Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Venus Society, Opposite Atlas Copco old Pune-Mumbai Road, Dapodi-411012 and my name is Asheesh Bose.

I am writing this letter in order to complain about the low voltage power supply at our location i.e. Dapodi. We are facing this issue for the last two Weeks till date, which is causing an issue as we are unable to use (appliances - air conditioners, refrigerators, television and online classes etc). We have already complained about this issue but no action has taken place yet.

I request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. I shall be highly obliged for your kind support.

      We have paid every month regularly, Paid last bill on 5th Oct21, But Nov21 bill comes with very high amount & some days later MSEB electrician called us & told if you are not paying the bill, we are cutting electricity & cut the electricity, Complaint file online but no solution provided till date, Complaint no[protected], Called customer care & told the situation, They told we are given you average bills, now we have added total bill after deduction of paid bills, I have paid every bill every month, plus no one is leaving in house for 2 years, so how can such high come, so customer care file new complaint with no.[protected],

        This is complain against The employee named Shri. Kuradkar Sir. His cellphone number [protected]. He is currently working in Nagpur, Power house located on Sakkardara near bridge.
        I am consistently visiting the office for solar Technical Fesibility reason but he is not completing/resolving the issue. He is consistently sending back putting any reason, And Rudely talking with me.

          Dear electricity officers,
          Kindly make survay in kothali village bhadgaon dist jalgaon 424205.
          Because we are facing so many electricity cut off issue couple of time in single day .
          If you will survar of kothali for meters you will get lots of faulty meter bypass connections. Such kind of fraud connection and meter faults created for reduce the bills.
          So please make survay...thanks and regards.

                I have not received hard copy of the electricity bill for past one year. Earlier I though it is due to Covid situation however even now when the situation is mostly normalized, I am not receiving hard copy of the bill. Please look into this.

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      Since last so many years till August 2021 our electricity bill was normal as per our consumption and meter reading consumption was not above 156 Units, as we have only 3+1 LED lights, 2 Fan, 1 Kitchen Exhaust Fan, Fridge and TV only, TV is not in working condition since last 3 months. So how it is possible to get such high electricity consumption and meter reading..??

                      They had cut off and taken away my meter also after the high bill came and still not fixed it back.

                        It has been over a year I have been complaining about my problem.
                        There has not been any resolve by MSEB and constant mental harassment has been given in exchange.
                        No one can answers and just keep delaying our request.

                          Sir,
                          I am the resident of Kanvinde village, Shahpur, Thane. My house is a stand alone bungalow in Bella Vista Phase 3. I do not have electric supply to my house since two weeks. The transformer failed and has neither been fixed nor replaced. Since I am the single resident residing in that area, no one else is affected. Neighbouring village Kalamgaon and Kanvinde included has the supplies. I have tried multiple calls, visits, but failed to get any response. Need the office to take charge and fix this issue.

                              We have recently shifted to new house. Last 2 months our electricity bill was ₹3000/- but this month it is ₹12000/-
                              There is some mistake in the calculation of the bill. Please resolve my problem as we cannot afford to pay this high amount every time.

                                  I have been resident of this area since 20 years and we still face voltage issue till now. The power demand for this area is growing due to growing population but still there is no action by official. The online portals are not working efficiently. We can't run our basic appliances.
