Myself Shri Vishwarkarma Mangaru Ramji. Customer No.[protected] request you to kindly cross check with the bill usage according to my meter no is 764139 using curently, and hence I am wrongly being charged every month with the meter no [protected] which dose not exist from last 2years and may be above due to meter being faulty and was changed. Yet it has not being entered in your account on my name. The person who changed the meter was not the new meter but used meter was being replaced in place of faulty meter, Whereas I paid the amount of 1500 for change of the meter as its cost. The name of the Technician is Prakash Tambure. Currently my outstanding as per my current bill with wrong meter no is Rs.30260. As per my electricity consumption is about 120 Kwa per month.
My last paid amount Rs.1580 in the month of 22th December 2015.
I have made complained three times in the same issue with PimpriGaon branch.
Its my humble request you to kindly go through the issue, and resolve the problem soon as possible.
Below I am attaching the picture of the meter that I am currently using it.

    Dear Sir,
    This is the number[protected] of datta chowk. Whenever we try to contact them they are not answering the calls. After trying two to three time then it's line busy till at what where times the power comes.
    And there is problem with the street lights someone is there and sometimes it's not our sometimes late.


    Kindly do the needful ASAP.

          In last one month we have observed frequent more bill in Sector 6 of Airoli and the reason given is of high power consumption.
          From last few days when i am observing the power use at my place is very less
          Please let us know how much more time its going to take to rectify this issue.
          When i am trying to speak to customer care they have said you need to visit sub division office after that your meter will be check & will send a revise bill is any issue found.

              Respected sir,
              I am having a electricity connection from msedcl through above consumer number. From aug, 2015 to dec, 2015 msedcl shown my meter as faulty without any reason, even i submitted three letters to remove the status as faulty and refund the amount which is excess paid due to meter shown as faulty. From jan, 2016 status faulty was removed but still no any refund was given by the msedcl.
              Details are as follow

              Even i paid full amount of all the bills even meter it is faulty.

                It is found that since last three months we are facing with excess light bill.
                Initially is was in the range 0f rs.150-250. But in the last three months it was coming in the range of rs. 400- 500. Also we have only 2 cfl and one table fan and consumption of electricity is very less. Occasionally, we are always out of station and the light meter is also new. I think that the light meter shows faulty reading.
                Kindly please revert back and help the needful.

We are not using that much appliances still we are getting very high electricity bill from long time .                     Dear Sir/ Madam,

                    (1) We had paid the full outstanding bill of Rs.730.00 as on 1st April 2015. However our power connection was already disconnected on 16th March 2015 for non-payment of Rs.540 dues.

                    (2) We took up the matter with Kopar Khairne office of MSEDCL but were told that since we approached after 6 months, we have been permanently disconnected, even though we had paid full amount of Rs.730/- within the due date of[protected].
                    (3) They say that we have to get a new connection paying fresh security deposit etc. Already our Security deposit of Rs.15000 is lying with MSEB. Still they have permanently disconnected, even after paying full dues within due date.

                    Hence, we request to restore our original power connection without hazzles of new connection and new expenses of more than Rs.25000.

                    Our MSEDCL consumer number is[protected]. We are located in Millennium Business Park of MIDC, which is supposed to help IT companies run business smoothly.

                    Also we were not given proper hearing. The officer met me, ( I gave my visiting card as the Director of Astute Systems Pvt Ltd, ) for a few minutes and told him to wait outside. Then without bothering to give any assistance he left office, ignoring our presence, even after signalling to him.

                    We request for a re-connection, as we have paid within due date of the bill.

                      Dear Sir, My consumer no. is[protected] and billing unit is 4636.

                      Recently I had gone through my account details online and have found the below charges, that doesn't seems to be appropriate as the services are fully functional on my flat.

                      Since last year after making the payment in Feb-2015, suddenly my meter reading and billing amount has been drastically reduced and I am not getting monthly bills higher than Rs.50 and all throughout my meter reading has not been changing eventhough the services are fully functional!

                      Request you to kindly investigate if there are any errors billing the services for my account connection!

                              I have got incorrect bill for the month of march 2016

                              I have taken duplicate bills from online & has taken average from month of april 2015 to january 2016
                              On an average of bill of every month is rs. 4000 & units are 400.
                              But in month of march 2016, bill received is rs.10330 & units are 870.
                              Just now person from msecl had come for picture. I showed him bill of march. Then minus the current reading from previous & said that next month bill is going to be normal.Why the bill of march month is so high.

                              Then i checked the bill of last months to verify reading in picture of meter but reading is not visible in the picture of february & march (Most of the bills it is not visible)

                              I request you to look into the matter & reduce my electric bill of march 2016. I have already paid the bill so minus amount from the next bill.
                              Even request you to send me bills with clear picture of meter with visible units.

                                Hi,

                                It is quite surprising & painful that Vadgaonsheri electric board is making this in habit to power cut @12am (night) 3- 4 in a month.

                                I am talking about thite vasti area. This is also look funny that no other slot is found by the board for this.

                                Please try to fix this or there should be at least any proper so that people suffer less due to this.

                                  Request id :[protected] is already filed on mseb website against incorrect charging of bill.

                                  The last meter reading in the month of feb was 1586 and in the month of march also, it says 1586.

                                  So, logically, there is no electricity consumed. Meter status shows faulty.

                                  It's their fault and not mine, that the meter is not working.

                                  Mseb, please send correct bill and adjust march bill, as march bill is just copied as per february bill.

                                  I have attached all the bills, last correct bill was 15-dec to 15-jan, where there was correct reading taken.

                                  Kindly help.

                                    I pay msedcl bills online.

                                    I am always facing problem that the bills i have paid previously does not get updated in the next bill raised by msedcl. It means even after 30 days the bills amount paid by consumers are not regularised by the msedcl system.

                                    I think msedcl should review on the system of the online bill paid updation status in the system.

                                      I have a query regarding online bill payment of march-16.

                                      My details are :

                                      Total amount of march 16 is 500/- rs and by mistakenly i paid the bill partially.

                                      1) 01-apr-2016 = 310/-
                                      2) 11-apr-2016 = 200/-

                                      But your online system is showing something different (Shown in attached screenshot).

                                      Please clarify me on this wether i have paid the whole bill amount (March month only ) or not... So that i can take further action asap.
