Hi, I m staying at baner pune.. since last 4 months I am getting more bill due to faulty meter but the msedcl ganeshkhind person doesn't visit to my place yet. I called to complaint number but it only rings and no one picks it. Shame on such useless dept. because of which india is not getting any progress.. they are deliberately doin this to earn money from people like us.. please help me to get my meter replaced and money back. consumer no.[protected] bill unit - 4598

    Sir, It has been observed from the bills pertaining to my MSEDCL Consumer No.[protected] that the billing has been very very high in the month of May, 2015 i.e.Rs.56, 230/-. Earlier too we have received bills which were charged on an average, but this bill amount is unexpectedly high than the average billing. I therefore request you to urgently look into the matter. On visiting the MSEDCL - Vasai office, the junior engineer has made on ON-THE-SPOT Check Reading Report from his office desk stating that the bill is O.K. without checking the meter which is unjust and has asked me to give a complaint or follow-up with the MSEDCL - Juchandra office regarding this problem. I therefore request you to urgently look into this matter before it gets serious as I am not able to pay this bill and am following it up wtih the MSEDCL officials.       It appears from the Energy Bills for the months January-2015, February-2015, March-2015, April-2015 Meter reading do not commensurate with the actual consumption and some error appears to have been crept in. As such It is requested to do needful in the matter....

      Hi, I received a bill worth 55, 000 Rs this month which is totally impossible. I went and checked the meter reading and compared it to reading on the bill and found the fault. The reading on the bill is wrong and one can clearly see the latest reading as shown in the attached image. I have attached pics of the bill as well as the meter reading taken on 29th May around evening 7 pm. Please send someone to verify the reading and get my bill amount corrected as soon as possible. There is no way I can afford to pay such a huge bill! Please take of this issue as soon as possible.

        We have taken new electric connection on our well. for our farming purpose but, after connecting new connection within 4 days our electricity cut & because of that our sugar cane is having proble.           We have been residing in Nanded since 1 year now and I need to say the one thing that has made our living uncomfortable is the frequent but random power cuts in my area. I have registered the complaints through your toll free numbers, written mails to chief engg officers and public relations dept but haven't received a single reply from anyone. This shows that you are least bothered about customer satisfaction. And if this was not enough, since last 1 month we are facing power cuts after 12 am in the night almost everyday which makes our lives more miserable than ever, given the soaring temperatures of summer. Sorry to say this is my worst service experience ever. Reliance in Mumbai is much much better.

            I usually receive a bill between 1000 and 2000 and I have been living in the same place for many years now. This month I received a bill for 55, 000Rs which is impossible to achieve given my usage history and the appliances that I have at my house. Please record this complaint and take action on it.               MSEB giving pathetic service

              Dear sir, I am residing at JN 2/76 sector 9 vashi navi mumbai. The whole colony is facing load shedding at 1 a.m. in the night everyday since 10-15 days. Please dont do power cut during sleeping hours as it is very difficult for us to tolerate this hot weather especially during the night. If possible load shedding can be done during day time.                 I am staying in vashi panchratan appartment and having only one laptop and two fans and 3 led bulbs and no other electric instrument, also I hardly stay at home and use only one fan and buld mostly, still have received electricity bill of 1393.13 . my average bill amount was around 150/- per month. Consumer number[protected]. I am planing to aproach media for same if not received any appreciable steps from MSEB.

                  I am darshan koli from thane and i got my electricity bill for month april 2015 worth rs 18, 000. Previously i recieved bills till 1000/ rs so i was shocked and went to mseb office there i complqined about high bill and asked to check meter but mscb officer mr shinde told that it is proper bill, and i think there is electricity theft in our building in thane east vaisnavi apartment. Some connections are taken illegally

                    Excess of reading from last three months, lodged 2 times complaint on customer care but no action has been taken. Feb - 2500 Approx. Mar - 3200 Approx. Apr - 2900 Approx. last whole one year I didn't get this much of bill which I got in last three months. Please look into this issue and rectify it as early as possible.

                      My electricity meter is running like bullet train, generating bill of more than 3K per month. Electric appliances in my house are 5 CFL bulbs, 2 ceilling fans and TV. I have registered online complaint with MAHADISCOM but all in vain. Being Maharashtrian, it hurts such a system failure. "Acche din" are no where in sight . Pathetic system. You can not expect worst than this.

                        My consumer no. is[protected], BU is 4636 Sanghavi Pune. For last 18 months interest is being charged in my bill though there is no arrears. I have been paying all bills in time online. I have made 6 complaints online so far, all have been closed with status as "Closed" or " Resolved". I met concerned person in the office two times, and given written complaint. The officer in charge is never available.                         I received customer support of Mahadiscom call saying this coplaint has been resolved from May 2015 bill.
                        However nothing has been done. The interest is getting charged in my bills.

                        I always pay all my bills in advance. I have paid my bills in advance for the last five years. Even now the latest demand =0. But they are changing me Current Interest. This month it is Rs 57.46. This is a fraud.

                        Instead of paying me interest on the amount of my advance deposit, they are charging me money???
                        Who is responsible for this?

                            My account[protected] was charges for over 1000 unit on Feb 2014. I had contacted one of the field engineer of MSEDCL and he said that he will take care of the issue. When I visit the office, the officer is not available. I had raised 3 complaints on MSEDCL website but there is no resolution. I am paying the bill but the amount which was charged extra in Feb 2014 is still not adjusted. We are working people and it very difficult to visit the office, and when we visit there is no one available.                             Still there is no response from MSEDCL. I have visited the office for mare than 10 time, but the concern officer is not availbale. My father visited the head office in Bhosari (Electronic Sudden) and met Mr. Giri, and he asked to meet the person incharge in 4615 zone. We called the office today, but the person is on leave. The light bill for last month has come above 5000, more than 500 unit consumed which is not possible. Can someone look into this. I had raised 3 online complaints and they are closed without any action. Complaint numbers are[protected],[protected] and[protected].

                              Last year in month of July 2014 we have changed the meter due to short circuit at our place. Since then we began to get high amount bill every month and every time we approached MSEB board at our Udgir division. These complaints where constantly followed up from our side. But every time excess amount were forwarded to next month bill and we were told problem has been resolved. In the month of march 2015 we had intended by board the excess amount has been cleared and problem has been resolved in written by authority of MSEB. But in month of April again we have received bill of amount Rs: 1, 00, 990/-. We have seen the meter reading has was not taken properly or not at all been verified the meter reading by the authorized person. So Kindly take required action ASAP.

                                Frequently Power cut off and power fluctuation at address:- S.No.35, Tukai Nagar, Kalepadal, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028, it has been observed from the last couple of week, that always in night time Power cut or Fluctuation and the MSE Distribution company's officer neither take phone call on number[protected] nor resolved the problem. it is very disappointed when yesterday whole night there was no power supply or niether any MSDCEl employee take congnizanace of it. It is therefore, we appeal you to take the congnizance of my this compailant and resolved the same as earliest. Thnking your.
                                above said problem resolved for only 15 minutes because power come on 11.15am and it goes on 11.30am it means my probelm resolve only for 15 minutes.
