Dear sir/madam,

This mail is regarding my electricity bill for the month of may, 2017. Please note my customer type is lt consumer no is[protected] bu: 4073 kalyan cc o s/dn. Resident of titwala west.

The bill generated for the month may, 2017 is showing very very high amount also the unit consumption shown is 742 really. Bill amount is rs. 8370/- how is it possible??? Single month bill with such high amount??? You can check my last bill history, consumption graph & consumption records as it shows something is definitely wrong as the meter is not being properly checked from your end or nobody has checked the meter physically. The bill is given on just assumption. How can a monthly bill can come in such a huge amount where we were not there at home for around 12 days??

We request you to kindly look into matter as the bill amount is huge for a single month and a normal middle class person cannot afford the same. And we are not capable of paying the same. Request you to kindly investigate the matter.

    Respected sir

    I have applied for mseb new connection in sr. No.28 urlidevachi pune and taking lots of follow up with mseb department they are moving my file from this section to another section nobody is serious for his/her job. I have submit all documents and nearest connection's bill also. I have submit my file for 21st of 22nd march but till date nobody has come to visit or not giving proper response. Mrs. Ruplali is working in gramin vibhag she always show attitude when call to her for knowing status of file. Mr. Bhujbal contact no.[protected] told that he send my file to section office on 3rd june 2017 as per outward no.3448 as per his mail on 3rd june 17 but mr. Auchare [protected] told that till date he has not get this file. Please help me for my connection

      I am a resident of akshay tower society in wakad (Pink city road, near euro school). Generally my monthly consumption is less than 100 units which makes my bill always less than rs. 1000. This month i have received very inflated bill of rs 5000 with showing monthly consumption as 500 which i found incorrect. Can i please request to be investigated and send the revised bill which is accurate?

        Dear sir,

        I am an resident of thane city my consumer no is[protected] i have an complaint about the daily electricity cutt off process as this make irritation as only one phase light has the problem on daily basis i had complained many times about this but till now i had not recieved any solution for that as please get check and resolve the problem on urgent basis.

        As if it is not get solved in week so we have to try for the higher authority for these case.

          My Consumer No is[protected]. I have lodged several complaints with Customer Care Service on phone No.[protected] and[protected] for frequent interruption in power supply during day and night. I made specific request for giving permanent solution to the problem but there is no satisfactory response from MSEDCL. Though my email id and mobile No is available with the MSEDCL but the complaints and action taken are not confirmed through SMS or / and email.
          Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          It seems that govenment workers will always be lazy and inhuman. they are doing load shedding at night it is now 12.52 am and since 2 hours electricity is not there. nallasopara east central park. if mseb is giving such a pathetic seevice then moving towards sector is very preferable.

            There has been power cut every day 4-5 times and yet no response from mseb airoli team.
            I am from sector 8, plot 7, airoli, navi mumbai

            Almost every day power goes for more than an hour that too 4-5 times and there is no response team that is alotted for it.
            Even if we call, no one responds from the other end so whom to complain if no one listens to our complaints.

              We are facing regular cuts in electricity in. D middle of the night making it impossible to sleep right upto morning hours but we are expected to pay bills on time and with unexpected hikes in bills this is the story every night at bhandup west nardas nagar, it is so disgusting on the part of such a hugh body to carry out work n cut electricity every night and make us to go sleepless to work next morning i[censored] guys can't manage it pls give up and get us out of this menance

                Its unfortunate that as a responsible citizen i am paying my electric bill regularly before due date but since last above two years there is no consistency /genuineness in the bill /units charged.

                1) on complaints meters have been replaced 3-4 times but the reading is never accurate

                2) with regular appliances and moderate use i am getting consistently high bill range of rs[protected] with rs 12000/- charged once

                3) i am deliberately minimizing the electric units and monitoring day to day meter reading and surprised and shocked to see meter showing daily consumption in the range of 40-50 units and more some times

                4) while there are many faulty / stopped meters in the surrounding feel cheated

                5) request concerned authorities to take immediate corrective action

                6) unfortunately we dont have option else would have left mseb service and swithched over to tata or reliance

                Hi,

                I am Ashwini Dhaipule, residing in Pimple Gurav Pune. This is the 5th time I am complaining about my electric meter running faster. Even if I am using just a 0 watt bulb it is still shows 5 units. I have been complaining over and over again to the authorities in all posible ways by sending emails, mails, talking in person but they are least bothered to look in to this issue. I cannot keep making bill payments which are incorrect. Kindly look into the issue at the earliest.

