W. R. To above cited subject i am mitkari b s consumer no[protected] ausa dist latur. I complaint to mahavitran ausa for due to overload connection my agriculture elec, supply is very bad fr. Last 3 year but not proper response from office. My electricity supply is not regular from 3 months hence i coudnot drink water to my animal and agriculture purpose.

      Mafco telephone exchange bldg., sector - 26, vashi having consumer no.[protected] having 3 phase power supply connection - 1 phase is faulty since long. Hence con not operate 3 phase equipment. Complaint is already lodged on 17/07/2017 and last week also in msedcl office at mafco market sector - 26, vashi. Please attend the same at the earliest.

        I live in kondhwa pune...there are rugular power cuts in are area due to which we can't sleep properly...what the hell this government is doing... In same way mumbai is also a crowded city there is no power cut in that city... U should have some shame & learn something from them..

But its shamefull for u ppl to send us that big amount bill dat too very much before the time. Besides power cut before even rains start. Years hav passed and still there is no progress constant power cuts no changes in overhead wires pleaze this is high time to give this a transformation and do something about ths and make it underground. Wake upp

            I am living in nagpur city and in our area many of the who illegally using the electricity regularly and i complaint many time to mseb but no one takes action against those people or i request you to take action against those who using electricity or i regularly visited mseb office for taking action no one is interested to come and search please do something through this site i believe you give response to my complaint.
            Search gokulpeth walmiki nagar area there are many who using illegal electricity even they don't pay bill kindly take action

            Sir no action is taken people using illegal electricity and there people they freely using things not expected such response from your side no action why sir
            Always Fire in Electric Pole of Sr46, Lane 2, Opp new Grace School. This always a case in every 2 months.
            There is no such kind of inquiry to be done. Please do something related to nagpur area because of the people who consuming illegal electricity in our area strictly take action against those check the poll you see the wire on that and these wires are hidden in the tree.

              I am suvidh rele my consumer number is[protected] bu 4464 virar west.
              Reason for writing this i am getting a faulty meter reading bill since sep 2016 or before that

              Meter checking guy doesn't even bother to check consumption unit bill for last 15-16 months although i did paid inr 150 in april 2016 for meter check they just came and said their is no mistake then why we always get bill which is written faulty meter and my bill is always on higher side

              On top of that i received bill of inr 7680 for this month which not at all accepted every time i get bill of more then 800 which does not make any sense to pay huge amount

              Honestly i have only 3 tubelights., 2fans at home with no fridge, a/c, washing machine or any other electronic gadgets rather we used get bill of inr between 400-600 1 and half year back then why we are getting this huge amount

              Hope i get a proper solution

I have changes my meter twice but of no use. Please come to my rescue

                Hi,
                I am being billed for average 225 units since 6 months. We have done all the process mseb officials have said but still no action has been taken and bill amount keeps on adding for us. From the month of march i have shifted we made a complaint at below address-

                Section office phase 2, hinjawadi, pune - 411057, near wipro tech international biotech park

                After which documents were submitted at -
                +[protected] kalewadi, pune - 411017

                We were told by mseb official to pay rs200/- and units will be corrected in next bill but no action was taken and still we were billed average for 225 units. Since then we have been paying 500 each month.

                My owner has made complaint and then meter testing was done after chasing many times and again documents were submitted in mseb office.

                The lady who got our meter tested said the meter is correct then why are we still being billed for 225units on average. Below are the appliances at our place-

                Gyser - 1
                Fridge - 1
                Tubelights - 4 (Daily 2 tubelights in usage)
                Cfls-6 (3 are in use daily)
                Exhaust -3
                Fan - 5 (2 are in use on daily basis)

                We are working people and are not at home during day time 11:00am to 9:00pm everyday. The only consumption is at night and on weekends.

                Due to this our owner has asked us to vacate the flat in 20 days and this has caused so much inconvinience to us.

                Any help in this matter at the earliest would be appreciated.

                  My complaints is about power cut daily from 4pm to to 9 pm.
                  For about 5hrs atleast.

                  Its very problematic in this season because temperature is very hot and middle class people dont afford invert-er. My request is that please try to reduce that much of hours.. Almost 2 or 3 hrs its ok.. But we cant afford 5 to 6 hrs of load shading. We are all youth generation from village are doing our education. Its very difficult for us to read/learn if there is no electricity,,,,

                  Please sir think of it. Its a big request... Waiting for your positive response.. Thank you!!

                    Irregular irrelevant power cuts. No intimation before. Every school has exams going on. How are kids going to study. There are elderly people at home who may be ill. How to manage. Not all can afford an inverter. Very inhuman step to cut power. There is certainly no valid reason for these cuts. We consumers pay such hefty bills not for suffering in this heat.

                      Sub: load shedding by msedcl in navi mumbai, thane, parts of mumbai and maharashtra.

                      The load shedding of 4 hours and above that is happening in navi mumbai, thane, parts of mumbai and maharashtra is ridiculous in this season when temperatures are soaring. Family members are falling ill because of the heat. 4 hours a day of man hours are lost for businesses. Housewives are unable to do their daily chores because of the weird timings.

                      Inverters don't help & not everyone can afford inverters.

                      As it is the power tariff has been increasing insidiously and steadily in the past couple of years & we've been paying through our nose. On top of that we have to face the inconvenience and indignity of a power cut.

                      We were a power surplus state. Why then this sudden shortage of power? Is it so that some business houses can benefit from the import of coal giving the organization another excuse to increase tariff?

