complain registered for 3 days continuously. the complain number was given in the night[protected] however on portal, the complain shows at morn. 8.58. later many complains were given and the complains shows resolved on the portal, however no one visited the site. Who gave the permission to resolve the complains without attending the issue? proofs are attached in photos.
last time when repair was done, chai pani paisa was asked. the late of 3 days in attending complain this time may be the result of not giving in to the corruption. we did visit offices and phoned numbers n number of times which include executive engineers, asst. engineer and snr. executive engg. yet all say issue will be resolved. Does it take 3 days to resolve issue of 1 home?
when called the vehicle engineer ([protected]), he asks for the pole and other details to us. In that case what is the use of online complain and who is creditable for its resolution? he says it will take time as he has other works. its ben 3 days now and how more time is needed? We have been contacting Mr. Karangaonkar (ext no. [protected]) and yet nothing is solved.
This is my last attempt through the system and now I am moving to consumer court. The infants at our home are suffering as there is no electricity. We are fetching water manually from well. That's the end of tolerance now.
Kindly look into the matter asap, anyways, consumer court will look into it other wise.

Light bill is high even after zero reading and it is continuous from last one year pl. Look into matter as early as possible
