We are from manmad(nasik), in our town surprised loadshading statrted by mseb manmad at the night.Due to loadshading we face many problem, the reason given MSEB that the due to insuffiecient recovery of bill but there is not our problem we paid bill at the time so why we face that.please take right decision on this problem.

    I had applied to MSEDCL For new electric connection vide App.No.10532833 dated 18th July 2017 along with all the necessary document, viz. 1. My Aadhar Card 2. Affidavit from the owner & 3. Light Bill of adjacent consumer of MSEB.
    I was told that I will get call on my registered number for Deposit of connection fees but despite of my several visits they have turned for the connection. Now its about to complete (2)months of application & I have neither received any call or letter from them.

    please look into the matter & resolve it

    i had registered my complaint against MSEB on 16-09-17 regarding delay in providing New connection meter, so far I have neither received any letter or call from MSEB Aurangabad whereas my account on your site shows as complaint marked as resolved. Please look into the matter and get it resolved immediately.

        Mseb consumer number is[protected], billing unit: 4635/ chinchwad sub div/ pimpri division

        Sub: concern on incorrect charged electric bill (Apr to aug-17)
        Complained in national consumer helpline. Complain number: 422303
        Grievance has been registered in pgprtl portal: registration number is govmh/e/2017/02344

        Issue:

        Concerns: issue raised multiple times to mseb pcmc (Thergaon office) contact person: girase madam-[protected], inappropriate response from the incharge officer

        1: after several requests, the meter testing was in process, they just disconnected our meter without informing us and then i was forced to pay 11210/- to get the meter connected back on 24th jun

        2: post which we constantly followed up on it, the old meter was replaced with a new meter.in the meantime we now received another bill with 31, 150/-. While we went to report it, this lady girase says the meter looks fine and they will not do anything about it.
        Am surprised to see the response, we are a two member family both out for work entire week how can we consume 30000/- plus costing units?

        3: finally now they agreed to do a meter test for the 2nd time of the same old meter, which according to them is ok. The meseb team is not ready to agree to the fact that the meter is faulty and we should be getting a wave off, or we should be rightly charged basis our past records.

        After all the pain we took to rectify the issue, now the we get a final answer from the mseb team saying “meter ok” and we need to pay 32, 230/- including the late fees for all this while.

        This is really sad to know our govt employee instead of sorting/helping us with our concerns they only show tantrums and rude to resolve or help us. Need your urgent attention to this issue.

        We are working employees and cannot leave our offices to physically go multiple times to these offices which keep shifting many times in a year.

        Awaiting a response on what needs to be action is required on this. Hoping that while we raise this issue, our meter will not get disconnected again by the mseb team. Kindly make a note of our concerns.

            My consumer no is[protected]. I am getting the previous reading and current reading same as 2074 for the last 3 months. And the units consumed as 97 which we never used. There is constant power supply cut in the society and still charging so much units unnecesssarily.

            this month they have charged me double units and received a huge bill amount.

            I have already logged complaint via custumer care and they told they will call me back its about 3 months but no resolution.

            One strange thing i noticed today. The bill which i received at home had meter reading photo on it.It was showing 61, 134 .I don't know if the meter was reseted by the technician.

              Dear sir,
              I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting rs. 91590/- & rs. 20710/- against electricity consumption, for the last two months at my residence.
              It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity in the last two months, more so because we are 4 person in family & we all working in farm whole day, we have 4 light, 1 tv, 1 freez and other home appliances at home. Our last 3 month electricity consumption was avg 55 unit.
              There seems a mistake in noting down the initial reading of the last month; it is mentioned different instead of correct which was the final reading of the month preceding last month, as such, there is a mistake of 5000 units in the bill.
              Please rectify this mistake so that i can pay the actual amount. Thanking you in anticipation,

                  From two days there is no supply of electricity in afternoon time. I have complaint on toll free number they have provided me complaint no.
                  But when the problem is not resolved i again call on toll free number the person is have no update for any question. Even he is saying call after some time. They don't have any responsibility against complaint issue. There system is down and can't update for electric failure. Disha provided me the complaint no. And avinash pawar told me system is down so we can't reply.in 2 hr their system is down. Still no call from them and no electric supply.