                      I protest strongly against this load shedding & demand that it be stopped.

                        Why the hell on earth should the common man always suffer due to failures of the government or the authorities.
                        The coal supply is the reason they are giving to put us in darkness.
                        How the hell is not the problem with reliance or tata power, i remember this was the problem with only mseb in 2012.
                        Please for god sake leave us and let these private players come in across all mumbai. Mseb or for that matter entire government is good for nothing. I strongly urge people to please stand and unite against this crap from mseb.
                        Why cant they stop unnecessary wastage of electricity during festival season n all because they are afraid of wrath of people.
                        Please dont charge us the capacity charges as you dont have the capacity to produce enough electricity

                          This is a very horrendous act of having power cut for 2hrs.. Twice every day.. At navimumbai
                          I reside at moraj sanpada.
                          We have small kids and elderly parents to be take caren of.
                          School. Timing.. Nap timing of kids are getting effected.
                          No reason can be justified for this action taken by mseb
                          Request you to take immediate action and stop this powercut or else we all will forced to take some interim action

                            When people are preferring alternative for mseb then why you the serpent on treasury not ready to vacate the seat. You ask people to first pay bills then accept complaint. We do not want to waist money and time to feed big anaconda like you. You are a cruel demon like kaunsa harassing people on sweet name of load shedding. You are threating in undue influence like wild beast that they are bearing your monopoly. They work to feed their family and not crocodile like mseb.

                              I am msedcl customer in nerul west. Yesterday there was power cut for 2 hours from 2 pm to 4 pm. Today there was power cut two times from 8 am to 10 am in the morning and 2 pm to 4 pm in the afternoon.. First day we thought 2 hours may be something emergency but the repetition of double ie 4 times today seemed to be something too much inconvenience to citizens as the temperature was more than 35 degrees and all are depend on electricity for work and home. As there was no need of load shedding nobody was knowing the real reason for continuous, increasing and permanent power cut.. It seems if the trend is going on like this tomorrow there will be 6 hours power cut and nobody bothered and the helpless customers have to suffer.. My question is was the power cut inevitable or justified and was the citizens informed since it is their right so that they are aware of it. Or is it the mere negligence from the part of msedcl so that the citizens have to suffer as an harassment clearly showing lack of service and inefficiency.? Can the authorities take serious note of this and take action immediately and resolve the problem asap.

                                We are small scale industry.in thane,. Now since last 2 days we have power cut for 3 hrs from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
                                Sir how do we work in without power?
                                In news paper we read power available in planty but msedcl is not buying power & hence power cut. Understand this situation will continue for 8/10 days.
                                Please direct mr fadnavis to look in to the matter & arrange power. During diwali time such power cuts are not acceptable.

                                  I’m a resident of 2nd rabodi, thane. It’s been a regular havoc that load shedding is taking place since two days. It becomes very difficult to manage as these are peak hours. What’s the use of stupid power cuts from the residential areas? If electricity has to be saved please save from where it is being misused. Rather than troubling the consumer. Please stop this non sense load shedding activity. Save electricity during festival times where it is unnecessarily being used. Daily chores are hampered because of this, 2-3 hours of load shedding? What is that we pay the electricity bill for if constant power cuts take place? Kindly understand the difficulty here.

                                    Since june 2017 we are facing this problem of paying excessive bill amount to maharashtra state electricity board.
                                    The before june 2017 average electricity charge was rs 700 but now each month its increasing like fire.
                                    June it was 2030
                                    July - 2990
                                    August - 7490
                                    September - 10440
                                    We have complained about the same to our nearby electric board unit but i have got no help yet whatsoever i wrote applications and submitted it to the same but no verification has been done.
                                    Now, in this condition where the board is not active to resolve the issues, i need help from consumers complaints forum.

                                      दिवा विभाग में बिजली मीटर धारक 3 लाख से भी ज्यादा है।लेकिन वहाँ के कस्टमर को आज भी 6 से 7 Hrs अधेरे मैं रखा जाता है। हमारी मीडिया ने इसकी जाँच की तो पता चला की दिवा MSEB के Ex. Engeenier, J.Engeenier ने दिवा के बिल्डर लॉबी से साठगाँठ कर के अनधिकृत, धोकादायक, बिल्डिंग को बिना मीटर का कनेक्शन दे कर करोड़ो रूपये की बिजली की चोरी हर महीने करवाते है।जनता के हक़ के बिजली को बिल्डर को देकर जनता को 6 से 7 Hrs अधेरे मैं रखते है।बिल्डर लॉबी जनता से बिजली का भाड़ा भी वसूल करते है। यह दोनों अधिकारी और बिल्डर लॉबी मिलकर उस जनता के पैसों को आपस मे बाट लेते है। हर महीने करोड़ो का चोरी का रिपोर्ट बनाकर यह अधिकारी सरकार को नुकसान पहुचा रहे है।

                                        My billing unit is 5746 but company give average billing unit 5934. Consumer number[protected], address pangri, deulgaon raja. From last 12 months i have been complaining on line about high bill and every time my complaint is closed without any action. Copy of complaints enclosed as an attachment for reference. Everytime i m paying huge amount of electric bill. Even my flat was vacant for 4 month still got high electric bill. You can check from may to aug 2017 meter reading was not taken consumed is normal but still i have been charged for 188 extra units each month and in august 2017 meter jump 188 units and after that meter running high and getting high bill every month. How can i afford to pay such a high bill every month. The problem is that after repeated complaints every month no action has been taken. Please do the needful and change the meter at the earliest.
