Dear sir,
I have registered a complaint of power failure on 17.06.2017, complaint number - 6504312, consumer number[protected], but till date no one has come to attend the complaint.
I have continuously follow up with the employee of mseb, but they are allows say that we are busy in some other maintains work, even i have follow up with costumer care, but i have surprise after knowing that the customer care executive says that my compliant is resolved, but actually it’s not solved yet.
Since last 10 days there is no power available at my home, & mseb is not taking any action for the same.
We are requesting once again, solve the power failure problem immediately,