                      Please be informed that this flat is in my name (Herald and priya saldanha) but meter name is not changed as our builder did not give us the noc earlier.

                      Kindly refer to my current electricity bill units consumed. We have just 2 tube lights, 2 fans, n 2 cfl bulbs and house is mostly locked during the day. How its possible that electricity consumption is 687 for 50 days?

                      There is a major issue with electricity consumption of my naigain east 1bhk flat. I have been paying very heavily towards my monthly electricity consumption. Please let me know whom should i contact for this issue and how can you resolve this issue.

                      I believe its faulty meter and hence please check and replace the meter and refund the excess amount charged int his bill and in our previous bill.

                        Since 25 days there is power failure in Pandav Leng area. There are many newly added inhabitants in this area. Since 09.00 p.m . On 12.09.2017 till now 01.00 a.m.13.09.2017 no power. MSEDCL is useless. Engineers are bogus degree holders. They are curse on earth.
                        This is everyday problem. How infants will feel. They don't get sleep. October hear is coming up. MSEB engineers should be punished for frequent power failure

                              It's utterly ridiculous that you guys cut off the electricity supply every alternate day and that too for so long. On 9th september the electricity was cut off at 12 a. M in the morning and didn't come back till at least next morning 9 a. M. That's almost 9 hours without electricity! Today is 10th september, not even been 24 hours to that incident and the electricity is gone again and we've no idea when is it coming back!!
                              What the hell is going on?

                                My bill for july had current and previous reading as 26370 and 26370 but the total units calculated was 253. When i called your call centre they clarified that they missed to take the reading and that's why average unit of 253 has been billed. Now i got bill for the month of aug.in this bill the preview reading is still 26370 and current reading is 26692 and total unit 322. So i am getting billed twice for the unit 253 which were billed to me in the moth of july and again in month of aug. Unit billed for the month of aug should have been 69 instead of 322.

                                  There is a mistake in the name printed on the bill so please rectify it
                                  Name printed on the bill is mr chanrashekar ashok sawant
                                  Whereas it should be
                                  Mr chandrashekhar ashok sawant. And also change address flat no. 20, vishal tower chs ltd, kolbad road, opp axis bank, thane (W)-400601.

                                  And online payment cannot be done as the system does not recognise ca no.[protected]. Please solve above queries.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is to bring to your notice that my electricity billing is coming much higher which is very unexpected and unrealistic. This has been started from last 5 to 6 months and i had complained about the same to the divisional officers virar msedcl.

                                    Kindly note that there is no increase on electricity consumption, it remains same since last couple of years. My average unit consumption during winter is 200 whereas during normal month it is 250-275. And recently i am receiving 415 to 450 consumption unit bills.

                                    I would request you to kindly check and rectify this abnormal increase of billing. I am requesting you to take corrective action and adjust the billing as per earlier consumption trend. I think so msedcl officials are imposing the bills on and average basis.

                                    Also in our society there are other members who are using ac, geasers then also there consumption units are 50-75 how is this possible. Is their consumption getting bifurcated to other bills. Please check all the meters in our society and you will find atleast 2 to 3 flats who are just paying rs. 100 in every month.

                                    Also the person who manages to click the photo of the meters comes late in the month and bill gets generated for 1.07 per month. So the electricity which is been consumed for the next period gets adjusted with the current bills and we have to pay more in the same month since msedcl rates depends upon the usage and it varies with some usage plans.

                                      I am mrs. Supriya vichare tenant of shop of mr. Kalpesh bhanji jala
                                      Customer id no.[protected] unit no. 4591, made a first payment of electricity bill vide online on dtd.19/07/2017 for rs.1240/- and second payment on 14/08/2017 by chq. No.554872 drawn on saraswat bank vikhroli - west branch.

                                      When i checked my account details i found double payment to msedcl but i am suprise to see that extra paid amount is not adjusted in aug bill. My aug bill is also paid vide online of rs.390/- on dtd. 03/09/2017 vide transaction no.[protected]

                                      Hence when my extra payment will adjusted please let me know
