high electricity bill for the month of july-2017

This is to request you to please look into this matter, my electricity bill for the month of july-2017 has come very high.

My electricity consumption is no more than 170 to200 unit but for the month of july, the consumption has come around 337 unit which is impossible.

frequently power line-cut / long time to reconnect.

My consumer no. Is[protected] i am running business of flour-mill, i am frequently facing problem of power line-cut, and its affect my business very badly, every time i raise telephonic complaint to reconnect the line but it never done in time, it took 7-8days.

As i pay bill regularly in time, you are requested to consider my complaint on priority and provide us uninterrupted power supply.

disconnection due to no update of payment even after 7 days

My power supply was cut off for pending payments.
July's pending payment was paid combining the august's payment on 14th august. The bill's last date was 31 august.
So,

Bill payment last date: 31 august
Bill paid on : 14th august
Power cut off : 21 august

When called on 21st august to customer care, they could see the online payment made but the main system was not updated. So they...

electricity meter shifting

not satisfy with billing of 3 phase common electric meter reading

We have two nos 3phase, 5kw, electric meter in our building appartment (2 apartments). Bill is for 22 days for both meter,
One meter reading shows 67 unit consumption, another shows 737 units consumption. The bill is 12000 plus & 15000 plus.
When i calculate this from bilbachoo site, it show 551 & 8800.
I am not satisfy with meters, i want the proper inspection of meters from authorise agency.

complaining against excess amount on bill

My customer id is[protected], first of all my meter has been changed without asking me and why i am not involved in this while changing meter. With whom permission you all change meter?
And in this photo which is on paper, how can u see that meter. Before i used to get 500 to 600 rs but now i am getting above 1000, why it is like this?
How can it be 160 unit as for i am only using led bulb n fans n one fridge only.

mseb staff unable to receive phone calls.

On a power surge issue a individual usually tend to look for the reason why there has been an inconvience but apparently, the consumer voice is being ignored eventually. Mseb office, dehu road branch does not entertain any phone calls, or rather they simply ignore the calls and do not register the complaint of the consumer, which should have been done. Even after several hours of calling, no one is responsible enough to pick up the phone...

high electricity bill for the month of july

frequent low voltage fluctuations in power supply

voltage fluctuations & low power at night

Inspite of contacting & complaining concerned lineman, the voltage fluctuations problem has not been solved yet.in evenings, the situation worsens to low voltage. This happens regularly, as a result clinic lights get recurrently defective. I fear ac capacitor may also get damaged if problem persists. Please do the needful at the earliest as this is happening in clinic establishment. Patients also get mentally affected by this problem....

near to death experience being given by mseb in my area

new connection 3 phase meter shortage

We have requested for a new mseb connection in kharadi, pune (Sub division - wadgaon sheri)
The quotation charges have been paid on july 31st 2017 but now the authorities are saying three phase meters are not available/out of stock since march 2017.
All the new connections since march 2017 are pending.

Why are the meters not produced in good quantity?

street lights are switched off too early in the morning

Street lights on JP Road along the sea shore at Versova are switched off very early, now a days the sun rise is at 0620, The street is in total darkness even at 0600hrs. Early morning walk along JP road is very dangerous. As the days go by the sunrise will be later and later, kindly keep the street lights ON till 0630.
