746 but company give average billing unit 5934. Consumer number[protected], address pangri, deulgaon raja. From last 12 months i have been complaining on line about high bill and every time my complaint is closed without any action. Copy of complaints enclosed as an attachment for reference. Everytime i m paying huge amount of electric bill. Even my flat was vacant for 4 month still got high electric bill. You can check from may to aug 2017 meter reading was not taken consumed is normal but still i have been charged for 188 extra units each month and in august 2017 meter jump 188 units and after that meter running high and getting high bill every month. How can i afford to pay such a high bill every month. The problem is that after repeated complaints every month no action has been taken. Please do the needful and change the meter at the earliest.

                This to bring to msedcl's notice that i have been getting inflated bills continuously for the past 2 months of a vacant house.
                Ironically the home where i am currently staying is getting lower bill compared to the vacant house bill. I hope you would address this faulty meter reading.

                    Hi team, i have raised complaint number[protected] (Complaint - meter reading - correction) somewhere in 30 august 2017. I also got sms that its resolved but still there is no effect on billing amount. I am still getting average billing. I am not sure what resolution has been done on above complaint number[protected].

                    The complaint was regarding high billing in july 2017 month for 272 units because of meter display/faulty issue. After this till now average billing is done which i think is unfair because average billing does not give correct meter usage.

                    I don't see any hope in getting this resolved. And i am also not sure how they are going to adjust my bills for the coming months. Call center person told me that from coming months bill will be adjusted but i don't see any change.

                      My billing unit is 0329 and consumer number[protected], address flat no 203, m/s rd builder, plot no 21 sector 11, taloja. You can check from nov 2016 to feb 2017 meter reading was same unit consumed is 0 but still i have been charged for 73 units each month and in april 2017 meter jump 813 units and after that meter running high and getting high bill every month. How can i afford to pay such a high bill every month. The problem is that after repeated complaints every month no action has been taken. Please do the needful and change the meter at the earliest.

                        I have applied for new agriculture connection at s. No. 589 in 2014 and deposited connection amount on 24.07.2014. I have completed all the formalities of mahavitaran. I have done follow up frequently since last 3years but till date connection is pending. Kindly look into the matter otherwise i will go to consumers court for justice.

                          This transformer was not maintained since last so many years. Before any serious accident happen kindly send the persons to check and do the necessary maintenance..
                          We observed that:
                          1) oil from the transformer has not been changed
                          2) colour of the transformer need to be changed
                          3) cover of the box is damaged
                          4) wires are hanging outside the box
                          It is very serious for children and society members.

                            You have charged high bill mistakenly with unit used as showing 1216 with amount rs.14, 830.00
                            As my monthly unit have been normally zero & bill amount is not more than rs.100/- from last 2 years,
                            As i am not as of now staying in my flat how come my bill suddenly generated so high.
                            Please note that there is no dues have been pending from my sides & all the bills have been paid on time.

                              Mulund west mumbai victoria classic asha nagar phase 2 zone is experiencing frequent power cuts since past month. Members are very much inconvenienced it's never happened in the past. Complaints are attended to after 2-4 hours, but what is it that's causing these frequent power cuts, does mseb realise that there are several senior citizens who reside there. The stated society's a are 10 or 12 storeyed towers. Are mseb authorities waiting for a casualty to happen due these frequent power cuts or intend to investigate & resolve this once for all. Incidentally societies in the neighborhood are not experiencing these power interruptions.

                                Dear sir,

                                I am senior citizen and never used online option to view my bill before. When i viewed it i realized below issues in records:

                                1. Incorrect mobile number registered. We are not using any landline but earlier (Before 15 days) there was unknown number registered.

                                2. Incorrect pin-code registered against our consumer number[protected]. The pin code currently shown is mumbai international airport locality which is absolutely incorrect. We are staying at thane and our locality pin code is 400602.
                                2. A. Please confirm whether we were billed excess because of this pin-code issue till now? If yes, what correction and compensation you are going to offer us.

                                So kindly correct details in records and confirm to registered email id i. E. [protected]@gmail.com once complaint resolved with in service agreement duration.

                                  We, as a residents of purvarang society, wagholi, the society of which is just opposite to mseb purvarang sub station is facing everyday frequent power cut for the past 2 years. We are regularly paying our dues to mseb every month, however, do not get the power regularly. The power is so frequent, all our electric gadgets are getting out of order. On daily basis, once the power shut down occurs, to resume it takes 3 - 4 hours, apart this long gap, we also face regular short period (Apprx. 15 min - 30 min) power cuts also.

                                  We have been lodging complaint every time, and the complaint is closed just after a formality telephone call from mseb, without improving on the service.

                                  We would earnestly request to please solve this problem.

                                    Mseb has charged me over 500% over a period of 5 months on my electric bill & have exhausted all my advance paid to them. They have the proceeded to remove my meter.
                                    As i have not been staying in my home in vasai the advance was paid that this problem does not occure.
                                    They are now not ready to solve the problem. I have all the bill to show as proof.
                                    Please advice what action can be taken

                                      I have made request for new 3 phase connection on dated 19 july and paid the amount of 3439 inr on dated 16th aug as per the online receipt attached.
                                      Till date i have not got the meter connection, and not getting any positive answer when calling to wakad office.

                                      Its been almost 2.5 i have made request for connection and still waiting for it.

                                      Request you to look into the matter and resolved my issue.
