Dear Sir,

I m Manish Mishra, staying in nallasopara (East), Thane. I m writing a complaint against the MSEB for the sending unlimited bill amount in the month of July . Actually MSEB send the 2310.00 rupess bill for the month of june which one more amount compare the last month bill. Under this bill MSEB included the last month bill (550.00) & security deposit amt (270.00) which one already paid the before due date in the last month as a ECS through from the HDFC Bank.
In our location MSEB already cutting (Loadshadding) the lights more than 8.00 hrs but charges remains the same, there is no deduction in the bill amount. But in this month MSEB cross the my patience and MSEB workers tell me first u paid the bill after that i will take care of this. its totally unfair.
Kindly requested you to pls help me the sort out this asap.

please don't think this is happening to you only.
this is happening to most of the people.
iam in chennai, tamilnadu state india.
for me also they charged me a high amount without specifying how long it is going to happen and the tamilnadu electricity board finally cut my line without giving prior notice. electricity board people are very corrupt.
I am facing a problem of overbilling of electricity bill from MSEB.
When surved about this I found that this is a common problem for MSEB customers especilly in following case:
* when previous bill is charged with zero unit consumption the next bill is charged for two bill without considering the previous bill payed or not. And if customer have any objection against such bills he have to visit the MSEB complaint office which are situated very few in district. hence for this we have to take leave from office and meet them. Still it is not sure that complaint will be sorted out in one day.


Please help me and all o[censored]s for such inconvinience and irretation.

5) I have taken the reading as on dated 14/12/08 shows as 24898

6) I did not rcvd the bill for the Month of OCT-08 & NOV -08 when we visited MSEB officer MR. Jalvekar told me that we have credit bal in your account that is why the bill is not issued to you

7) i asked him to issue me the minus amt bill "he said we don't issue credit bills "

8) I asked what is the amt credit showing, "He said about RS 3221.00"

9) How can it be if i had the credit amt is bal, why did they charge me Rs 3490.00 for the month of Dec-08

10) Now i would bring to your notice i paid your bill from OCT-07 Till AUG -08 for the reading showed to me 23597.

Our House is in Bhusawal (Nasik -Region) . Our electricity bills is always coming 3 or 4 times of actual usage (after doing technical calcualtion) . We have lodged the complaints many more times.

No use. No outcome.

We always swicth off our electical instruments through out the day and the bill is same as unexpected. The important part is due to load shading most of times we dont have electicity at home.

It seems to be MSEB is not taking any action on complaints from many months. Can we raise a complaint to "Consumer Guidance socienty of India" or somewhere so that we will get EXPECTED IMMEDIATE action.
I stay at Diwa from Nov.2007. My consumer # is 3455255 and my meter # is 130803. After so many enquiries done in electricity office at mubra and diwa regarding the electricity bill. Still I am not received my electricity bill at my home.
Kindly see my above issue and provide me my electricity bill at my home address.

I am Rajashree, staying at Mulund ( w ), Mumbai.We are working people we leave the home at 8am & coming at 7 pm, during this their is no use of electricity supply.As we are noted that their is continuous increases MSEB bill by Rs.100/- by last three months.
As noted Bill amount for the month MAr. 09 - Rs.280/-, APR.09 - Rs. 360 & for the month of May it is Rs.450/-.

This would be happened earlier also & we also submit the writing complaints for that.

Kindly request you to pls hlep me the sort out this problem.

    this to to complain about mseb power supply in vasai-virar district
    they have made a time table of power cut offf
    it is was 6 hours a day . now they have increase it for an hour
    thats fine but above that they cut light at any time
    from last two days they are cuting at night from 1-4
    who is responsible for this ...
    thank you for making our life hell
    know we have all the experience of what the life will be in a hell.

