Dear Sir, My consumer no. is[protected] and billing unit is 4636. For the month of June-Aug'15, I received electricity of bill approximately 400 rupees on an average but suddenly in the month of Sep'15, I received bill of 1500 rupees. This issue is observed in other flats also in my society. After the complaints, meters have been replaced in society. I have sent the mail for the same to [protected]@ho.mahadiscom.in but still there is no reply. Can you please look into the issue and suggest whether and why I should pay the bill of this amount.     Dear Sir,


    I am consumer no.[protected] name Mr. Nikhil N Dabhekar have chawl no. 2 Vaishnvidevi R Dharama Bhau nagar Mumbra have been receiving bills till date amounting to 7670 Rs. But as the chawl is vacant and no one is utilizing the power still every month we receive bill for consuming 120 units normally. I have given several complaints at Mumbra office and Thane wagle estate office of MSEDCL but still no one has come for checking or received any response.


    Since the meter is faulty this bill is generated hence please look into this matter and I hope to receive an action on this at the earliest.

        Consumer No :[protected] Billing Unit : 4706 : VIRAR East S/DN Sir, With a sense of dissatisfaction, I am writing this to you with a sincere request of your kind attention and resolution of the issue. This may be the 2nd occasion when I am forced to write such an e-Mail on the same subject matter. Please treat this as an urgent issue and do the needful. No one is staying in that flat and it has been vacated from October 2014. Till May 2015 MSEDCL has charged us Rs. 450 per month. After putting a complaint for last 2 months we had not charged a single rupee but started deducting the same from the previous deposit. From the month of August again they are charging us the nominal value of Rs. 90 per month but what about the excess recovered for the period Oct 2014 to May 2015. Please let us know how we can have the refund of that excess amount paid or either kindly adjust it for the future bills. Regards Chetan

I am forced to write such an e-Mail on the subject matter. There is hardly consumption of an average of 250 units for every month and suddenly the bill for the period 15.08.2015 to 15.09.2015 shows that we have consumed 366 units. How can it would be possible we dont have any such kind of gadgets / appliances which could have consumed high electric units. I am also attaching herewith my bill for the said mentioned period. In this regard, I sincerely request you to probe the matter and resolve the issue, as I strongly suspect that the meter reading is not being done correctly and an abstract average billing is being provided to us on the electricity bill.           Sir, Myself Mr.Amol Deshmukh, ([protected]) R/at:- s.No.35, Tukai nagar, Kale padal, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028, on the last night in my area electricity power cut on 8.30pm and which is not coming till writing of this complaint, So many families and their child suffering without power and now a days health disease life dengue is in danger end for human being that why we worried about this inconvenience cause by MSEDCL, and during this power failure i have call on the concern office land line number[protected] on 1st time 8.34pm, 2nd time 8.52pm, on 8.53pm on third time and morning on 7.27am on fourth time but neither they have received the my any of the single call nor resolved the issue of power failure. It is therefore prayed that, kindly resolve this problem as earliest.

            This is with extreme dissatisfaction, i am writing in this forum against the discrepant electricity billing of mahadiscom / mseb / msedcl. My consumer number is[protected] and my sub division is airoli and division vashi, navi mumbai. It has been commonly observed at periodic intervals that the billing is on the higher end without any reason. As a domestic house hold which remains locked almost the major parts of the day, without any electricity usage, how come the bill shows consumption of 413 units. In addition, i would like to state that this may be my 10th email complaint against the wrong billing of mahadiscom / mseb / msedcl. However, every time i complain the bill charged for the succeeding month is quite reasonable and sees ok, however, again after a couple of months the same issue happens. I seek your intervention to reolve this isse.

              My bill for July towards meter number[protected] amouted to Rs 3060/- was paid vide cheque number 283373 . this cheque was encashed on 30.07.2015. This reflected as an unpaid amount again in the month of Aug 2015 wherein I was forced to pay Rs 5060/- ( Rs 3123/- previous balance of July + Rs 1938/- August month charges. This was mentioned in our letter dated 03.09.2015 which was in-warded at Ref No MSEDCLtd Nagar Rd / S / Dn Receipt No 3043 dated 15.9.2015. Also since the year 2010 I am receiving the MSEB bills in the name of Shri Puri Arun Kuar which should please be corrected to Shri Puri Arun Kumar .In short Kumar is being written as Kuar . This was mentioned in our letter dated 04.09.2015 which was inwarded at Ref No MSEDCLtd Nagar Rd / S / Dn Receipt No 3044 dated 15.9.2015. I have again received a bill for Rs 2530/- for the month of September 2015 which is in the name of Kuar. No credit was given to me in spite of the encashment of Rs 3060/- vide cheque no 283373. Please make the second name correction immediately and oblige Also please adjust Rs 3060/- in my forth coming bills. Please do the needful and oblige Mr A.K. Puri Director

                Electricity Bill for the above mentioned Consumer Number for the month of July'15 has been paid ON-LINE on 19/08/2015 and the amount was debited from the account. However, the bill on the site is still showing to be paid and is being carried forward to the next month. A complaint No.2951498 was made to Mahadiscom and also many telephone calls were made to follow up the complaint. But we just get a standard answer from their executive that their system is not updated. In the meantime Mahadiscom has sent their people twice to cut the meter. I want to know were is my amount of Rs.4601/-, which I paid online gone if it is debited from my account and how can Mahadiscom send their people to cut the meter when a complaint is already made. Is'nt there any co-ordination within the organisation. Will this problem be solved or should I register a police complaint.

