My running shop is closed since july 2017. Since last 3 bills, i am getting electricity bills amounting around rs.600-700 for a closed shop. Last 2 bills i have complained but all in vain. As a good citizen i paid bills expecting favorable reply. Recently i have received new bill with rs.650. My customer no.[protected] and name is vikas hanumanmal surana. Please get it resolved as they are not responding for the same. The technician from mseb came in the month of august and took photo of meter reading which was 65 units and now at present it is 69 as per the bill but i am charged for 40 units.

    This is to inform you that in our society building we are facing major power fluctuation problem since last 1 month. Due to this problem many of people electrical appliances are not working now. Now this problem is increasing day by day and it may cause major problem in near future. I request you to look into this problem seriously and try to solve the same as early as possible.

    Virar west village Agashi what's a problems last 6 day cut power any time day night 7 hours Daly cut power.
    Getting light mostly 2 hours proper light ather wise cut power.
    I am experiencing lot of problems over the electricity connection in my locality.This is due to the load shedding happening daily.It is about 10-11 hours that we have no electricity.Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.I am writing on behalf of all the people here.       malfunctioning of energy meter

      Dear sir,
      My consumer no.[protected]
      I had submitted a complaint in jan 17 about malfunctioning of the meter to your dahanukar colony office.

      I was told that your meter is from rolex company and we do not have meters to replace.
      A reminder was submitted in august.

      Meter needs to be rectified / replaced.

      I submitted complaint on your mobile app twice for which you had given...

      In last one week,
      Power supply has been cut daily for 3 hours on an average, out of which 3 days for more than 6-10 hours and that too mostly at night which is more annoying.
      This problem should be solved or people are getting very annoyed worth this power outage.
      And because it is happening mostly aur night time it's more annoying.
      These very long power cuts in suburban city near mumbai also creates bad image and dissatisfaction.

      We have a 3 phase connection, we would kindly request you to let us know why there is load shedding in our area even after we pay such a huge rental and electricity charges, still there is a load shedding for 4 hours, it is really difficult to get our work done, kindly help

        रेग्यूलस सहकारी गृहरचना संस्था मर्यादित, बालेवाडी -४५, आमच्या या सोसायटीत व बाणेर-बालेवाड�... परिसरात महावितरण कडून येणारी विजेची बिले हि वेळेत येत नाहीत व आम्हाला दंड भरावा लागत आहे . आमच्या सोसायटी मध्ये १६० सदनिका व मीटर आहेत . सोसायटीचे १४ इतर मीटर आहेत .
        सर्वाना येणारी बिले हि पहिली असलेली सूचक तारखेच्या दिवशी किंवा एक दिवस आधी मिळत आहेत. गेली ५-६ महिन्यापासून हा त्रास होत आहे . अनेक वेळा तोंडी किंवा फोन करून तक्रार निवारण विभागाकडे तक्रार केली आहे . तरी पण कोणताही प्रतिसाद मिळाला गेला नाही. आम्ही वेळेवर बिल येत नसल्यामुळे आम्हाला सवलत माफ करावी किंवा दंड आकारण्यात जावु नये, नाहीतर वेळेत बिल मिळावेत हि विनंती.
        - सोबत सोसायटी मधील सर्व सभासदांचे मीटर क्रमांक व सोसायटीचे मीटर क्रमांकची यादी जोडत आहोत .
        - मागील केलेली तक्रार औंध बिल वितरण विभाग दिनांक २०/०६/२०१७ व इन वर्ड नंबर - २३१७
        - प्रत्येक वेळेला तक्रार केली आहे. तरीही आम्हाला लाईट बिले येत नाहीत .

          C rly emp. Cons.co. Op. Scty. Ltd thane, runs departmental store's in the premises of c. Rly, near thane station. There is no supply of electricity since 2 pm of 16.9.2017. Manager of society made complain on phone no[protected] they gave complaint no.186. Till now electricity supply not being restored though 48 hrs has been passed. Heavy loss of goods i. E. Ice cream, cold drinks and other perishable items occurred. Consumer no.[protected] billng unit 4727 meter no [protected] pc 2/19/7215//0100/4727582.
          Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Our electricity meter is showing reading as "FAULTY" and MSEB is charging us 170 units randomly.
          No response from them.

            Dear sir,
            Consumer no.[protected], bill unit 4140.
            Date of possession - december 2014. Till february 2017 the bill was zero as no body was using the flat. Suddenly the bill amount has gone upto rs 20000/- for faulty meter reasons and no usage of electricity.
            Last month complaint was given still no reaction from msedcl. Again the same amount again this month also.