    Now We dont have Power cut problems.
    MY FATHER HAD CONSTRUCTED A HOUSE IN YEAR 1984 AT PLACE : VAVE, POST : MALYAN, TAL : ALIBAG, DIST : RAIGAD, DURING THAT PERIOD THE OVERHEAD WIRE OF THE LOW TENSION POLE WAS AT A DISTANCE OF 30 - 40 FEET AWAY FROM MY HOUSE.
    MR. KAMLAKAR GAIKAR WHO'S STABLE WAS NEAR BY TO MY HOUSE AND THE LOW TENSION POLE WIRE WAS ABOVE THE SAID STABLE, NOW HE HAD CONSTRUCTED A HOUSE FOR HIS SON BY NAME SUDHAKAR GAIKAR AND WHILE CONSTURCTING THE SAID NEW HOUSE WITH HIS POLITICAL HELP HE DIVERTED THE SAID LOW TENSION WIRE AS PER HIS NEED AND NOW THE SAID LOW TENSION WIRE WAS CAME VERY NEAR TO MY HOUSE i.e A GAP BETWEEN MY HOUSE AND THE WIRE IS VERY FEW APPROX 1- 1 AND HALF FEET AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. THE DETAILS OF MY ELECTRIC SUPPLY ARE AS FOLLOWS FOR YOUR REF I say that, my father had constructed a house at Vave, Tal : Alibag, Dist : Raigad in year 1983 – 84 & we applied for your Electric Service in the same year, as per the record of yours our Old Customer no : R-49 & as per your Bill Customer no:[protected], D.T.C no: 4137095 and the Pole No: 1R51 record given as per the Electric Bill.
    I SAY THAT TO OBLIGE HIM THE SAID LOW TENSION POLE WIRE ARE DIVERTED AND WHICH MAY BE CAUSE HEAVY DAMAGE TO MY HOUSE OR TO LIFE IN FUTURE AND WHILE DIVERTING THE SAID LINE NO INTIMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO US.

      Respected Sir,



      I am working for an IT MNC Company named Unisys as Manager. My office is basically home based. Recently I have been shifted to Mumbra and found frequent power failure in Kausa – Mumbra for a long time. Sometime even power cut hit for more than 10 to 12 hours which is affecting my Job and most of the people whose office, business and workshop depends on electricity.



      I have also seen power failure happening due to poor transformer performance which tends to fails frequently in most of the areas of Kausa – Mumbra. It seems proper maintenance and routing checkup may solve this issue, however it doesn’t happen in Kausa – Mumbra. In case of transformer failure we have to call MSEB 15 to 20 times to come and fix it, instead they don’t turn up and we have to go at their office located at Bharat Gear and bring them.



      I request you to look at this issue with priority and take appropriate action on MSEB employees.

      Yeah This is right compaint .Before two years ago i was in college during my education time this stitution is happning with us also.Now i am in Sharjah (UAE) .But my Mom and brother is staying in mumbra.so this problem is still my mum is facing.None MSCB employe is taking care .about this problem.I dont know whether is problem will solve in future or not.

      So i request you if the mscb people if this problem is solve i will proved of them.

      MSEB — power cuts during college time

      I am Navin Gupta, a resident of Wadala area of Mumbai.I am a student of Gurunanak college of mumbai which is in Sion.Since its an institutional building i am unable to understand why there is power cuts.My subject is related to computers.That means no power no lab sessions and we cant do our practicals.so please see to it that there is no power cuts specially during lecture time.I will be really grateful to you if you consider my request properly as.This copmlaint is not only from my side but from our whole class and other student as well..........
      Yes I totally agree with the above statements... We are facing this problem from a very long time, they say it load sheding but When this hell is gonna end. 8-10 hrs in aday its miserable, Now people are getting SMS abt Mumbra "once a baby born and ask Light Hai, Mom says No, Pani hai reply No... Aila Firse Mumbra me aagay" One more SMS "People from Mumbra will directly go to Heaven coz they have already sufferred the Hell" It really very Hard but Fact... Can any one change this?????

        Dear Sir,

        I the undersigned am customer of MSEB, there is electricity cutt off from the pole from my residing area.Name: kadam suvarna eknath kolshet upper village beh-indraprastha bldg resi 1-phase thane (W) 4000607
        On calling the related contact numbers there is no response and incase the call is attended we have to face arrogance and misbehavoir of MSEB employees.
        ALSO lodged the complaint at:4541 kolshet sub division off of the engr. kolshet s/dn patlipada G.B
        there is no electricity in my house from 30june08

        I visted the office several times but they are not bothered to join the connection, because of which we are suffering alot.
        *I am paying all my bills mseb bills regularly (no bills pending)

        Request you to look into the matter and do the needful ASAP take necessary action against the culprits,

        Since last few months I have been noticing that I am getting a maximum bills compared to the others residents in our building. I request your goodself to please send some representative to check whether there is any fault in my meter or if someone else is stealing my electricity.

        In our house we have only two fans and two tubeline and TV which is used normally, but our bills comes to above Rs.1000/- wherein other resident in our building gets the bill of Rs.250/- to 400/- p.m.

