Dear sir,
Consumer no.:[protected]; billing unit: 4595 - akurdi sub. Dn.
I am not staying in this flat nor are there any light fittings or any other electrical fittings.
Hence, there is no unit consumption. This is reflected in all the history view billings, since july 2016.
Now suddenly, for may and june 2017, i see unit consumption as 160 and the bills show meter status as faulty. The meter status is active. How ever, as no one stays there, and there are no electrical fittings, there is no consumption.
Request, pls correct the wrong billing of may and june 2017 and provide the correct bills.

Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The Electricity bill for July 2017 of rs 650.00 is showing outstanding of rs 320.00 of previous month. However, i paid the bill via Paytm which shows the payment successful, have mail & transaction ID to prove it. So advise us how to resolve the issue as we have already paid the amount.
