Since 25 days there is power failure in Pandav Leng area. There are many newly added inhabitants in this area. Since 09.00 p.m . On 12.09.2017 till now 01.00 a.m.13.09.2017 no power. MSEDCL is useless. Engineers are bogus degree holders. They are curse on earth.
This is everyday problem. How infants will feel. They don't get sleep. October hear is coming up. MSEB engineers should be punished for frequent power failure

      I am from ahmednagar hear in ahmednagar loadshading is not alloted then also this employes are giving problem to by turn off our lights pople living near by having they lights and when we talk to our mseb office they are telling that loadshading is going on wtf...

      If any action is not taken against this then i have many highly contacts

        It's utterly ridiculous that you guys cut off the electricity supply every alternate day and that too for so long. On 9th september the electricity was cut off at 12 a. M in the morning and didn't come back till at least next morning 9 a. M. That's almost 9 hours without electricity! Today is 10th september, not even been 24 hours to that incident and the electricity is gone again and we've no idea when is it coming back!!
        What the hell is going on?

        I have been paid bill rs.390.00 on 22/08/2017 on line, but same not reflected in bill.As i already paid bill today i paid rs.270.00 only

          My bill for july had current and previous reading as 26370 and 26370 but the total units calculated was 253. When i called your call centre they clarified that they missed to take the reading and that's why average unit of 253 has been billed. Now i got bill for the month of aug.in this bill the preview reading is still 26370 and current reading is 26692 and total unit 322. So i am getting billed twice for the unit 253 which were billed to me in the moth of july and again in month of aug. Unit billed for the month of aug should have been 69 instead of 322.

            There is a mistake in the name printed on the bill so please rectify it
            Name printed on the bill is mr chanrashekar ashok sawant
            Whereas it should be
            Mr chandrashekhar ashok sawant. And also change address flat no. 20, vishal tower chs ltd, kolbad road, opp axis bank, thane (W)-400601.

            And online payment cannot be done as the system does not recognise ca no.[protected]. Please solve above queries.

              Dear sir,

              This is to bring to your notice that my electricity billing is coming much higher which is very unexpected and unrealistic. This has been started from last 5 to 6 months and i had complained about the same to the divisional officers virar msedcl.

              Kindly note that there is no increase on electricity consumption, it remains same since last couple of years. My average unit consumption during winter is 200 whereas during normal month it is 250-275. And recently i am receiving 415 to 450 consumption unit bills.

              I would request you to kindly check and rectify this abnormal increase of billing. I am requesting you to take corrective action and adjust the billing as per earlier consumption trend. I think so msedcl officials are imposing the bills on and average basis.

              Also in our society there are other members who are using ac, geasers then also there consumption units are 50-75 how is this possible. Is their consumption getting bifurcated to other bills. Please check all the meters in our society and you will find atleast 2 to 3 flats who are just paying rs. 100 in every month.

              Also the person who manages to click the photo of the meters comes late in the month and bill gets generated for 1.07 per month. So the electricity which is been consumed for the next period gets adjusted with the current bills and we have to pay more in the same month since msedcl rates depends upon the usage and it varies with some usage plans.

                I am mrs. Supriya vichare tenant of shop of mr. Kalpesh bhanji jala
                Customer id no.[protected] unit no. 4591, made a first payment of electricity bill vide online on dtd.19/07/2017 for rs.1240/- and second payment on 14/08/2017 by chq. No.554872 drawn on saraswat bank vikhroli - west branch.

                When i checked my account details i found double payment to msedcl but i am suprise to see that extra paid amount is not adjusted in aug bill. My aug bill is also paid vide online of rs.390/- on dtd. 03/09/2017 vide transaction no.[protected]

                Hence when my extra payment will adjusted please let me know

                    What is arrears of Rs. 962.64 is shown., Please Clarify what is amount
                    The previous month i.e. on August 2017 cheque of Rs 940.00 is en cashed in MSEDCL account.Hence an arrears of Rs 962.64 is incorrect.
                    Please correct the bill immediately and issue a new bill.

                    Sothat bill will be paid in due time..

                        I have submitted meter reading via MSEDCL app as i got an SMS regarding this. I have to submit meter reading upto 25 Aug 2017 and i submitted on that day itself via the app. But now today 1 Sep 2017 when i check my bill online, MSEDCL have not taken that reading into consideration and instead given average billing. Meter reading guy is not providing proper reading it seems. I am attaching the meter reading taken on that day. Also attaching the average bill i got. Please take corrective action into this. I have also submitted many complaints on Meter issues but none are resolved till now. This is happening for 3-4 months. My consumer number[protected], BU 4745, PC 5.

                        From last two months we lost our light connection and we inform local wireman many times but he didn't given any response.we payed every light bill consistently.
                        Kindly provide the support to us to solve this issue.
                        In village of Khandala taluka telhara dist Akola. Under substance hiwarkhed. Khandala sarpanch Name Sachin Deole used hooks in last six month. Illegally if our department not action on this person another villege consumer also use hooks. Our lineman also know this hooks. And junior engineer know about this hooks. But no one action on this person.

                          excess bill charge for net consume units

                          Mahadiscom has charged around 1 to 2 % extra on the net electricity consumed. The calculation provided in the bill is not matching the charges given in the bill.

                          The mahadiscom office people are also not able to tally the bill and don't know how to calculate the bill.

                          Customer care people are also unable to calculate and tally the bill as per the net consumption. And concluded that the charges are excess and...

I am surprised to receive a bill of 3960 for the month of august, when my units are very less and i usually receive a bill between rs 60 - rs 200. You can check my bills from the past, please rectify this mistake in billing at the earliest.

                          I raised a complaint 7075033 and called and even emailed several times, but it seems none is bothered to respond

                            We had raised faulty meter complaint online and offline but no action taken so far.

                            Past 2-3 months we had paid rs.4850, rs.2050, rs.1600 which unacceptable.

                              Yesterday the power supply was switched off by mseb officials to large part of thane. Reason given by anil kamble spokesperson for the same is that rising water level was reaching their transformers.
                              I don't think that the water level even if it. Reaches their transformers poses any danger as the transformers are all sealed and filled with oil inside them for cooling the transformers.
                              Large number of consumers were made to suffer due to a wrong decision taken by the authorities in mseb. It must not be repeated at least in future.

                                      I have taken a flat in wakad, pune and applied for 3 phase electricity connection on 6th july. The request is pending for more than a two month time and still no connection made. The agent said there is no 3 phase meter in all mseb. To believe there is no 3 phase meter in pune for past 60 days is little hard. Because of all this, i am not able to move to the house. Paying emi and rent.

                                      Please see below my current status of application. Request you to please help me with connection.

                                      Facing same issue in wakad, Pune. We bought a flat with faulty meter and it is not getting replaced. Electricity bill charges by default RS 2000 per month. have filed complaint year ago but nothing done till date. Is there a way to resolve it?? New buildings coming up in same society has new 3 phase meters installed. :(
