I have raised several complaints in Titwala branch.But they have not solved this problem.
My mitter was FAULTY since last 8 to 9 months back.and already i am submitted
With write application at TITWAL Branch.(Office)last time.but they NO action in the right of Month.
And every month's my BILLS is INCREASING.
So, it's INCONVENIENT for me and my family.
I can not afford the every month's my BILLS is INCREASING.
I am requesting you that, so Please CHEANGE the my FAULTY Mitter at the earliest immediately.
I am planning to go to the legal action
Otherwise you have the sole my problem CHEANGE the my FAULTY Mitter within one week at the earliest immediately asap.
This's my 4th reminder mail for you.

Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I always pay all my bills in advance. I have paid my bills in advance for the last five years. Even now the latest demand =0. But they are changing me Current Interest. This month it is Rs 57.46. This is a fraud.
Instead of paying me interest on the amount of my advance deposit, they are charging me money???
Who is responsible for this?
