I am anil,
I have applied for new connection of meter as my new house is under construction (Approximately 2 months back). This area comes under rawan wadi, as new meters are not available here the respected officer is also helpless, even required staff is also not there.
So please do the needful. Because in gondia ample of meters are available but in rawan wadi which is 12-14k. M. Away from gondia the electric meters are not available

The Electricity bill for July 2017 of rs 650.00 is showing outstanding of rs 320.00 of previous month. However, i paid the bill via Paytm which shows the payment successful, have mail & transaction ID to prove it. So advise us how to resolve the issue as we have already paid the amount.

    I already complaint on[protected] to mseb office chinchwad gaon. On 24-06-17
    Mseb persons remove meter for checking after 4to 5 hrs they refix the same meter. L already paid bill rs 6840/- on month june-17.&rs 2870/- on month july 2017. On[protected] mseb person taken reading and got it faulty. I got next bill as faulty meters bill as rs 3270/- both persons are mseb persons. Please take immediate action, and replace faulty meter. And also deduct bill from extra bill paid me to msedcl.

    I live in Kalpataru Splendour society in Kaspate wasti Wakad Pune. There is power cut from last 12 hours, is it planned power cut? If it is so, why we were not informed. I have two small kids, they are suffering as they can't sleep in night. Will you please let us know how much more time needed to get power?

      My house is under construction in vijaydurg and i am getting bills of about rs. 2000 to rs. 2, 200 each month since may 2017, where only a single small cfl bulb glows during the night time.

      My brother who is resident of vijaydurg has made a complaint to electricity office to come over and check the meter, but so far no action has been taken from electricity department.

      I have made this request to review my bill over mahadiscom website, but i keep getting these higher bills continuously and hence i have stopped paying the same through online portal.

      Request you to look in to the matter and do the needful to revise the bills and change the electricity meter as soon as possible.

        My consumer no is[protected] and billing unit is bu3905 (Nagpur rural). Meter is installed at pyramid city 3, besa pipla rd, nagpur. Flat d-401.
        Sir, since posseion of flat in june 2017 i even did not stay for a single day. The main swirch is off. But i am getting bills of say 80 to 100 units per month. There is no meter readings on bill.in july i paid rs 610/- and again in aug 2017 i paid rs 700 /- even though flat is locked. Kindly look into, as i am supposed to get minimum bill, as i am not at all staying at present since possetion from builder.

            Dear sir/ madam,

            Ref : customer number :[protected].

            With reference to above subject i registering the complaint against over billing of the msedcl for above mention customer number, where they have made over billed the meter reading, over billed to make it into the higher billing slab since from last two month's (May, june & july) total count of reading units 165, 165 & 1862.
            This is faulty bill and msedcl employee is not responding properly

            I applied for meters in March 2017, meters came in Wagholi mseb office last 3 weeks before, it took 4 months for meters, now lying with wire-man and he [ Mr. Hargude ] don't have time to come and fit it. Every week he is giving some other excuse.

                We registered complaint regarding one eletric pole is inside the road, bearing our complaint no 1636752 and reminder dated 29/07/2017.

                Till date and till time there is not progress.

                We have give complaint regarding this to pune muncipal corporation, pune also but they are told that this is job is concerned with msedcl only.

                Both authorities are not interested to do this job as early as possible, as there is question of any one's life.

                Please do the needful as early as possible and save any one's life.

                  I, bhide arvind dattatarya, customer id[protected], would like to bring to your notice that there is an anomaly in billing of may and june 2017.
                  May 2017 current reading 11556, last reading 11556 units consumed 110
                  June 2017 current reading 11844, last reading 11556 units consumed 288
                  As it is clear from the above that 110 units are charged extra and the same needs to be adjusted / credited to my account. This was explained to the person taking reading who had informed that it will be automatically taken care in july 2017, however it is not taken into account in current bill.
                  You are hereby requested to look into and ensure that 110units are adjusted.

                  My Mother had been to MSEB office in Bolinj, Virar West about the faulty meter. But the officer spoke to her in a very rude manner and blindly asked her to pay the excess bill which will come. Complaint was unheard. The officers should atleast have courtesy and should know the way to speak to a woman.

                    Hello respected sir
                    I have been getting faulty reading from past 8 to 9 months. Every month i have to walk to the mseb office and submit actual reading and make proper bill
                    But this time the difference in reading was about 367 units stil they just reduce ₹1000 and in the next month bill current reading was just 37 units and the bill was for ₹647 so it's really unfair. For reducing the bill amount you do it to minimum, but it's not even minimum. How can for 367 units it costs just ₹1000 and for 37 units ₹647.
                    Please look in my matter as soon as possible.

                      My consumer no. Is[protected] kolhapur urban division. My meter is faulty & not working for. Last 2 months. Therefore i have given online compliant through mahavitaran mobile app
                      & complaint id is[protected]. It is learnt that there are no electricity meter available with company. It is therefore requested to change meter immediately.

