    महोदय,
    इस पत्र के माध्यम से आपको सुचित करना है की मुझे ३ महीने से सामान्य बिल आ रहा है जो सामान्य बिल से इस बार ज्यादा आया है और मीटर भी अधिक तेजी से चल रहा है, जो कि सामान्य मीटर से अधिक तेजी से चल रहा है।
    और मुझे इस बार ज्यादा बिजली का बिल आया है जो कि बहुत अधिक है ₹ ५३२० आया है। और हमारे पिछले बिल ₹ ४५० से ५०० के बीच में थे।
    अतः मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि इस मामले को और मीटर अधिक तेजी से क्यो जल रहा है इस मामले को गंभीरता से लिया जाए और जांच करने हेतु आप अपने किसी कर्मचारी को भेजे और हमे कारण बताए।

      I have got 38000 bill in lockdown so we went to check this with mseb office CBD Belapur.They told me to do meter check with their Engineering office and meanwhile they will check the bill discripancies.After 2 days they have given me revised bill for 22k and told me to pay but I was not ok with this bill also.because they are keep saying that my utilisation of electricity was higher in lock down period.but Still I was not satisfied with their reasons because in my society I am only the person who had got such higher bill.After one month of their meter check they have found that our meter was faulty.they have concluded that our unit must be revised to 270 unit /month for lock down period (March 2020- Aug2020). When I approach them with this check report, their officer asked me to give request /complaint again for revision and asked me to wait for a month.But after each month I have got Same Bill without revision and with interest included every time they are telling that your Complaint is with higher division and will get resolve soon.But on 14 Oct 2021 their officer come to our society and disconnect my electricity saying non payment of Bill. Without any disconnection notice.when I asked for what happened for my complaint they said it will not get double BT and resolve and I have to pay my Bill fully.I was in suprised that till date I have paid more than 20k of my amount and they are keep adding intrest and given me final bill of 28k for month of Oct21.

      On 26 Oct 2021 I personally meet their chief officer Mr.Jaydeep Nanote of CBD Belapur for this, he straight a way rejected my compalint and instruct me to pay the full bill and if non payment they will disconnect my electricity.

      All this one year period I was harrassed by their officer and mentally tortured by their staff.

                Bill did not generate after payment

                Hi,
                I paid the electricity bill on mahadiscom portal via UPI. The payment was successful but bill did not generate.
                The portal still shows outstanding amount.please assist.

                  I think it's a kind of scam from MSEB.
                  Meters become faulty in 2 years only and later they calculate bills on average basis. The calculation of average is strange, with previous bill amount which should be spreaded across real number of months and then the average should be calculated. Due to this wrong calculation method people are getting heavy bills. MSEb authority know about this issue and they are silent because they are gaining money from prefessionals who can not afford giving time to handle queries with MSEb. Many of professional do not get time to see the issue and MSEb is taking undue advantage of the situation. MSEb custome care is just a puppet they ask us to visit section office which professionals can not afford perhaps due to certain situations. Request someone to please make MSEb teach a lesson.

                    I have paid September2021 bill of Rs 350 (after correction) in cash on 18.10.2021 at Panvel Bhingari office. The same is shown as not paid and added in the current bill generated. Due to this the bill amount is very high. Kindly update the records and revise the current month generated bill. I am facing this problem of high billing since last 3 months. Every time I have to take leave n visit ur Panvel Bhingari office personally for bill correction n cash payment. Kindly arrange to stop this harrasment else I will have to file a case in consumer court as a last resort.

                      The street light near our house is not working from 3 months, due to which we are facing alot of problems. We request you to please repair the light as soon as possible for our betterment.

                        I have a bungalow at New Tungarli Road, Behind Fariyas Hotel, near Johnson & Johnson Bungalow, Lonavala, Khandala, by the name Aaren Villa.
                        My meter no is [protected] and consumer no is[protected].

                        Since two months the MSEB transformer of our area is not supplying three phase current to my meter as the same is faulty. We have many times raised a complaint and also contacted the MSEB for the same but we always get a reply that there is no transformer available and once they receive a new transformer the same will be replaced.

                        We have notice that at many places the transformer is being replaced but our area is always avoided.

                        We are unable to visit our bungalow as there is no water in our premises as the water pump which which supplies water to our premises works on three phase current which is supplied by the MSEB transformer to our meter located in the pump room and as there is no three phase current the pump is unable to function due to this reason there is no supply of water from our PUMP room to the bungalow.

                        We request you to please resolve this problem at the earliest as its past two months.

                          Hi Team,
                          I am raising this complaint against Mahdiscom/mseb Pune as high electricity bill has been charged to me.
                          Mseb has charged me 1750 rupees monthly bill for 200 units usage. I am out of town for more than a month now and my flat is locked. Yet Mahdiscom has charged me for 200 units. Surprisingly my meter status is faulty for which I had raised a complaint with local mseb advisor assigned to Marunji location.
                          I raised a complaint with mseb but they closed it without any information. I sent them email and tried calling their number as well but no luck. I did not receive any response on email as well.
                          Mseb today closed the complaint with just one word "OK"
                          Looking forward seeing a resolution from you.