        Dear sir,

        We are staying at vasai Naigaon wadawali, patil wadi. Every night from 8.30 onwards our power going deem till morning . as per everybody's saying many of villegers catching unauthorised power from main
        line from roadside. & after doing manycomplaints the mseb staff is not taking interest at all. they must be supporting them.. Few days before your people came to servy at our place. but same thing happened
        at night &going on same problem. though we are paying heavy bills & wecannot enjoy the electricity benefit well. Even our power cuts or loadsheding is going on continuously.

        Dear officer,

        My meter has been removed in the month of Apr 2011 and I have paid all the due's regarding the same. They said i have to apply for the new meter, I also mentioned that i was not in the town and was not aware of the bills pending b'cause of some work load and also i was not aware that the tenant was not in the town who was responsible for paying these bills. Then too I have also applied and submitted all the necessary documents for the new meter but still there is no response from the officers, i don't know why r they harassing us, do they need some extra money? I don't remember the officer's name who is looking after Lokmanya area, but soon i will let u know.
        Still till date my meter has not been fitted yet, I don't what is the problem with these people, Looking forward for your kind consideration, please look into the matter

        I am the Residence of Vasai West,
        For Power Cut at unscheduled timings and i could not put my child to sleep during day time she is 1yr old, whole day because of no fan breeze she is unable to play and sleep all the time we have to leave all the work and to carry. How children will manage for 10 hrs load shedding.

        But still Bill comes around 900 / - per month
        when we are facing so much problem and bill comes so high thats means MSEB IS CHEATING US.

        Mahadiscom — Earthing is not proper. Need to fix it

        Earthing wire has been dislocated from the pole due to heavy winds on Mon night. Need to reconnect them properly.

            My Self is Sanjay Yelve, I am staying at Vikhroli as per below address but my native place is village Punir, Taluka Sriwhardhan, Jilha Raigad.Maharastra

            I am sending this mail behalf of my all villagers.
            I have to inform you, we all villagers are facing a ELECTRIC SUPPLY problem in our village form last six month, happen is one villager Mr. Keshav Yelve staying at same of above village, he had cover the MSEB pole through the net, this information we had informed to Thashildar of Shriwardhan as well as TANTA MUKTI SUMITI . But no one can take the action against our complaints.
            Sir, you know that in village side there are lot of Voltage fluctuation & other supply problem, if in this happen some problem is there how we can resolved it
            I would like to request to you behalf of my all villagers please instruct your department to open the hole net, so any trouble happen there can be solve your local technician easily & one more I informed to you it is government property no one can cover this. You know about the lodsheding problem, if any electrical problems happen what we can do. This person harasses our villagers from last 6 to 7 month. We all villager latterly fed up from him & know one government officer take the action against the same. And we all are villager suffer. Please interpreted

            I am staying in the New Sangvi-Chaitraban area. In last 3 weeks the occurrences of the power supply failure at night between 2 to 4 Am has taken place 3 to 4 times. If I call the Sangvi MSEB office number, it gives Engage tone most of the times.
            This is actually unbarable experience to survive without power supply in the night. Especially kids & the patients have to suffer quite a lot.
            Already it has become quite unsafe nowadays for a common man with regular events of dacoities & murders in the city. These power failures in the night time are really augmenting into this situation.
            I would kindly request the concerned officers to take the proper action & stop the night power failures immediately.

            Since last 5-7 years there is a problem with one phase which gos frequently OFF and they coud not solve. When light is OFF the pick up the phone receiver and sit so no calls are ringed or heard.

              I belong to a place called Kopargaon near Shirdi, Dist Ahmednagar. On the outskirts of Kopargaon, like many other farmers we have some acres of land. In our area, the so called load shedding process is for minimum 12 hours. After 12 hours of power cut, occurs a fault on the electricity line. MSEB workers take 5-6 hrs to repair the line and then after some time the usual 12 hrs of load shedding starts. After a week, the time for load shedding changes to next 12 hrs...so on that day we have 24 hrs of load shedding or we have electricity at mid night for 3 hrs. After working hard for the whole day, farmers run in the night to water their land or wait for the electricity. Some farmers lose their crop because its not watered on time. Many people take loans for buying seeds, pesticides, etc. How are they supposed to pay off their loans? How will the farmers live?
              12 hours of load shedding ...why only for rural area and not for urban?
              What is the government doing for the farmers?
              I have called up many concerned people in MSEB but no one is taking responsibility...No one wants to at least properly plan the load shedding time. The situation will not change but at least proper planning can improve the situation. But the final things is that..." WHO CARES "!!!

