Dear All,

As i would like to inform you that we have got extra bill for the month of December. For the same we have already registered complaint almost 20 days ago but there is no solution we got for this (complaint no[protected].Normally our electricity consumption stays within limit(under 100 units per month).Yesterday our electricity has been disconnected and when your people has come for re-connection of our electricity then we came to know that our electricity meter reading is only 7746(till 3rd February 2017) and electricity board has charged from us 7792 unit(bill generated on 17/12/16).

So request to you that kindly look into this and resolve this issue on priority.As per my knowledge electricity charges is different for unit wise(i.e 0-100 units charges is Rs 2.98 and for more than 100 units charges is Rs 6.73), Kindly let me know that how adjustment part will take place here because electricity board has different different units rate (as per consumption), The reason for asking this question is we have paid extra money to electricity board and electricity board has charged from us at Rs 6.73/unit price.

Dear All,

As i would like to inform you that we have got extra bill for the month of December. For the same we

So request to you that kindly look into this and resolve this issue on priority.As per my knowledge

I have raised a concern regarding extra bill(Compaint no[protected] but till the date there is no solution we received, I have also visited to your concern office(Pimprigaon MSEB office) where i have given written application too.

I would like to bring in notice that we have already paid bill till 7792 units(which has generated on 17.12.16 plz check) our electricity consumption has not reached at 7792 units till the time, you may send your person to check this too.

So i would like to know that if we have already paid bill till 7792 units and till the time electricity consumption has not reached at 7792 units then why Rs 750 bill generated for the this month(plz check bill generated on 17.2.17).

    I need right name in my electricity bill. I realized now that there is spelling mistake in my name. It is not as per my passport.       I am paying online bill, but today when i saw the bill amt it was Rs.540 for the Bill period: 11-DEC-16 to 11-JAN-17 wherein the meter reading of previous is 354 & also current is 354 & the unit used are 100, my question is if 100 unit are used how can the meter reading for previous & current will be same wherein nobody is living in that house. If you see my previous months bill history it is not more than Rs. 50 to 60, which are fixed charges which i have to pay, but if nobody lives over there so how can 100 units are used.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I undersigned Mr. Mohammadanas Patil bearing MSEDCL consumer No.[protected] would like to inform you that from last 12 months the bills for electricity I have received are not normal according to my usage.

        I have already raised complaint about HIGH bill which I had received still till this date no action has been taken in the matter, I am paying very high bill in between Rs. 4500 to 6500 /- since last 1.6 yrs.

        As I am receiving very high bills, it must be result of faulty Electricity meter OR improper readings taken by MSEB.

        When I inquired at Kondhwa Budruk MSEB office it has been told that they can't do much get It checked from local electrical.

        So I request you to kindly support on this query. Also I would like to request you to replace our current Faulty Electricity meter bearing consumer No.[protected] at an earliest to avoid further incorrect bills,

        I have already submitted request online in MSCB portal[protected] on 5-01-17,

          MSEDCL are making fool to consumer they are sending high bills to many o[censored]s for no reason and when we go in office they will tell you go in that office when you go there they will send you back to same office and then that person will say this is the correct bill as per the average reading, i was getting 210rs to 250rs bill from last 3months now suddenly i got 2200rs bill for only having 1 fan and 3 tube light and 1 friedge even i use none of this because most of time I stay out ..

                This is with regard to our grievance that has not been addressed or taken carelessly by your department for almost 8-9 months inspite of several chase ups & reminders. I would like to give a brief background of the complaint that has been submitted in writing as well as constantly chasing with your department to address the complaint.

                Our Society ‘Riverwood Park Atithi Co-operative Housing Society Ltd (Bldg # 8)’, Kalyan Shil Road, Dist. Thane consisting of 7 floors (G+7) with lift facility had faced a power cut during the month of May-June 2016 for almost a week due to short circuit in the underground cable that was laid from DP to the society meter room. Initially the building had a 3 phase power facility wherein now 2 phase power is presently being supplied to our society from underground. Moreover you will be surprised to note that the 1 phase supply power cable that is presently laid is temporarily taken from another building meter room i.e. opposite to our building (Building # 9) and that too your department had laid it overhead instead of correctly taking it underground from DP to our meter room. It was immediately brought to the notice of your officer in Shil Division and we were informed that the special cable connecting from DP to the meter room is not available with them and the same needs to be procured internally. After 15 days we reminded your Shil office about the status but we were told the same reason. As there was no outcome from your Shil office for some time, we were forced to approach your Executive officer, Bhandup office for resolving this matter expeditiously. Again we were given the assurance by the officer that the matter will be looked into and resolved at the soonest. But still we are waiting for this to happen.

                We would like to inform you that during evening hours, children’s from both the buildings play near to the overhead cable that is wrongly laid between both the buildings. We just want to ensure that no out toward incident/casualty happens due to the wrong nature of laying the cable by your department.

