I m regularly fill bill.In the summer i m paid 1500/- rs cause of i used cooler, fan, and other thing but i m not use cooler and fans but use fan less than summer.and june bill is 2000/- unit 249

    Excess bill received for a month june 2017 of Rs. 2630/- when flat is closed since 15 may to 5 july 2017. I already paid last two months bill of Rs. 1790/- on dated[protected]through online. still I am received combined three months bill.

    as well as last one month my flat is closed, still I received of high bill of Rs. 842.00 for a month june -2017.

      My name is Vasant Ragho Pashte. My current (payment date - 20.06.2017) Electricity bill amount is 14580.00. And,
      My last bill has been given below.

      And specially, I and my family, all in the month of May - 14.05.2017 in the morning at 4.30 am to 29.05.2017 in the afternoon at 5.00 pm I and my family were not at home. We went to the village for the holiday.

      Even then my Electricity Bill came with a lot of money. My request is, my bill amount should be very low.

        Every now and then (atleast 10 times on an average) lights are going off at Nasik Road since onset of the monsoon. Sometimes the energy is restored within 5 mins. and sometimes after 1 to 2 hours. This causes disruption in our day to day activities i.e. computer, T.V. etc. THOUGH THERE IS NO THUNDER AND LIGHTNING STILL LIGHTS GO OFF. IS SOMEBODY PLAYING WITH THE LIGHTS OVER THERE? Particularly after 7 p.m. when there is darkness and lights go off, Sr. citizens have to struggle to find a candle and they very often stumble and fall in the house. What kind of service is this I ask? WHAT IS THE PROVOCATION TO DO LOAD SHEDDING SEVERAL TIMES A DAY AND AT NIGHTS?

        Please get the information from the Co. otherwise I will have to submit RTI to them.

          I am at Phinix Elina society building, 904,
          Susgaon Pune. Out of three face, one face electricity is not available since yesterday evening . lift of our society are not working. Because dsl gen set is not provided by builder .We are 66 year old do we can't use stairs. We have been confined in 9th floor. Please please help & arrange supply of all three face electricity.

            Hello sir,

            I have received mseb bill for the month of june & which is charged near about 1600. as per my bill trend it should be in between 700-800. i am using 1bhk flat of 630 square feet & monthly bill of 1600 is quite huge. it might due to person which is coming for taking meter photos quite late more than 30 days which is causing higher rate per unit charged. please resolve this asap. i stay at kate puram phase ii k-3/306 at new sangvi, pune.

              Dear sir/madam,
              We have lodge the complaint verbally to mseb 10/11the jun and after worse my self and building member lodge the complaint on 17th jun 2017 (See the pic of slip), but still they not resolved, see the picture which i have attached photograph of open wire
              While we gone to them they were behave very roughly with us, the mseb workers are not at all seriously to this matter, in this area there is a one residential building, tuition class and small kids school, it is very dangerous to keep this type of wiring open in the area.

                    power shut down: 29/06/2017 11 pm
                    complain registered for 3 days continuously. the complain number was given in the night[protected] however on portal, the complain shows at morn. 8.58. later many complains were given and the complains shows resolved on the portal, however no one visited the site. Who gave the permission to resolve the complains without attending the issue? proofs are attached in photos.
                    last time when repair was done, chai pani paisa was asked. the late of 3 days in attending complain this time may be the result of not giving in to the corruption. we did visit offices and phoned numbers n number of times which include executive engineers, asst. engineer and snr. executive engg. yet all say issue will be resolved. Does it take 3 days to resolve issue of 1 home?

                    when called the vehicle engineer ([protected]), he asks for the pole and other details to us. In that case what is the use of online complain and who is creditable for its resolution? he says it will take time as he has other works. its ben 3 days now and how more time is needed? We have been contacting Mr. Karangaonkar (ext no. [protected]) and yet nothing is solved.

                    This is my last attempt through the system and now I am moving to consumer court. The infants at our home are suffering as there is no electricity. We are fetching water manually from well. That's the end of tolerance now.
                    Kindly look into the matter asap, anyways, consumer court will look into it other wise.

                      before raising case i checked all possibilities, meter switch is on, main switch is on.
                      i am trying contacting all the toll free numbers to log a complaint however, no response . can you please raise a case and help us by resolving the issue on priority. since 4 hrs there is no electric supply in our house, all rest houses are having electric supply with no issues. being a regular billing customer i and everyone should get response on given so called TOLL FREE number as they are 24*7 as per policy.

                                Dear sir,

                                My consumer no is[protected], billing unit 4541. I am residing in this flat since nov 2016. We are a nuclear family, my husband and me both working and there is no one in the flat at day time. We only using one ac only from may.
                                I have also checked all the electricity bills of my society, even flats using 2-3 ac on regular basis are not being charged more than 6000 while in my case every month the charges are getting just double of last month. There has been an immense amount of difference in the billing since i have started living here. Please help me as i am being billed excessively since april 2017.

                                I have just received a call from [protected], the person said he is calling from Mahadiscom and the amout charges excess will be refunded in my account and asked me for my debit card details, card no, validity and cvv no. I think this is a scam to do fraud with innocent people. though i haven't provided my details but i am going to file a police complaint against this person.

                                  From nov 2016 to apr 2017 our electric meter faulty show in our bill, but i am regularly basis paid amount.

                                  Last month electric meter changed and they are raised bill of amount 6850/-

                                  Last 2 years my average bill of amount rs. 500-600, and at the time of faulty meter i regular paid of this amount.

                                  Current month reading 90 units which is not more than bill of amount 400-500, but his issue us bill 7500/-

                                    I have registered a complaint of power failure on 17.06.2017, complaint number - 6504312, consumer number[protected], but till date no one has come to attend the complaint.
                                    I have continuously follow up with the employee of mseb, but they are allows say that we are busy in some other maintains work, even i have follow up with costumer care, but i have surprise after knowing that the customer care executive says that my compliant is resolved, but actually it’s not solved yet.

                                      Dear sir my society name m/s omkar vill chs plot no.06 sector-23 near hari om mandir juinagar navi mumbai-400706. Mseb consumer no.[protected]. Last 3 month nerul assistant engineer claime un useges hidden electric bill. He said ur a wing stair case meter m/s vishwanath apartment[protected] not paid her electric bill then ur plot no.06 same reason that b stair case transfer a wing out standing bill. And he said ur society paid total outstanding bill. I reqvest our society don't paid extra other meter out standing charges. So kindly i reqvest once again please understand total matter and justis our society

                                      MSEB has bill plans based on consumption in month.
                                      Meter readings are taken non-regularly that is 5-10 days after month is completed and due to that the consumption looks higher and the high unit rates are applied. Please regularize the meter reading frequency.
