My account[protected] was charges for over 1000 unit on Feb 2014. I had contacted one of the field engineer of MSEDCL and he said that he will take care of the issue. When I visit the office, the officer is not available. I had raised 3 complaints on MSEDCL website but there is no resolution. I am paying the bill but the amount which was charged extra in Feb 2014 is still not adjusted. We are working people and it very difficult to visit the office, and when we visit there is no one available. Still there is no response from MSEDCL. I have visited the office for mare than 10 time, but the concern officer is not availbale. My father visited the head office in Bhosari (Electronic Sudden) and met Mr. Giri, and he asked to meet the person incharge in 4615 zone. We called the office today, but the person is on leave. The light bill for last month has come above 5000, more than 500 unit consumed which is not possible. Can someone look into this. I had raised 3 online complaints and they are closed without any action. Complaint numbers are[protected],[protected] and[protected].

    Last year in month of July 2014 we have changed the meter due to short circuit at our place. Since then we began to get high amount bill every month and every time we approached MSEB board at our Udgir division. These complaints where constantly followed up from our side. But every time excess amount were forwarded to next month bill and we were told problem has been resolved. In the month of march 2015 we had intended by board the excess amount has been cleared and problem has been resolved in written by authority of MSEB. But in month of April again we have received bill of amount Rs: 1, 00, 990/-. We have seen the meter reading has was not taken properly or not at all been verified the meter reading by the authorized person. So Kindly take required action ASAP.

      Frequently Power cut off and power fluctuation at address:- S.No.35, Tukai Nagar, Kalepadal, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028, it has been observed from the last couple of week, that always in night time Power cut or Fluctuation and the MSE Distribution company's officer neither take phone call on number[protected] nor resolved the problem. it is very disappointed when yesterday whole night there was no power supply or niether any MSDCEl employee take congnizanace of it. It is therefore, we appeal you to take the congnizance of my this compailant and resolved the same as earliest. Thnking your.
      above said problem resolved for only 15 minutes because power come on 11.15am and it goes on 11.30am it means my probelm resolve only for 15 minutes.

          Respected sir, I'm Ajit Eknath Bansode and my consumer number is[protected]. I've a complaint to make, regarding my electricity bill for APR-15, Bill Date : 8 May 2015. My meter number is 03303190. In this bill, Current Reading is mentioned as 250, whereas Previous Reading is 1. And for last two electricity bills, i.e. for MAR-15 and FEB-15, it was showing current and previous reading 1, although I am charged for units 50 and 78 respectively. If I am already charged for units 50 and 78, that means 128 units, then for this months' bill, I should be charged for 250-128=122 units only. Please make the necessary changes.             Hello Sir, it's like 6 years I have been staying in kamothe, I think that there are some seriious issues that need to be taken care of. The power cuts are not for longer duration but we now face random power cuts daily. I stay in sector 34 and have to face this 🔥 daily with unscheduled power cuts.
            Power cuts are becoming a common phenomena. I live in Kamothe and the story is the same every year. the MSEDCL should realize that the summer heat is increasing every year so some other alternative time should be arranged for the maintenance issue. This has been happening every year it is high time the officials think about the trouble they are causing to the citizens.
            I have been staying in kamothe, I think that there are some seriious issues that need to be taken care of. The power cuts are not for longer duration but we now face random power cuts daily. I stay in sector 25 and have to face this 🔥 daily with unscheduled power cuts.

                Dear Sir, Myself Mr. Ganesh Anant Tole staying at Virar wants to inform you that everytime high bill is been generated and provided to me from last couple of months.                         In last two months there were 3 incidents & now yesterday (4-5-15) its forth one. Wire catches fire due to short circuit near trasformer situated outside on road of our Paras Ind. Estate, Sativli area, Waliv village, Vasai (E). opp. IPOL company.There is no response from MSEB official & even field inspector even when the are informed number of times. Then some technician arrives at site to resume power & correct the fault. He is not from MSEB, he asks some 10000/- to be paid to do the work, as he is not MSEB official but from private firm.I wonder that even when we complaint MSEB they do not response but how this guy knows about fault when no one informed or called him. As every one is worried about heavy loss of work, in last 3 instances we have collected and paid around 10000/-, totalling to around 30000/- for 3 times.Now all are fed up with this harassment and loot. I strongly complaint to fix the problem once with proper work by MSEB person only as it is not any private work. Second to take action soon without delays, as generally try to delay so the private firm can get it done. They put excuse that no person is available & if technician called he will come from Thane which will take half a day to reach. I wonder that distance of 1.5 hour to reach from thane to Vasai, & the want whole day just to reach at site???Why they don't have technician stationed at Vasai, where so much industrial area is spreaded. Where technicians need on daily basis.If our bill is unpaid even a day after due date, they call us continuoslly and even harrass that line will be cut.. Why?Is the service is in line first. Who will pay for our production & labour loss???Last MSEB should take stern action against culprits who create same problem at same place to earn extra profits.I think some officer is glove in hand with private firms to loot & put to ransom our industries.HOPE YOU WILL TAKE QUICK & APPROPRIATE ACTION.THANKS.

                          This is ridiculous in this so horrible hot summer the power is cut upto 2 continuous days in the DehuRoad Cant Area, Even after repeated Complaints no one has turned up or has resolved the issue. And that to at the time when students are having their exams no power . And this has been observed by us, specially these power cut is frequent when there is a IPL match in the near by Gahunje Stadium, We people feel the power consumed in there is been utilized by shutting down the power in that area, may it be a coincidenece Its really pathetic that people have to pay for the surpluous amount of power utilized in the stadium. If Stadium is not the reason of power cut what else is it, that you are torturing the people in the DehuRoad Cant Area. Please let us know the reasons or please address the issue at the earliest. How is the possible that previous reading and current reading is same. such type of incident various times occured with us. But my parents are unknown about this.                                   I have recently bought a resale flat. Hence I wanted to change the name of the old consumer to replace it with my name since I am the legal owner of the flat now. As per the procedure described on the MSEB website, I have made an application with all anexures as per the requirement except the TEST Report. As per the information (given by MSEB, Akurdi office), I am supposed to get a test report from MSEB authorized sub contractor. Now as a customer, how I should find the authorized contractor is a big question mark. After 3 rounds of the MSEB office, I could find couple of contractors whom I approached. When I requested them for the test report, they demanded Rs. 500 as the charges for test report. I agreed for the same provided the contractor gives a payment receipt, which both the contractors denied to give. This clearly means that they were asking for ON Money. Also when these contractors are supposed to visit the location & check the wiring/connection before issuing any such test reports, I could not see any of the contractor asking for the visit. They are issuing the test report without visiting the site. I tried to take up this matter with the MSEB officers at Akurdi office, however this was not entertained by the officers saying we cant do anything in this matter & also we cant process your application without this report. Now I don't know who will help me on this matter & how I can raise this issue to the concern authority of MSEB. Best Regards, Rushikesh Dikule +91 [protected]

                                  There seems to be a nexus between the Contractors and the MSEB Staff. Actually, the teat report is only for the purpose of extracting/ extortion by the the MSEB staff. The Test report has NO Value addition for the change of name of Electricity meter and this should be done away with.

                                  If the meter has been functioning, why should it become defective at the time of change of name?

                                  Test report Malpractice should be stopped to reduce corruption.
                                  There seems to be a nexus between the Contractors and the MSEB Staff. Actually, the test report is only for the purpose of extracting/ extortion by the the MSEB staff. The Test report has NO Value addition for the change of name of Electricity meter and this should be done away with.

                                    I am from Balewadi (Pune) division 4599. There has been too many frequent power cuts happening in Balewadi area. It happens in the middle of the night and during day time also. When we call to customer care they give us the complaint number and then there is no communication of why power cut happened and whether the problem is resolved or not. Once in a month there is some transformer blast happening and power is gone for 3-4 hours minimum. The area in front o[censored]s (across the road) never gets a power cut. Not sure of this but then this is very irritating. Power cuts sometime will happen or a second and will keep happening for 6-7 times in span of a minute. This has already caused damaged to expensive electronics item. Why there is no standard being maintained by the company. They charge heavily on the bill and I never saw any deduction in monthly rent when the power supply has not been given. So its like whether you get continuous power supply for 30 days and you get too many power cuts the monthly rent is same. There is no care shown to customer as its a monopoly by the company and the government. I am also not sure of writing this complaint as I saw too many complaints written here without a single reply from the service provider which proves that me writing this is also a waste of time.

I'd received bill of February 2015 as Rs.1400/- and due date of that bill was 30.03.2015, but I'd paid the same on 09.04.2015 as Rs.1420/- with fine. But now I'd received bill for March 2015 as Rs. 2800/- in which amount of Feb 2015 has been added also. So requesting you to please guide in this case. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Talvali Post:sudkoli Tal.Alibag. & Mr. Jadhav (who is employee of MSEB with Mr. Rajput) but I don't have any customer ID number on my new electrical meter connection till date; I am complaining telephonic & person visit to your at Mu. Ramraj office to Mr. Sanjay Pal. (Jr. Eng.), but till nobody want to listen and action on my complaint.
