I had lodge complaint for meter number[protected] in mseb still there is no revert from your end.

You guys are sleeping or what. now its 2 months completed still you are not giving any feedback regarding to it. you (mseb) people are really ridiculous.

Can i expect any revert in future.!!!

Lastly i would like to inform you that if you cannot resolve complaint then atleast dont increase blood pressure by charging huge amount of bill.

    My consumer no is[protected]. b. u. 4749. gangapur sub station. nasik. i have paid bill no 8829 dated[protected] on line through icici bank saving account sharanpur road nashik bank. the amount rs 620 is debited from my account. ref no eici[protected] date[protected]. this ca amount is not credited to my consumer no account nor reversed back yet. i have visited bank and have bank details. you local office at trimbak road tried to solve the issue but could not so they have diverted me to you. please solve my problem and deposit amount to my account with you or give me refund.

      Almost every alternate day we are facing sudden power cut in our area (TATHAWADE - PUNE - MAHARASHTRA 411033). When we contact local MSEB office for inquiry about power cut, then they are giving any fake reasons and many times they even do not know whether there's power failure or not, every time they simply say "there's some problem, our team is working on it and it'll take 1-2 hrs to resolve the problem". Sometime even there's no power cut then also they give such answer (I had tested once even there was no power failure). Many times I gave written complaint in person in local office, but no luck. I raised so many online complaints but still no luck. I sent complete mail with full description about my problem, to very higher authority of MSEB, but no one bothered to respond at least. My complaint here is, - Why there's no any permanent solution and secondly why local MSEB in charge persons are giving false statements regarding power restoration.

      Pathetic is the word... 4 hours no power... I think Govt should pay back citizens if they can't give basic things such as water electricity etc..
      Tathawade is pathetic area, Basically surrounded by schools and college, akshara international school and indira national school, the roads are pathetic, too many pot holes, who is corporate of that area??? basically school have to take some action to make road and surrounding good as kids are learning in that area, there is a pond in-front of akshara school which is useless and invitation for too many decease like malayria and dengue so school have to take some strict action against it they have to go to PCMC. Electricity is the big problem in this area, half of the time everyday no lights. Most of the time power cut for almost 15-20 hours. Roads are horrible. Please take some action on it and improve that crap area..
      Does mseb people actually do analysis as to from which area they get most calls and what is the reason etc. Or do we still have dumb category people working in govt sector

        My consumer no :[protected] & billing unit no : 4867/achole s/dn/ virar o&m division & my meter no. : [protected].
        Sir i am receiving the bill from may 2016 as faulty meter & the amounting rs. 970.00 which i am paying regularly.
        Sir please note that my flat is closed since august 2016 & still i am receiving the bill amount rs. 970.00
        Hence i here by request your good self to change my faulty meter at earliest & raise the bill as per the actual consumption.

We have a pole in the 2nd Lane of our Society i.e. between Mr Deshmukh and Mr Dhamdhere. Request you to remove the pole as all member attached to the lane have taken underground connection.             I am continously recieving wrong bills from mseb, consumer no.[protected] due to meter reading not taken properly, my bill value for last 5 months as below :
            September 2016 : rs. 5, 410/
            August 2016 : rs. 12, 610/-
            July 2016 : rs. 1, 000/-
            June 2016 : rs.11, 210/-
            May 2016 : rs.7, 070/-

            The bills are varied in nature because the reading of the meter is not taken every month properly
            Have last month corrected the bill after escalation and paid the bill, but again they are taken wrong reading and send me a high value bill
            The concerned person is transferred and there is nobody in his place to listen to our grievance
            We have to consistently follow-up for 3-4 days every month for the correct bill and due to telescopic billing system we recieve bill of higher value
            The staff is also not supportive in this regard
            Request your help for escalation and early resolution in this regard.

                    Its been almost 2 years when I come to know that MSEB has installed faulty meter for my new flat. As soon as I come to know about it, I started filing online complaints of "Faulty Meter" for replacement. Every time the status of my complain changed from "Assigned" to 'Resolved" and then "Closed" within 1 or 2 months. But when I check my meter by physically going to meter-room, I could realize that it is still the same faulty one. I did this online complaints filing procedure for almost 7-8 times in last 2 years. Now, 2 months back I physically went to MSEB office in Dhanori and file complaint in personally. They have taken it and said meter will be replaced soon and till then I will get average bills. Its been 2 months but no meter replacement yet and they are charging me very high average bill of Rs. 1500 though the moderate use. I am staying with my wife and 2 years daughter, so our average use of electricity should never go beyond some 500 or 600 rupees. So, I went to Dhanori MSEB office for status of meter replacement, but they said there is no meter available. So, I asked them to reduce average bill, but denied and abused me for not coming early to file complaint of faulty meter. Kindly, help me to replace my faulty meter as early as possible or help me to reduce the average bill.

So from last two months (August 2016) raigad irrigation department was trying to collect mscb bank details. Irrrigation deparment already given one letter and one reminder to mscb roha branch and pali branch. Due to bank account details we cant pay bill from last 3months.

                            Our current electricity bill is for 11.08 to 11.09.16. meter reading shown by msedcl is 19707. where as i have photograph of 10th sept.2016 meter reading is 19651. (a difference of 56 units) where as reading on 18th sept; morning shows 19698. it reveals that they have taken reading on 19th sept. this is nothing but cheating by msedclemployees. it is a common practice for every month. kindly lookinto this grave matter.

                                We have been receiving extremely high electricity bills for past 2 months. we have complained many times but no one has even visited. electricity bill is over 1500 in month of may, july, august while our consumption is much lower. it could be, because meter is running fast or some other faults. kindly check the meter, or if possible replace it. if meter is found faulty, we would like refund of all the past bills we have paid since it started.

                                      Our last 3 month bill has shown a unit count of jul, augast & september-2016 months meter reading is very high compared to our other last 12 months count which on average never crossed 50 unit. our activity in last month has been almost the same which does not explain the unexpected surge in the number o[censored]nits. we have complained many times but no one has even visited.

                                      I also requested to assistant engineer shirpur-ii (sub divisio-untavad), he was also given in written that his person came for check mete problem, but no one come to my home.

                                      Tried to register complaint many a time over phone however there is no response only recorded msg was getting repeated. Other no [protected] is not working. There is frequent electricity loss appeox 3 times a day without any reason. There is no load shedding in our area then need to understand reason 4 loss of power.