              i stay in nallsopara, B-201, Om shiv shakti bldg, Nile more, Nallasopara (w), MSEB is giving worst service because of this load shedding people suffering lot of problem of electricity. Any time, day or night power gets off. There is no limit of power cuts or load shedding. We are totally fed up with this load shedding …MSEB should make a proper plan, or time table for load shedding. Since two days before regularly power cuts in the night time. in this rainy reason any time power cuts. Why should we /people suffer all this. … Kindly I am requesting you to please do proper supply of electricity in Nallasopara (W)
              Above complaint is geniune. Now a days every night MSEB has started unofficial load sheding. People like us we are staying in Virar and travelling upto Churchgate everyday, can't take rest at night too. We are really fed up with what is going on in this area. Inspite of we are pahing our bills regularly why only we people should bear this load sheding and why not Mumbai people. It must be equal. Even street lights in Mumbai are on full night. They can be reduce to alternate one after 11.00 at night. Power for Signs, boards can be cut and atleast one hour loading must be started in Mumbai so that our load sheding can be reduced from 8 hours to 5 hours.

              I think only GOD can save us now.

              hi! I completely agree wid the above complaints. I am writing this complaint when there is no power at my place. Load sheding started at 9, ended at 1 and again at 2.30 nw there is no electricity. Is the board playing with electric switches. This has crossed all the limits!
              Hello i m staying in nallasopara west, MSEB is making unofficial load shading at any Time in day or night. and its continuously fluctuating. Due to which our home appliences Getting weak or its blown up. After working 14 -15 hrs in office and plus 4 hrs of total travelling its very difficult to get rest at night due To such unresposible behaviour of MSEB. Why thr is no load shading in Mumbai?????? Please look into the matter and give us solution. Here only big politicians are making money by harasing common people like this. this is really not acceptable.

                I Harish from Waigaon (Ni) dist. Wardha Maharashtra, I got bill of last month that was paid by me with proper attention that the bill reading is less than actual reading of Meter. Before that went 2 to 3 times in MSEB office and noticed the officers of MSEB what the actual fact is. They told us that why you are worry, don’t go for increasing meter reading there is no problem at all. In spite of that I had taken sign of one officer on Bill. After two week some officers came to my home check the meter and told us that there is fault in meter and cut off the whole power supply and took the meter by making some inquiry. As i complaint them that we had given appropriate notice that there is fault in note down the actual consumption but they don’t listen and took away the meter. My whole family is in the dark. What kind of this action. Please suggest me what to do in such situation …..!

                  IN OUR BUILDING ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT HAS FIX A ELECTRICAL BOX WHICH CONTAIN LOTS OF LIVE WIRE, IN WHICH SOME OF THE WIRES HAS BEEN DAMAGE, WE HAVE COMPLAINED THEM MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT SHIFTING THE BOX FROM THERE, AFTER THAT WE TOLD THEM TO CHANGE THE WIRES FOR WHICH THEY SAID THAT WE DON'T HAVE PROPER CABLES AND DON'T US TO BRING CABLES WIRES ON OUR EXPENSES, EVEN THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING TO US PROPERLY, WHAT LEGAL ACTION WE CAN TAKE ON THEM ON THIS ISSUE.

                    To All,

                    This is regarding complaint against MSEB.

                    In our Area, Kamothe, Sector-22 and rest. MSEB is cutting down the electricity from 6 am to 6 pm the whole day (they call it LOAD SHEDDING). Ok, Agreed! As it is a part of Industrial Area, they need to cut down the electricy in the name of LOAD SHEDDING.

                    But, rather than tuesday, the electricity in this particular area is not working properly. From Wednesday to Monday (except tuesday) the electricity cutdown is about 9-10 times in a day.
                    Making complaints for several times by visiting there offices personally and taking a Ladies Morcha also., these people doesn't take any quick or necessary action. Whenever, asked they give the reason of ongoing construction work of buildings or roads.

                    Really, if MSEB just want to collect the huge bill amounts, then please we kindly request MSEB to handover the work to private sector. Atleast, they will provide us a CONTINOUS Electricity at our homes.

                    I request MSEB to resolve the KAMOTHE area Electricity problem, if they dont then many people avoid in coming to this place and CIDCO and Builders will loos their business.
                    I agree with your comments, MSEB cannot take customer like us for a ride. A strict action has to be taken against them
                    I totally agree with load shedding in kamothe area.If they are giving the reason for on going construction
                    then why not in Kharghar such a long load shedding is there.Also not to our respite other days also
                    electricity is going no. of times which make living in kamothe uncomfortable.please do something in
                    this matter to resolve this problem at earliest(to concerned authorities).

