    Faulty MASEB cable

    We, at Akurdi (behind Jai Ganesh Inox), Pune, are experiencing multiple power failures every week, without any notice or reason. There is no rain, nor any other environmental reason. Usually power goes off at 4-5pm, till 7-8pm. Even today, on 15-Aug-2015 (independence day) there was no power for 2-3 hours during the same time period. Is this the kind of independence we are looking for??

Transaction ref. no is BILL/[protected]/PG. Money was debited from my account but transaction was not successful and bill was not paid to MSEDCL CON. NO.[protected]. I need my money back immediately.

        I m Kunal Sankulkar Virar W, Maharastra 401303. To Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company From last 6 months our electricity bill charges going on increasing, Rs. 900/month to Rs. 2350/month in month of july 2015. When we go to complaint about it, they tell give written complaint and you have to pay first bill amount then your complaint will be valid, if amount is paid then complaint is useless because bill is already paid. after then action will take place within 6 to 8 days, until then meter is running faster and cause again a bill of Rs.2000 plus amount, and excess amount cant be return from them, We didn't buy any new Electronic Item in last 6 months so how its goes on increasing, when we receive Electricity Bill I shocked When I go to check meter reading It shows 200+ reading and its not completed august month till yet so it definitely goes above 300+ reading. Please take these action seriously.

            MSEDCL Vasai Circle IT Center HP PROLIANT DL380G6 Server Has problem.Its Product No.:494329-B21 & Serial No.:SGH051XYRJ was getting the problem. On Its System Health LED was indicate System Critical Sign. But after 2-3 Hrs.it will start properly. I was getting the problem from last 15 days.

                  I wanted to raise a request to look in to the power cut in my premises.. So I tried calling office Airoli Sub division phone - [protected].. on Tuesday[protected].. but from morning 10am to 11:30 pm of continuous calling .. No one received a call from there end.. Please note that It was not a holiday.. But still the people working in the office were not receiving the call.. Please contact the officers sitting in the office and make them aware and awake and remind them that they are sitting in the office to resolve the issues.. Please do an audit and take a compensation if they fail to solve issues.. Kindly do the needful..

                    I, Gagandeep Singh Saluja having consumer number:[protected] residing as a tenant at R-102, Topaz Park, Park Street, have noticed that there is some discrepancy in my bill and the meter is giving high consumed units, my avg consumption is around ~120 units and for the previous duration i observed that reading is 780 Units. For the Last week I was not in own still I could a consumption of 100 units. Kindly look in this issue and get it rectified.

                        location: Virar east mahavitaran is not providing proper service. There is a frequent power cut and that is mainly during mid day and during mid night. It is very difficult to stay without electricity when there are kids/infants at home. Can someone look into this?

                          Hi I am consumer of Mahadiscom and my consumer number is[protected]. The people from mahadiscom came and took our meter without any notice or permission and we don't have electricity for the past 7 hours and I fear that it will be more than that. I am fed up as even after paying the reguler bills, they have have unknowingly took the meter. Please help and sue them.

                            Hi, There is very frequent electricity cuts happening in Gala Nagar co-op housing society, Nahur Road, Mulund West, Mumbai-400080 everyday. Everytime I call, the guys from MSEDCL tell there is some fault without giving any concrete information. I would like looking into this matter immediately. We can understand a problem in supply but regular happenings should be given more importance and there should be a way to find a permanent solution. Regards, Pranav

                                our residence meter number is 6/28/1243/9999 & consumer no. is[protected]. we observe that every month, we get excess billing of about Rs. 300-400/-. for example, we have received bill for the period 23/05/15 to 23/06/2015 for Rs. 4030/-, in which the energy charge is Rs. 3445/-. As per the rate list given, the amount should not have been Rs. 2995/-. obviously, there is excess charge of Rs. 450/-. Likewise, in every month, we are getting excess bills which need to be verified and corrected and refund, if any, needs to be granted to us. We request for correction of bills and refund of excess amount charged during the year. Thanks gokul rathi

                                  Dear Sir, Consumer No[protected] Address: Nandanvan Colony, Aurangabad 431001. My billable units hover around 190 to 250 units, until Mar 2014. Suddenly from April 2014, the units went up to 800 units. This trend of excess units continued till June 2014. We raised this issue with GTL and they confirmed that the meter is faulty. They replaced the meter and promised that the excess bill would be adjusted. However, even after regular follow-ups with GTL under complaint number - MT/CH/1911, there was no adjustment of excess bill. It was being charged incorrectly in every consecutive bills and piled up. We have always been regular bill payers, even when there were similar incidents in the past. Infact GTL/MSEB owes us money for the extra money that we have paid. During the course of follow-ups, GTL Urja, Aurangabad was shut down. Now that MSEB has taken over, they are pressurising us to do make the full payment. We are ready to make the correct payment provided the extra charged amount should be eliminated. We are a family with children at home and do not wish to get into any situation where there is no electricity, due to no fault of ours.                                     Dear Sir, My name is Ambrose Gonsalves, My consumer no.[protected] Billing Unit 4375 : Nallasopara S/DN I have not received Electricy Bill for the month of March 15 & April 15 & In May i have received bill Rs1370/- which was paid on 08/06/15. In May bill current reading showed R.N.A & Previous Reading showed 984 total unit consumed 277. Kindly explain how to calculate unit consumed 277 unit. In June i generated duplicate bill through online. I have received huge bill Rs 2490/- In that Previous Reading is 984 & current Reading is 1651 total unit consumed 667 unit . i.e for 4 month . What about i already paid in the month of May 15 Bill. ? Your are not giving bill month wise because of that days increasing my slap will also increase. It will lead to excess bill as per bill generated for the month of June 15 ( i.e for 4 month ) If you generated monthly basis Bill i have to pay less amount month wise . Now you calculated as per per your uses o[censored]nit consume my slap also increased. I am unable to pay this huge amount . Please its a request to see and take corrective action regarding this issue.

                                      To much power failure, not at all response, several time power failure, in a day 10 - 15 times power failure without any intimation.
                                      Every time reason as transformer blast, no material, wiring problem. What is maintenance department duty,
                                      Contacting them every time we contact new fellow, sunil mahaware [protected] gave not contact but hardly they r on online [protected] - mehata & [protected] - halmor

                                      Some at office no one is there, or reply as i am live, not on duty, hence in emergency who will responsible. For 24 - hours
