Sir i make a online transactions by Amazon pay for electric bill payment on the 02Nov and the money debited from my account and it is paid in the name of tpslQR but my electricity of msedcl will not filled what can i do please check status otherwise please refund my money immediately. I think it's a kind of scam from MSEB.
Meters become faulty in 2 years only and later they calculate bills on average basis. The calculation of average is strange, with previous bill amount which should be spreaded across real number of months and then the average should be calculated. Due to this wrong calculation method people are getting heavy bills. MSEb authority know about this issue and they are silent because they are gaining...

I have paid September2021 bill of Rs 350 (after correction) in cash on 18.10.2021 at Panvel Bhingari office. The same is shown as not paid and added in the current bill generated.