                      Extremely Bad Service.

                      I Liladhar More, staying at Dhanori Road, Anand Park, Vishrantwadi Pune. From the day when I shifted to my new house here, I'm daily facing electricity problem. Voltage is highly irregular. Sometimes in the day, it is very low suddenly in the evening it goes high, damaging all my electrical equipments. Till now, I've repaired my Television Set, Computer, Electric Iron for more than 2 times by almost paying 10, 000/-.

                      MSEB is not taking our complaints seriously...Instead of frequent calls they are not taking into consideration our complaints.

                      Only our area Buddha Nagar is facing this problem, in other areas this problem is not there.

                        1. I am an Army officer serving in operations in a remote location in J&K. Because I am posted so far away, I pay my electricity bill for my apartment at Pune (R1/5, ADITYA HIGHLAND WINDS, KRISHNAKEVAL TOWNSHIP, KONDHWA, PUNE 411048) through ICICI Bank. It was with great diffculty that we could convince your rep to spare us from the inconvenience. Now the bill of this month has an arrear of previous month which had already been paid by the bank. As I am located so far away, serving in the Army in an operational area, I cannot rush to Pune to resolve such problems and my wife is not in a position to do so herself by visiting govt offices on her own.

                        4. I earnestly request that I should not be harassed like this when timely payments are being made by my bank. Kindly credit the excess payment made by me on 08 May 09 and adjust it in the bill of next month. Hoping for a favourable response from you soon.

                        I agree with James and support his views that the power shortage in Vasai is artificially created to please the political business lobby. It is the people of Vasai who elected Hitendra Thakur to his seat and now he with is ultra corrupt ways is tormenting the communities in Vasai by fabricating the electricity problem.

                        Also it can be noted that the only road which connects Vasai to the ahemdabad highway has never been attended since ages. This is what the people of Vasai are getting in return for their faithfulness towards their long reigning MLA.

                        HI Myself javed Shaikh, a resident of VASAI CITY (Gokhiware division) there is a great cut off problem in our power supply, first it was 6hrs to 8 hrs of power cutoff but now the cut off time is increased to 15hrs.
                        Whay the Hell are u guys charging us then! if you are giving us power supply for just few hrs out of 24hrs.
                        As we return from our jobs we require atleast some mental peace.Its just a month of April GOD knws what MSEB will do in the comming months!

                        WHY ONLY VASAI IS FACING POWER SHORTAGE!! in mumbai there are no power cuts.
                        This is not exceptable from the govt! if the situation is not changed then there are many residents who are ready to get loaded in trucks and sit for a morcha near the MSEB Office in VASAI.

                        Now since It is in used from March' 2011 onwards so kindly carry out your Electricity billing procedure as usual for regular consumer.

                        We are normal middle class people. I am going office and My wife and my small kid is staying at home in Bhakti complex nalasopara west. we are really very fed up of the load shading which is happening in nalasopara specially in bhakti complex. the way they are disconnecting the electricity is very harassing. some times we feel like we not staying in Mumbai, we feel like we are staying at some island where we don't have enough power supply. and in the end of the month they charge a same bill which is been consumed in whole thirty days. In nalasopara west the electricity goes for 12 to 15 hrs.Please stop cheating us. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.Really we are fed-up this problem.

                        Can we please work towards resolving electricity problems in vasai and not increasing it. Earlier power cut was for 6 to 8 hours which has gone upto 8 to 12 hours its getting worst than rural areas. People are unable to sleep at night or in day especially in such hot climate.Also if anybody can please suggest the name of any relevant person who could be coordinated for this problem.
                        my connection is only for house not commercial but electricity bill in charges of commercial rate. already apply to mseb but not correction in bill & already 5-6 bill paid in commercial rate please paid bill adjustment & recently bill in correction.

                        Maharashtra State Electricity Board — Only 6 hrs of Electricity Produced in 24 hrs.

                        From last month their is been a continuous power cutt on an average of 15 hrs a day.
                        From last three days the power supplied to us was only 5hrs later same no electricity till I am writing.

                        When asked they say load shedding or their is problem so maintanence is going on but can you just imagine how can it be that after 11pm at night electric problem can starts and it continues after 24hrs and then again comes for 5hrs its rediculous over here my exams are going to start of ipcc as i am a CA student its affecting my studies as well as health and I am not to study......due to this power cutts and due to this power cutt I am not able too eat any thing I am sick and suffering from malaria and not able to eat due to this climate and power cut.