                  My consumer number is[protected]. meter was removed in april 2017 due to balance bill.

                  I made all payments including meter reconnection charges on date 30.05.2017 but till date 02.06.2017 above meter not installed. I called on mobile number [protected] on 01.05.2017 at 16.00 hrs but he told this area not belongs to him. ( this number was provided by office staff)

                  i have provided all payments xerox copy ot office.

                  same are attached herewith for your information and necessary action please.

                  please it is requested to arrange the reconnection of electric meter urgently.

                    It's going daily power cut by MSEB in Dange Chowk area. It's really pathetic service we are seeing on daily after 11 PM. Don't they fix the issues at morning till evening time and keep customers happy at night. I am doing this complaint 2nd time. Please help us on this and try to keep customers happy.

                    I see a reply from consumer complaint like they are going to reply in several working days. Great india and great support. From 1 and half an hour there is no electricity in Dange Chowk area and you are going to reply in several days. Hats off.

                    Hopeless site and hopeless support.

                    Looks like MSEB wants customer to buy invertor to make self happy but they are not going to make happy.

                      We have cancelled meter (Consumer number:[protected]

                      And

                      Add/ installed new meter (Consumer no:[protected] on 31-jan-1017 (Application no.: 9662642).

                      But, still we are receiving electricity bills with high amount for old meter which is cancelled and removed from our house on 31-jan-2017.

                      We have all require documents for cancellation of old meter and installation of new meter.

                      Request you to validate again and cancel electricity bills for old meter (Consumer number :[protected] which is deactivated/removed.

                        While name changing process you have made mistake in spelling of my wife's name hence you are requested to correct at your earliest as follows...

                        Current name appearing as "yogesh i suthar / bhavna y suthar" which should be as "yogesh i suthar / bhavana y suthar"

                        Same way address address appearing "b603 rishabh tower padmava ti nagar sect 4 bolinj virar west 401303"...

                        My name is mr. Shriram vasudev shinde living at kannada galli, po. Kurunda, tal. Basmath, dist. Hingoli.

My meter is ok running and just now checked by lineman but since last 5 or 6 months readings are coming with faulty meter which i hv to pay unnecessarily. Sir i am very poor person living with my wife only. I don't hv much consuming machines and use.
                        Since 5 month i am trying to solve the problem. Gave many applications. Once mr mahajan (Employee at mseb basmath office) whom hv charge of it convinced me by solved the problem. I waited for 1 month and still reading are coming faulty. Plz help me, what do i do.

                            In uran, many villages like mora etc. All are facing electricity problem. We call mseb for resolving problems they not taking any action and not responding phone calls also.. Everytime they are ignoring us. And want money for resolving prblems, the person who are poor they cant effort to except there conditions so during that time mseb always cut there electricity and giving several reasons that some where short circuit is there and all. We agree with all this natural issues but its not happen in every week twice times. They cut our electricity at night and for continuous 3 to 4 days current not there in our village. Last week its happens during 17/05/2017 to 19/05/2017. Yesterday 29/05/2017 it happens and etc dates are there.
                            Wants urgent action on this.. We are paying electricity bill on time. But not ready to pay there daily commission. Its doesnt meant that you all trouble that customers.                                   You can see the attached images, there is voltage box. My pet was playing around and got electric shock last week. Before this incident I have given complaint in MSEB but no one takes action.
                                  I think instead of my dog MSEB human life then only they will take action. Now I don't have any hopes on this ppls. If any one wants to take action come to Shanti Niwas, Plot 510, Turbhe sector 22, Navi Mumbai 400703

                                      Muje kaha complaint karna chaheye hamari gao me bina current deposit karne wala bhi hero ki tara deposit karne walokohi ulta galia deta hai, hamari gao me jo bplka current laya tha unka kamba to lagalia par unka transforma bhi nahi dia, aur is bplka kamba me bina deposit karnewalone hamari current jo hamne private lia tha isko cut off karke bina permission leke bpl me connect kardia, please muje bataiye muje kya karna chaheye?
