    Respected sir,

    I, Ccnsumer no.[protected], was given bill of rs.5490 for august. where current reading was considered 17738 instead of 17338. This was corrected by engineer mr. sonawane and was given correction and bill of 990. Now for September current reading was mentioned as " faulty" and with 409 units, a bill of rs.3700 is handed to us. The todays(25.9.16) reading is 17694. and reading at the time when reading was taken it was 17493 and my wife was present when reading was taken. This amounts to harassment of honest consumers.

    Dear sir,
    This month we received 0 units consumption for society common meter. So we approached MSEB, Now they are asking more than 23 thousand rupees to change faulty one and place new.
    Why this much amount ? What is right amount ? How we can get new right one.

      We have been receiving extremely high electricity bills for past 12 months. We have complained many times but no one has even visited. Electricity bill is over 8000 in summer and is never below 2000 while our consumption is much lower. It could be, because meter is running fast or some other faults. Kindly check the meter, or if possible replace it. If Meter is found faulty, we would like refund of all the past bills we have paid since it started.

        I would like to make complaint regarding inappropriate behaviour by 3
        self claiming mseb's person who came to take meter reading
        today(24Sep2016 @ approximately 12.15pm).

        -three person came in house just to take reading, using screw driver
        forced open the iron box in which electricity meter is kept. after
        completing the work did not close the box which was forced opened.
        previously, only one person was enough to take the reading. he use to
        take reading/snapshot without opening the iron box. such thing has not
        happened before and we have the meter since more than 20 years.
        -even after informing that there is only one meter, one of them was
        searching the around the house.
        -none of them were displaying their mseb ID's, and saying the contract
        people will not come hence forth.
        -one of them was saying that they will come in night to take meter reading.

        As i had been disturbed with their behaviour, hence you have this
        complaint from me.

          Dear Sir
          Our last month bill has shown a unit count of jul 201 and aug 184 which is very high compared to our other months count which on average never crossed 100. Our activity in last month has been almost the same which does not explain the unexpected surge in the number o[censored]nits.
          We are also not able to clearly view the picture of the meter on the bill which doesn't confirm with units on bill. We doubt that the meter has been faulted and is generating more units than used. Kindly look into this matter urgently.

              There has been a power cut in kausa division from almost 15hrs.
              Entire night there was no Electricity in kausa area. We are unable to contact to MSEB office due to some unknown issues. The power failure occurred in the slot 7pm to 8:30pm and then from 9pm till now i.e. 12:15pm.
              I hope that this will get rectified soon as we are experiencing many difficulties due to no Electricity.

                Hi,

                I am Surendra Sabat from Darshan Apartment (Diva). My Consumer number is :[protected] and billing unit is :- 4643. I have made several complains online as well as went to subdivision office and submitted the complain in hardcopy but all went in vein. My complain numbers are 4665587 & 4766100. It has been more than one month but no one turned up to check the meter reading and replace the faulty meter. This issue is from February and I paid Rs.1620 as my last bill amount. I used to get around Rs.300-400 as bill amount but now it has jumped to four time the initial amount.

                Please look into the issue and replace the meter as soon as possible.

                We are using only Fridge, iron, 3 tubelights and 2 Fans... And in that we use TV for 1 hr only, iron for 5 min, Fan upto 7 hrs and lights for 3 hrs only and still we are getting bill of 1750. How it could b possible? Please help . Consumer number is[protected]

                  I am pravin pokle wardha with con.no.[protected], facing a problem of power cut daily because of shifting DP and unbalance load distribution by MSEB employees forcefully w/o any reason the existing DP 40yrs old of arvi naka square is shifted to other location..from the day it is shifted, there will be power cut problem exists.plz.look into the matter and ask the MSEB engineer about not to resolve the power cut problem in the arvi naka area...

                    In Virar this is happening continuously every day there is power cut before the celebration of Ganesh festival.I don't know what is the reason why they are doing this.The power cut is maximum of 15-20 hours a day.In night also they don't provide electricity so that people and children can sleep calmly and go to school and offices.Rubbish in service and giving false bill reading to consumer.

                    Is there any responsible person to keep the situation under control.MSEDCL is the worst electricity dept to keep the area blackout for long hours and worst in Vasai to Virar belt.

                        MSEDCL - Consumer[protected] BU 4604 - Bill for SEP - 16.

                        I always pay all my bills in advance. I have paid my bills in advance for the last five years. Even now the latest demand =0. But they are changing me Current Interest. This month it is Rs 57.46. This is a fraud.

                        Instead of paying me interest on the amount of my advance deposit, they are charging me money???
                        Who is responsible for this?

                          I have given compliant online to your customer service complaint No. 4104418, dated 03/06/2016 As well as I have give written compliant to Mr. Satyanarayan Sir, Mahada Colony, N-2, CIDCO, Aurangabad.
                          As per above refinance I have live in Aurangabad on my house three service wire pass one location to another location but this service wire is cutting and electrical supply pass in my home wall I have given complaint online as well offline But as on date they are not solve my problem I am asking to Mr. Satyanarayan his is Supredent my area office. They say me If you died their that time I will solve problems. As well as he is not well communication to customer.

                              stay in Gemini, Hiranandani Meadows, Thane West. I am staying alone.
                              I am working women so I am not home from 9.30 am to 8.30 pm for 6 days in a week.
                              Till date, my bill has not even crossed 6000/-
                              I fail to understand what went wrong this time.
                              If fact I fail to understand, be it winter or summer I have 2 Fridge which are on 24/7. I have 1 TV on only in morning form 7.30 to 8.30 am and night for 2 hours max.
                              I have 1 ac on from 11 pm to 5 am. How can my bills come different every month. I can understand difference in hundreds but in thousand ... not understandable.
                              This is not just my bill but entire Gemini building, Hiranandani Meadows, Thane West is facing the same problem

                                Patankar park area face problems of low and high power supplay every time electricity everyday! I am tired of calling mahavitharin call Centre everytime and get no resolution except a complaint number! Hv also tried speaking to few of the officers assigned here but issue remains unresolved. that problem every day. If it does come it stays for few hours and goes out again. Such power low and high causes lot of issues to residents

                                  MAHADISCOM had provided me bill for my consumer no.[protected] and billing unit 4133, a bill of Rs 90 for February month having current meter reading 18996. Thereafter i have paid 4 bill continuously till month of july for whatever was charged at me. However my recent bill of august shows me previous reading 18996 and current reading 19334 and have charged me for Rs. 800. I have been again told to pay for unit consumed between February & July in my august bill which is unaffair as i have already paid for it in my previous bill 4 bills.

                                    My meter was change in month of july 2016 and i got bill for month of july with reading 19 and totalconsume unit 145. But in next bill August 16 shows meter change and 145 unit bill and picture of 92 unit. How is this. I have file complaint to Ridhora tah katol substation but JE adversly take and mentally harrsed and repetedly check load & not give correct bill for this. Last meter was not well functioning several oral complaints was given then change. Kindly do needful.

                                      This is to inform that we are receiving electricity bill for every month on the due date of payment of bill which leads to payment with interest. The bill date for the month of july, for the above mentioned consumer number is 24.08.2016 and the bill is received on 02.09.2016 i. E. On the last date of payment without interest. This leads to inconvenience to pay the bill on 02.09.2016 itself which results in payment with interest. We have already lodged the complaint with your esteemed self earlier but it is not resolved yet.

                                        I have a 3 phase supply connection. Since today evening a few instruments get electric supply but a few don't.
                                        Local electrician said one phase from the main meter is not available.
                                        I have been calling the nearest mseb office to launch a complain but the is not response from their side.
