My electricity bill for June 2015 is Rs 3080. it is more than double the bill that we get usually. Every month our bill is around[protected]. But this month it has ore than doubled and strangely that too when we were not in town for a week. There clearly is a huge discrepancy in our bill. My Consumer number[protected] My Billing Unit - 0311(Panvel) Request an immediate resolution to this.

        Consumer No :[protected] BU : 4602 VISHRANTWADI Connection on the name of Naina Prashant Karle I have done online payment of my bill(March-April) on 20 May 2015 of amount 350 Rs and got confirmation message from your end, but I have checked my current month(April-May) bill, it is showing previous bill unpaid and added previous bill amount(350 Rs) to current bill ie 610 Rs. Request you to please check from your end, as I am having confirmation message for bill payment attached with this mail. I have check with my credit card customer care, they received confirmation from your end for the payment. Due to last payment date, I have payed the current month bill of 610 Rs today. Please check and refund the amount. I have send 2 to 3 mails on [protected]@mahadiscom.in but I haven't received any single reply. Please do needful.

The Meter Reading Contractor boys are the main ROBBERS You check the photos of the meter and then you will come to know everything like (lock / RND / meter too high ). PC 1/ 6 / 7 / 8.                   I, Arjun P. Sonawane, stays at Airoli, Navi Mumbai. In my area Diva nagar, sector-9, there is regular power cut off during night times, nobody seems to take action. I have complained many a times about this but no one looking into this matter. Its really pathetic staying without electricity during summer times. Very disasterous service is provided and no alternative for electricity available here. Even some times a huge bombing sound comes out in our area as if blast occured from danger box. This thing is very often and even sometimes the whole area is having electricity even my apartment has but only 7-8 people including me are sitting without power due to some phase related issue. I hope you can understand my frustation and request you to please rectify it. Very poor quality service.

                    Consumer No. :[protected] Account Name : MSEDCL Account No. :[protected] Bank Name : ICICI Bank Ltd Cheque No. : 381983 Amount : INR 1370 The above payment was made by me on 13th March 201, however it is understood the credits have been by mistke credited to MSEDCL Vasai account. I have been writing mails to the below mentioned email IDs, however am not getting a response with credit to my account. Email Ids are : Chief Engineer ; SE Vashi ; EE Nerul ; 4642 sdo . Its now 91 days that the account has been debited however I am yet to get the credit nor a response from any official at MSEDCL. Please refund me my money with 12% interest.

                      We live Shubhashree Society, in Akurdi area of Pune, behind Jai Ganesh Fame (now Inox). There is continuous power failure in this area as soon as it rains a little. Other adjacent areas do not have such problem. Heavy showers are understandable. Its like, infrastructure is not at all developed considering rain as a obvious season. According to us, this is because if heavy water logging behind the society.

                      We, at Akurdi (behind Jai Ganesh Inox), Pune, are experiencing multiple power failures every week, without any notice or reason. There is no rain, nor any other environmental reason. Usually power goes off at 4-5pm, till 7-8pm. Even today, on 15-Aug-2015 (independence day) there was no power for 2-3 hours during the same time period. Is this the kind of independence we are looking for??
                      There was no electricity in our area since 11:00pm on 21-July-2015 till we left for office on 22-June-2015. I am still not aware whether power is restored or not.

                        hello sir, myself dr omprakash deshmukh, i have paid the bill of rs 900 on 06/06/15 online using sbi net banking, my amount got deducted but it shows that the bill has not been paid. transaction ref no. IG0ADHYWF7 AT 10:28:07 AND IG0ADHXRK1 AT 10:19:18 BOTH ON 6TH OF JUNE.

                          Hi, I m staying at baner pune.. since last 4 months I am getting more bill due to faulty meter but the msedcl ganeshkhind person doesn't visit to my place yet. I called to complaint number but it only rings and no one picks it. Shame on such useless dept. because of which india is not getting any progress.. they are deliberately doin this to earn money from people like us.. please help me to get my meter replaced and money back. consumer no.[protected] bill unit - 4598

                            Sir, It has been observed from the bills pertaining to my MSEDCL Consumer No.[protected] that the billing has been very very high in the month of May, 2015 i.e.Rs.56, 230/-. Earlier too we have received bills which were charged on an average, but this bill amount is unexpectedly high than the average billing. I therefore request you to urgently look into the matter. On visiting the MSEDCL - Vasai office, the junior engineer has made on ON-THE-SPOT Check Reading Report from his office desk stating that the bill is O.K. without checking the meter which is unjust and has asked me to give a complaint or follow-up with the MSEDCL - Juchandra office regarding this problem. I therefore request you to urgently look into this matter before it gets serious as I am not able to pay this bill and am following it up wtih the MSEDCL officials.                               Hi, I received a bill worth 55, 000 Rs this month which is totally impossible. I went and checked the meter reading and compared it to reading on the bill and found the fault. The reading on the bill is wrong and one can clearly see the latest reading as shown in the attached image. I have attached pics of the bill as well as the meter reading taken on 29th May around evening 7 pm. Please send someone to verify the reading and get my bill amount corrected as soon as possible. There is no way I can afford to pay such a huge bill! Please take of this issue as soon as possible.

                                  We have been residing in Nanded since 1 year now and I need to say the one thing that has made our living uncomfortable is the frequent but random power cuts in my area. I have registered the complaints through your toll free numbers, written mails to chief engg officers and public relations dept but haven't received a single reply from anyone. This shows that you are least bothered about customer satisfaction. And if this was not enough, since last 1 month we are facing power cuts after 12 am in the night almost everyday which makes our lives more miserable than ever, given the soaring temperatures of summer. Sorry to say this is my worst service experience ever. Reliance in Mumbai is much much better.

                                    I usually receive a bill between 1000 and 2000 and I have been living in the same place for many years now. This month I received a bill for 55, 000Rs which is impossible to achieve given my usage history and the appliances that I have at my house. Please record this complaint and take action on it.