                        Do help me or else their would be no option left with me.

                        I am staying at Kanjurmarg (East) (Residing at Kadam Chawl, Nehru Nagar, Near Creasant Industrial Estate, Kanjurmarg (E), Mumbai. Thereare 45 rooms at four chawls. I am staying at this place since 10 years. Now a days there is no load shading in our area. Even though, power goes often due to heavy load. Out of 45 rooms nearly 20 rooms are installed A/c. Machine and their electricity bill is very low every month. If you are unable to replace such old meter you may be lost in your budget.

                        I therefore request you to please go and check each an every meter and put electronic meter immeidately.

                        The customer care toll free number printed on electricity bill ([protected]) is not working from months and years even we get same number printed on every bill. Mseb does not have any number to complaint.
                        The bill amount charged by Mseb is too high on electricity bill and when tried to register complaint at Mseb office, they says (just by assuming) that meter might be bad. Pay 5000/- and replace meter.
                        The service provided by Mseb is pathetic...
                        Dear Sir,
                        I am a consumer of MSEDC (billing unit no. 4751, PC- 5) and my consumer number is[protected]. I applied for a new connection on 30 July, 2012 (application no. 2313022) and a new meter was installed at my residence in September. But the newly installed meter happened to be faulty (meter no.[protected]. We didn’t consume any electricity during October billing cycle because we were out of station. As soon as we started consuming electricity, the meter started to blink very fast and didn’t even stop when there was no outgoing. As a result of this faulty meter, I received following bills-
                        Month Units Amount Remarks
                        Oct-12 125 750.00 Even though meter didn’t run, 125 units were charged.
                        Nov-12 12033 152380.00 Now faulty meter was running very fast.
                        Dec - 12 417 158680.00 The actual reading of the faulty meter was 5417 units.
                        Jan-13 144 157020.00 Faulty meter was replaced on[protected]meter no. [protected])and the current reading for the billing cycle is 44 units

                        After receiving the bill with a huge amount, I approached the MSEDC office. My bills were recalculated on the basis of 200 units consumption per month where as my actual consumption per month is around 100-110 units per month. Still I made all the payment as per recalculation. My payment details are below-
                        1. Rs. 2000 on[protected]receipt no. AA32210)
                        2. Rs. 200 on[protected]receipt no. 4326316) for reconnection
                        3. Rs. 1600 on 10-1-13 (receipt no. AA35178)

                        After making all the payment, still I am receiving the bills with huge denomination. Staff from MSEDC keeps on visiting my place enquiring about payment of bill or cancellation of connection.

                        In my current bill after new meter has been installed, I have been charged extra 100 units. Also the experience of visiting different office locations has been mentally and physically agonising for me.This experience with a consumer doesn’t go down well and it has been a lot of suffering for me even the fault being at the part of MSEDC.

                        I would request to round off all my previous bills on the basis of my average consumption rather than random units. We as consumer can’t just pay our hard earned money for somebody else’s fault. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                        I don't live at my flat in nalasopara. It's locked. My fed up of paying unreasonably high bills . I wil ll commit suicide, I cannot afford this. I am being cheated
                        I have stood up in the queue in the sun .. got meter checked by their engineers .. submitted check reading forms .. they corrected my bill and reduced it .. I paid the reduced bill .. now again they are sending the same bill and mentioning it as arrears .. I cannot take this torture anymore .. as it is there are responsibilities on me .. I don't belong to a rich family .. its just the electricity board and company's fault .. what am I victimised for ..

It was with great diffculty that we could convince your rep to spare us from the inconvenience. Now the bill of this month has an arrear of previous month which had already been paid by the bank. So kindly resolve such problems and my wife is not in a position to do so herself by visiting govt offices on her own.

                        4. I earnestly request that I should not be harassed like this when timely payments are being made by my bank. Kindly credit the excess payment made by me on 17-sept-2013 & 19 dec-2960- and adjust it in the bill of next month. Hoping for a favourable response from you soon.

                        Every night light goes by 10.30 pm n comes by 1-2 am we are not able to sleep n our work is affected-the customer care says go to achole subdivision & complain for it but when we complain the paper goes directly in file without taking any action i think MSCB is having setting with the inverter supplier to increase their sale & MSCB getting the commission
                        Inspite of getting OC in out building yet water line no approved our opp blgd Sanskruti on nallasopara vasai link road is having municipality water - here is think govt setting is there with water suppliers

                        Pls solve this problem as normal man is facing lot of problems
