Frequent power failures every week, even on Independence Day (2015)

We, at Akurdi (behind Jai Ganesh Inox), Pune, are experiencing multiple power failures every week, without any notice or reason. There is no rain, nor any other environmental reason. Usually power goes off at 4-5pm, till 7-8pm. Even today, on 15-Aug-2015 (independence day) there was no power for 2-3 hours during the same time period. Is this the kind of independence we are looking for??...