                After going through this type of hardship, we would request your intervention in this matter and expeditiously resolve before some unfortunate event happens due to the wrong practice of laying of power cable.

                  I am getting a very excess bill that is above Rs. 1800/- since 3 months.
                  The bill appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between Rs. 500/- to 700/-.
                  Also it is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity in the last 2-3 months, more so because I was staying with my brother and used to occasionally visit my house once in a week, other days the house was locked.
                  Moreover we have only a TV & a fridge in house with 2 people residing.
                  I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty.
                  Please inform us the reason why am I getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.
                  I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

                    i sujay gaikwad, in chandangar i have rented shop in samruddhi market . my mseb costomer no.[protected].(original owner : ujjwala dadasaheb bhujbal ) i have alredy paid my mseb bill last month . on online basis. i have collect the online receipt, in mseb syetem they not updated bill properly .last night they cut my shop light whitout give any instruction to me. last night i have done complaint on mseb phone line. i also go in mseb office last night the person told me call me on morng, i m single person in my office, so morning i call the same no again, they response me properly.

                      I had applied for the new meter installation and old meter pd in december 2014 and the same was installed my ambarnath mseb dept but was not registered and i was getting the bills till date on the same consumer id despite of having a new meter installed. Recently a man from mseb visited my address and said that the bill m receiving has a old consumer id whereas the new one is only installed and not registered i was paying bills till date assuming the bill was correct and on the new consumer id.

                      Request you to check and revert as this is kind of paying the money and getting cheated this is not my fault i want all charges to be reversed as i was paying bills on time till date but now the meter is showing high consumption so request higher authority person to look into the same and i have already visited the mseb office of ambarnath west i don't know they did not allow me to visit any officer there

                        Hellow team,
                        Please find attached copy of my bill. My electric bill for december month wrongly generated and meter reading photo on my bill not clear. There is no one living in my flat. It is locked since beginning.
                        My consumer number is[protected]Manish chaurasiya) flat no. A4-303, iroise, charms city, manda, titwala west - 421605.
                        After getting your wrong bill, i checked my meter reading personally dated 21/01/2017. The meter reading was 7 unit only and today dated 23/01/2017, they have removed my meter without informing me or society. Please verify and correct my bill earliest and send bill so that i can make payment. Kindly tell me why my meter connection is removed without any notice.

                          There is very funny incidence on modi, s govt. Please see attached photo copy of my electricity bill. As on date[protected] my elect. Meter picture showing current reading is 11137 units, but you are sending me a bill on[protected] current reading is 11200 units. Is it joke or misc, please explain. (Band karo public ko satana... Aap aise kaam jis agencies se karwate ho unke uper control rakho, ab public unpadh nahi rahi.. Sudhar jao.. Aapke khilaf bhi kanuni karwayi ki ja sakti hai. Aur ek baat 0-100 unit ke liye viij aakar rs. 3/- hai. Uske uper101-300 tak rs. 7/- hai. Jinke unit sau se kam hai unke sau se jaada unit karke rs - 7/- wale slab main dalne ki chalakhi band karo... Sudhar jao msedcl.

                            Till about 3 years ago we were being given the interest amount on the deposit of Rs. 18000/-with MSED which was being adjusted in the bills.

                                  My self Vinod kulkarni residing at post Dongaon Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The home connection was in name of my father shri Padmakar Keshavrao kulkarni, at post dongaon. My father had cleared all the bills in 2008 and submitted the meter to MSEB office, After 2008 I did not received any bill and now of sudden I received the outstanding amount as Rs 1269 and penalty on that bill around 8000 ??? Iam surprised with the bill. Request you to clear my matter as I want to resume my connection now. Iam not finding the NOC provided to my father by MSEB as unfortunately my father is no more

                                    This is to inform you that MSEB has sent us the wrong bill this month mentioning the Meter as Faulty Meter. Also the meter photograph given in the bill is not ours. This means that MSEB is not generating the bill as per compliance and sending it as per their will. This needs to be immediately investigated and resolved.

                                    My meter was always in the working condition. If i go to complain about the meter, the field officers are asking for money whereas they need to investigate.

                                      The above mentioned name has some spelling correction as follows,

                                      UMESH JAYKUMAR KULKARNI

                                      Please need to make correction in the MAHADISCOM data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correclty.
                                      I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing Passport.

                                      Please guide/help me for doing the name spell change on monthly bill.

                                        I am the user of MSEB electric supply. Due to high fluctuation in voltage the domestic electrical appliances are in danger. The use o[censored]PS is also not enough to rectify the fluctuation. Some times I even have to put off the UPS due to very high fluctuations in the supply.

                                        My domestic electricity bills are also becoming more due to unsteady currents. Please do the needful as early as possible.