                  The clerk sitting at the window for collection never takes any payment and sends everyone coming to the opposite side for making payments, where there is a private agency appointed for collection. Even when there are long queues at the private agency window, he never takes the payment giving some or the other excuse. This is happening inside the MSEB office in sector 12, Kharghar.                     MSEB Ulhasnagar Rambharosa Tiwari Consumer number:[protected] AZAD NAGAR ULHASNAGAR 421002 we are facing issue to resolve my over exec Bill .Our Meter showed proper reading initially. However after sometime we used to get consisted unit bills for 180 units for which we had given a written application to Mr Sonavane 15 months back to change the meter. Finally last month we got our meter changed and for month of august we have received a bill of RS 122960/-. We are not even utilizing electricity for 180 units as per the energy comsumption calculator of Mahadiscom website. now they are saying that we are giving concession of 93000 and you will have to pay rest of the amount. Please find the below details o[censored]nits consumption Month Units Aug-15 8, 040 Jul-15 300 Jun-15 180 May-15 180 Apr-15 180 Mar-15 180 Feb-15 180 Jan-15 180 Dec-14 180 Nov-14 180 Oct-14 180 Sep-14 180 Please look into this, as there is some discrepancy in bill because we have paid all our bills on time and proactively we had given an application to change meter but still we got such a huge bill.                       Dear Sir, We have received the high amount of electricity bill for month of June, 2015 & AUG, 2015 rupees 2361.43 /- and 2743.72/- (Normally our monthly bill was Rupees 700 to 800 maximum). we raised the complaint regarding the meter issues to electricity office(Virar West) for high in bill amount and If, meter is faulty then kindly change the meter. But, they didn't listening our complaints and saying to us "pay the bill first than we'll see the issues" after paying the bill still no action has taken. my mother had visited to office for the issues & complaints, one of the electricity officer said, 'first pay rupees 150/- for complaint for meter checking and technical issues'. After paying the Rupees 150/- (dated:04-SEP-2015) still no action has taken(todays date is 14-SEP-2015). Sir as per my analysis, we are using normal home appliances such as TV, LED Bulb, FAN, Refrigerator, etc. No water heater, No Air conditioner still we are getting high meter unit and bill amount. please look into the issues seriously and take proper actions of my request. Photo copy has attached please check the same. (Consumer Number:[protected] I WANT MY METER TO BE REPLACED AND PROPER BILL AMOUNT SHOULD BE PROVIDED. Note: In our society there are several issues regarding the electricity meter and electricity bill.

                        Ear sir from December to Feb. total used unit is 306 and i paid total amount Rs.2910. Rs.480 in jan and Rs.2430 in Feb. but you show the next bill last receipt Rs.2430 not show Rs.480. I send the correction of bill copy in attachment. Because when i get the connection the meter was used anther place give me the used o[censored]nit 5057.the first bill was send random bill 87 unit Rs.480. then in month of Feb. no bills came.then i go to vasai office and get old bill which is i paid on line. and correction the start of the getting connection previous reading 5057 and current reading 5363 total used units 306 and total amount Rs.2430. here you not less which was i paid Rs.480. if here here you deduct Rs.480 then its OK . but you take full amount of Rs.2430.and the next bill is random bill send and deduct access of Rs.2430 only .my Rs. 480 is also pending access. in also may bill is Random bill is Rs.55530. this is hole unit o[censored]sed.then i go to the office in vasai and show the previous paid correction bill and i show the online paid receipt also .but he told me, that amount Rs.480 was not received. that's he was not deducted . Dear sir, can you help me, how can i know that vasai branch not received that amount Rs.480. In vasai branch officer sir name is gawade.

                          Dear sir, when i get new connection they put old used meter and then he send the first bill is without reading Rs.480 in December 2014 .I paid online this amount in Jan 2015.then no bill is coming on month of Feb 2015 so go to Vasai sub division and ask the bill they told me get the current reading .i get get the current reading .they make the bill but not less my paid amount which i paid online.they take the hole amount from decmber 2014 to Feb 2015.

The bills for June 2015 and July 2015 shows the Meter status as under: In June 2015 - Meter status : R.N.A In July 2015 - Meter status : INACC The bill amounts are based average / adhoc units (100 for June, and 50 for July). With reference to the above subject it is informed you that I am regular bill paying customer within time limit.Upto Jun-2015 I had received correct bill as per reading. The bill for the month of July-15 & Aug-15 is issued to me on the basis of faulty meter i.e. of 173 units which is totally wrong.Though I had paid the bill for the month of July-15 due to oversight it is not correct.After receiving me the bill for the month of Aug-15, which is also calculated as per units 173 is also wrong, I inspected the meter .On dtd.[protected] it was showing 4483 meter reading.That means it is working.So it is my request to issue me the correct bill for the month of July-15 & Aug-15 on actual meter reading basis and also by adjusting the paid amount of bill of July-15 i.e. of Rs.1110/-. Your transaction was declined. Please try again. Reason - PBE10002-Authentication failed." and I am not able to pay my electricity bill. Please guide in this matter. You have sanction electric meter vide consumer No.[protected], meter no- 8100873. DOC- 23/3/2012 . Now till date the electric bill is not generated from your end. I have filed a compalint at Butibori sub station office. But no one is taking responsibility . I am not staying at Nagpur and have given my flat on rent. Pls. look the matter

VIN/mahadiscom_/[protected]/0883) but bill amount deducted from my bank account but bill not paid to Electricity board.Till now i m not refund the deducted amount. May have requested to you to refund my deducted amount in my bank account.