                We are from manmad(nasik), in our town surprised loadshading statrted by mseb manmad at the night.Due to loadshading we face many problem, the reason given MSEB that the due to insuffiecient recovery of bill but there is not our problem we paid bill at the time so why we face that.please take right decision on this problem.

                  I had applied to MSEDCL For new electric connection vide App.No.10532833 dated 18th July 2017 along with all the necessary document, viz. 1. My Aadhar Card 2. Affidavit from the owner & 3. Light Bill of adjacent consumer of MSEB.
                  I was told that I will get call on my registered number for Deposit of connection fees but despite of my several visits they have turned for the connection. Now its about to complete (2)months of application & I have neither received any call or letter from them.

                  please look into the matter & resolve it

                      Bill issuing name is abdulkuma fakarudin sheikhlat

                      Mseb consumer number is[protected], billing unit: 4635/ chinchwad sub div/ pimpri division

                      Sub: concern on incorrect charged electric bill (Apr to aug-17)
                      Complained in national consumer helpline. Complain number: 422303
                      Grievance has been registered in pgprtl portal: registration number is govmh/e/2017/02344

                      Issue:

                      Concerns: issue raised multiple times to mseb pcmc (Thergaon office) contact person: girase madam-[protected], inappropriate response from the incharge officer

                      1: after several requests, the meter testing was in process, they just disconnected our meter without informing us and then i was forced to pay 11210/- to get the meter connected back on 24th jun

                      2: post which we constantly followed up on it, the old meter was replaced with a new meter.in the meantime we now received another bill with 31, 150/-. While we went to report it, this lady girase says the meter looks fine and they will not do anything about it.
                      Am surprised to see the response, we are a two member family both out for work entire week how can we consume 30000/- plus costing units?

                      3: finally now they agreed to do a meter test for the 2nd time of the same old meter, which according to them is ok. The meseb team is not ready to agree to the fact that the meter is faulty and we should be getting a wave off, or we should be rightly charged basis our past records.

                      After all the pain we took to rectify the issue, now the we get a final answer from the mseb team saying “meter ok” and we need to pay 32, 230/- including the late fees for all this while.

                      This is really sad to know our govt employee instead of sorting/helping us with our concerns they only show tantrums and rude to resolve or help us. Need your urgent attention to this issue.

                      We are working employees and cannot leave our offices to physically go multiple times to these offices which keep shifting many times in a year.

                      Awaiting a response on what needs to be action is required on this. Hoping that while we raise this issue, our meter will not get disconnected again by the mseb team. Kindly make a note of our concerns.

                            My consumer no is[protected]. I am getting the previous reading and current reading same as 2074 for the last 3 months. And the units consumed as 97 which we never used. There is constant power supply cut in the society and still charging so much units unnecesssarily.

                            this month they have charged me double units and received a huge bill amount.

                            I have already logged complaint via custumer care and they told they will call me back its about 3 months but no resolution.

                            One strange thing i noticed today. The bill which i received at home had meter reading photo on it.It was showing 61, 134 .I don't know if the meter was reseted by the technician.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting rs. 91590/- & rs. 20710/- against electricity consumption, for the last two months at my residence.
                              It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity in the last two months, more so because we are 4 person in family & we all working in farm whole day, we have 4 light, 1 tv, 1 freez and other home appliances at home. Our last 3 month electricity consumption was avg 55 unit.
                              There seems a mistake in noting down the initial reading of the last month; it is mentioned different instead of correct which was the final reading of the month preceding last month, as such, there is a mistake of 5000 units in the bill.
                              Please rectify this mistake so that i can pay the actual amount. Thanking you in anticipation,

                                  From two days there is no supply of electricity in afternoon time. I have complaint on toll free number they have provided me complaint no.
                                  But when the problem is not resolved i again call on toll free number the person is have no update for any question. Even he is saying call after some time. They don't have any responsibility against complaint issue. There system is down and can't update for electric failure. Disha provided me the complaint no. And avinash pawar told me system is down so we can't reply.in 2 hr their system is down. Still no call from them and no electric supply.

                                      Please be informed that this flat is in my name (Herald and priya saldanha) but meter name is not changed as our builder did not give us the noc earlier.

                                      Kindly refer to my current electricity bill units consumed. We have just 2 tube lights, 2 fans, n 2 cfl bulbs and house is mostly locked during the day. How its possible that electricity consumption is 687 for 50 days?

                                      There is a major issue with electricity consumption of my naigain east 1bhk flat. I have been paying very heavily towards my monthly electricity consumption. Please let me know whom should i contact for this issue and how can you resolve this issue.

                                      I believe its faulty meter and hence please check and replace the meter and refund the excess amount charged int his bill and in our previous bill.