                      Now recently i have been receipt of electricity bill. My flat is vacant for last one year. Therefore there is no usage of electricity. Minimum usage of 5 to 6 units were shown by the company and i am paying bills for the same. Now suddenly the has charged me bill of 90 units and deducted sum of rs. 529/- from my advance payment. It is therefore requested to reduce excessive bill charged to me & credited sum to my account immediately.

                        Sir/madam,

                        This is a complaint against mahadiscom regarding my excess electricity bill amount for my flat in nalasopara west. My consumer number is[protected] and biling unit: 4375.

                        In the month of feb’17 i received an sms from mahavitran for a bill of rs.17000. I was shocked to see such a huge amount bill as the same flat is empty and no one stays there since a year. Pls be noted that i live in mahim and the said flat in nalasopara is empty.

                        I immediately call up the customer care and inform the same. I even went to nalasopara and reported the same to mahavitran office. I was told to get a video of the meter readings. I did that and gave the video to their officer in the office. The meter reading was just 18. I m enclosing the vdo for reference. When i called up the officer mr sachin next day who takes care of the bill in our area, he assured me that it will be done and i will get a revised bill next month. But nothing has been done.

                        Now in the month of jul17, i got a bill of rs.30000 and when i checked with him he is asking me to again visit the office and submit the video of the same.

                        I failed to understand what these mahavitran officer do in their job. Just send the huge bill and collect money from people. I work in office till 9 pm and also have to travel for my work and don't get time to keep visiting the place solving the issues created by these guys.

                        It would be great if you can help me in this regard. I m ready to provide any further information if required

                        My meter had been disconnected one month back however after payment it's still not reconnected. Now it's almost 45 days. Useless Shahpur MSEB OFFICERS. MR VISHU & THAKYR MADAM.

                          And would like to bring your kind notice that we are facing always high risk of short circuit.
                          This isninform you that i m responsible citizen residing at above adress. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that back our house gallery there is big electrical wire which is very much unsafe whilr raining season, it is again and again same wire which is spark in the wire whuch is very dangerous to our area lane.
                          Request you to look and instruct your technical department to safe guard and replace whole wire which comes on to main dp of our area.
                          I hope that you will consider my letter and take favourable action on it.

                            Hi team,

                            My name isprashant and i am a resident of kamothe where i have been residing for the past 9 years now. The recent most bill that i received form msedcl was of rs 5190 which is practically impossible due to various reasons
                            1) there are only two people residing in the apartment i. E me and my sister.
                            2) we leave house at 7:30 in the morning and be around 7 in the evening.
                            3) also i think that the msedcl have goofed up something as the previous months bills were rs 2770 which i agree to some extent as there an ac which was operating during the initial days of the month from there is shooter up to almost double it's value.
                            Kindly acknowledge this and take an action as to where this loop hole arises die to which we were charges so much.
                            I hope some stringent action to be taken by the msedcl team if some one has done if purposely.

                                We are holding msedc consumer number[protected]. On 02.08.2016 we had a complain regarding faulty meter and after dept has install new meter on january 2017. Then they have raise bill 500 per month. Then we have asked the meterman (Reading taker) about the issue, he checked the bill and told us that rna mentioned on bill so u r getting the bill of rs 500/-. Then we had meed dated 28.07.17 at dombivali office (Maharashtra) and ask to concern then personnel gave us a bill amounting rs75430/- (After our enquery). Today on 30.07.17 they have send lineman to cut and remove the meter.
                                1) on what basis rs75000/- bill on the spot
                                2) faulty meter was changed after so many request.
                                3) rna mentioned in bill for so many period and make bill without any proof.
                                4) without intimation trying to cut the connection.

                                  Our society has received excessive billing for the last 2 months; this is common to the society electrical fittings.

                                  Our unit consumption for june - 956 units and july - 964 units are approx. 50% higher than the previous months / years.

                                  There is no change in the electrical or any other loads in our society.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Consumer no.:[protected]; billing unit: 4595 - akurdi sub. Dn.

                                    I am not staying in this flat nor are there any light fittings or any other electrical fittings.

                                    Hence, there is no unit consumption. This is reflected in all the history view billings, since july 2016.

                                    Now suddenly, for may and june 2017, i see unit consumption as 160 and the bills show meter status as faulty. The meter status is active. How ever, as no one stays there, and there are no electrical fittings, there is no consumption.

                                    Request, pls correct the wrong billing of may and june 2017 and provide the correct bills.

                                      I am getting around rs 2000 electricity bill for the last two months. I think there is some problem with the meter. I am staying alone and use fan and light only at night. The entire day i stay in office. Even on weekends i mostly stay outside. Electricity unit is around 200 every month which is more as per my consumption. Plz look into the matter.

                                        The bill appears to be inflated, as i know for certain that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill
