    I was paid my electricity bill trough googlepay QR scanning and amount was debited from my account and msedcl saying that they have not received any money.

        Dear sir,
        I know that my complaint should be directed to the state department and not the center. I have done that too. I am attaching the same.
        However, i am not very sure that my problem would be solved therefore i am writing to the pm office.
        I do organic agriculture in my small land of 3.5-acre, gat no. 562. I have also planted various trees including herbal plants.
        My requirement for water is very small...

          I am the resident of Patgaon village, Murbad Thane. MY CONSUMER NO.[protected] KARNIK EXOTICA HOUSE NO.771 . We do not have electric supply to my house since 02 DECEMBER 2021 . The transformer failed and has neither been fixed nor replaced. Since 7 resident residing in that area no light no water full dark we are facing so much of problem Neighbouring village included has the supplies. I have tried multiple calls, visits, but failed to get any response. Need the office to take charge and fix this issue.

            Mseb added extra unit in lockdown without coming to check meter.. they harres to pay bill and cut meter eveey time, i went to the mseb office they dont provide answer.. why did they added extra unit . Kindly check how can pay miiddle class people such amount

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Please note that I am not staying at my flat for the last two years from November 2017 till date and was there for hardly a month in October 2019 when I was in India. I am stuck in Madagascar, a country in Africa because of COVID 19.

                During my brief visit to India in 2019, I received a bill forRs 20000+ to pay. When I went and showed them the copy of the letter which I had submitted to their local office at Mumbra in Nasheman Colony stating that the flat will be locked till my return, they brought the amount down to 8000+!

                I went personally to MSEDCL office at Bhandup, and had a talk with the Accounts Manager there, he assured me with a note on my complaint for the concerned officer in MSEDCL office at Mek Company Mumbra. This officer at Mek company MSEDCL office did not do anything, even after I implored him that I had to catch a flight the next day early morning.

                Now I have received an electricity bill on my email from torrentpower.com to pay around 14000Rs as electricity charges. (Who are these people?).

                I assure you that my flat is locked up all these years and I had even submitted a letter from my building society that there is no one staying there in my absence.

                My meter was also changed when I was away without my knowledge.

                The new meter reading was 16 as on[protected]. The older meter which was removed should have the older reading but the bill with the reading are there in my locked flat at Mumbra along with the copy of my last complaint.

                Please advise who are "Torrentpower" who emailed me the electricity bill, kindly investigate and revert at your earliest convenience.

                  माननीय महोदय दिनांक २९. ०९. २०२१ ला महावितरण कार्यालयात नवीन वीज जोडणीसाठी अर्ज क्रमांक ३४७०४७२२ प्रमाणे अर्ज सादर केला होता, परंतु मला कोणतीही सूचना न देता माझा अर्ज रद्द करण्यात आला. त्या नंतर मी ३ ते ४ वेळा स्थ्यानिक कार्यालयाशी संपर्क साधला असता उडवा उडवीचे उत्तरे देण्यात आली व अजूनही माझ्या अर्जावर कोणतीही कार्यवाही करण्यात आली नाही व त्यामुळे माझे काम थांबले आहे.
                  तरी आपणास विनंती आहे कि माझे काम लवकर करून देण्यात यावे हि विनंती .

                    There's never a proper intimation of when there is an outage going to be. Even after calling in to the customer service department we never get a proper reply at the get go. We have to try again and again over and over just to find the cause and the estimated resolving time. The charges keep getting higher and higher for power usage but, they rarely update us with some text over a mobile phone or and email to our email address. I mean is this the service we get for paying thousands of rupees every month, it just keeps on prolonging our suffering that we are receiving since long ago.

                    I would be very much pleased if we get a intimation ahead of the power outage, so that we could prepare our self for it.

                    I hope you will look into my issue and you will try to resolve it if not anything lesser than it.

                      The electricity units which its showing is alot of the usage we have .
                      And the electricity bills we are getting from last two months are around 2000 every month.
                      Please note that its more than our usage.

                          We submit a req on 16aug along with fees paid application no 33185860 still not resolved once we call to customer they only saying it will done but I don't know what type of mechanism goin on in govt sector. it's 120days completed still they not done.

                              सादर केलेला असुन पात्र असुन तीन चार वेळेस आमचा अर्ज नामंजूर करण्यात आला आहे व जे अपात्र होते त्यांचे झटपट मंजुर झाले.
                              मला शिक्षण असुन नोकरी नाही पाणी असुन सोलर नाही
                              सौर क्रषी व सोलार योजनेत माझ्या वर चिटींग करुन अन्याय झालेला आहे.
                              मी तीन मुले पत्नी आई वडील शेतात राबुन आम्ही उदरनिर्वाह करत असुन मी एक गरीब कुटुंबातील अल्पभूधारक शेतकरी आहे मला यातील ज्ञान कमी असल्याने सारखा पाठपुरावा करु शकलो नाही
                              सदर गट नं. 76 मध्ये सन 2019 रोजी शासनाने रोजगार हमी योजनेमार्फत विहीर दिली आहे तशी नोंद उता-यावर लावनेचे शासन दप्तरी प्रलंबीत आहे तसेच ते लांबवत चालले आहेत.
                              7/12 वर साधी विहीर व बोअर वेल नोंद आहे
                              ज्या विहीरीवर सोलर बसवने आहे त्या विहीरीला पाणी भरपुर आहे. परंतु स्थळ पाहणी न करताच पाणी नाही असा शेरा मारुन अर्ज नाकारला आहे
                              परंतु या भागात विजेची अथवा सोलरची व्यवस्था खुप दुर आहे
                              तेंव्हा मे. साहेब mseb mahadiscom
                              तसेच मायबाप केंद्र व राज्य शासन, ए जी सोलर संबंधीत साहेब व कंपन्या यांना नम्र पुर्वक विनंती कि या योजनेचा लाभ मिळावा.
                              आम्ही 17500/- भरन्यास तयार आहोत.
                              तरी मला या योजनेचा लाभ मिळावा हि नम्र विनंती.

                                Consumer no[protected] our meter is in faulty since last 2 years and more and we have given a written complaint also to the Virar office of MSEB but they have only one answer that meter is not in stock when the meter will come from head office we will change it and for these they have fixed our bill amount to Rupees 1390 (168 units) by taking average
                                Since in our house there is no AC gijer then also since last 2 years we are paying the bill fixed by them on a expectation that they will change the meter.
                                But now the limits has crossed thay have created the bill for 368 units and displayed meter status normal as they have not yet change the meter
                                So please help us for these problem.

                                  I have paid my bill using paynimo gateway by gray.. it took me to tpsl government link and my money was deducted from bank...but you have not received the payment...how such link is given by you..

                                    I had applied for new meter (Residencial)on 02-Nov-2021. It has been 36 days now and I haven't got any update yet. I have visited the office three times and they simply say that there is shortage of meter and the meter has not come. They gave me an option of buying a meter by my own. If a consumer can buy a meter then why can't MSDCL?

                                      I got higher bill due to faulty meter. Now the meter has been changed but still the bill is not reduced. I want corrected bill so that i will pay it. Electrician also today come and cut my bill.
