माझा विद्युत ग्राहक क्रमांक ३८६२७०७१५३६८ आहे.
माझे नविन विद्युत मिटर आहे. मिटर लावल्‍या पासुन ते दिनांक २४/०९/२०२१ पर्यंतचे युनिट ७६८ आहेत. मला नोव्‍हेंबर २०२० व डीसेंबर २०२० या दोन महिन्‍याचे अंदाजीत बिल आकारले त्‍यावेळी माझे मिटर मध्‍ये फक्‍त ५८ युनिट खर्च झाले होते. त्‍यावेळी दिनांक २०/११/२०२० रोजी उमरखेड येथील कार्यालयात लेखी कळविले होते. त्‍यानंतर मी ऑनलाईन अॅप वर ३ वेळा तक्रार ID [protected], [protected], [protected] वर नोंदविली निवारण करतांना फक्‍त ६० युनिटचे बिल कमी केले आहे. त्‍यांना माझी व्‍यथा सांगीतली पण त्‍यांनी बिल न भरल्‍यास पुरवठा बंद करण्‍याचे सांगीतल्‍या वरुन मी यापुर्वी ५००/-, ५००/- असे दोन वेळा बिल भरले आज दिनांक २४/०९/२०२१ विज वितरण ला ३०००.००रु. भरले. परंतु माझ्या तक्रारीचे कुणिही निवारण केले नाही. उमरखेड (१७४१) वितरणचे चे कर्मचारी यांचे कडे गेलो असता त्‍यांनी सदर बिलाची दुरुस्‍ती झाल्‍याचे सांगीतले व आता कोणतीही रक्‍कम कमी होत नसल्‍याचे सांगीतले परंतु मला माहे ऑगस्‍ट २०२१ पर्यंतचे एकुण १०७९ युनिटचे एकुण ६३००.०० बिल चार्ज केले. माझा वितरण कंपनी दिलेल्‍या मिटर मध्‍ये जितके युनिटचे बिल झाले तेव्‍हढेच बिल देण्‍याचा आग्रह केला असता आजपावेतो कोणतिही दखल घेण्‍यात आली नाही. व विद्युत पुरवठा खंडीत करण्‍याचे सांगीतले. जर माझ्या मिटर मध्‍ये ७००च युनिट खर्च झाल्‍यास मी १०७९ युनिटचे बिल का भरावे. या बाबत मार्गदर्शन करण्‍यात यावे व योग्‍य तो सल्‍ला द्यावा.

    I have applied for Address Change online. Since there is no response, I have emailed to Customercare, complained to CustomerCare no a number of times. The online complaints registered on Mahavitaran App has been closed after saying complaint resolved. The fact remains that there is no address change is made yet.

    I have made end number of requests both online and otherwise. The pending Complaint Registrations are:-

    The above complaints are registered 3 weeks back. There has been no response from the authorities yet.

    Please let us know what is the problem in changing my address? If any problem, please let me know so that I can attend to the same.

              We do not have power since over 5 hours. Calls to customer care have been a waste of time as they keep saying there is no updates. It's been three hours since complaint is logged but we still don't have power. Looks like we're going to have to spend a night without power. This is the worst power supplier ever

                      For the last 3 days, we don't have electricity at our place. We have registered multiple complaints but all were marked as resolved without even addressing the problem.No one has shown up to fix the problem and the Badlapur Kulgaon branch is frequently closing tickets without giving any resolution or update on situation.

                        We bought the electricity meter back in May 2019 in our Farmhouse in Walni. We were receiving bills of Rs 100 every month and assumed it to be a monthly rental since no appliances were being used and the house was empty as we are living in Pune. But since June 2021, we started receiving bills of approx Rs 4000/month. And we tried to locally handle this issue and asked our relatives to fix the issue since they were locally available to talk to the MSEB folks in Nagpur. Now the amount has reached to 13, 240 for the month of August 2021.

                        Note: Again no one is living the house and it only has a couple of bulbs and fans installed in the house and if calculated for 24 hours consumes 165 units/month per Mahadiscom website.

                          This is second time my new meter application is rejected with reason "Consumer Not Interested for Connection(Reject Application)". They didn't even call me which I am expecting. Just rejected. Looks like they are expecting the chai-pani which is not possible for online application so simply rejecting it.

                                Greetings Mahavitran,

                                Appliances:
                                1 Refrigerator (Single Door new)
                                1 Laptop to charge
                                1 Router
                                2 Mobile Charger
                                2 Fans (HB)
                                3 LED Bulbs (HBK)
                                2 Bulbs (Washroom)
                                What shall be the monthly consumption unit?
                                For about a year received consistent bill of avg 1400rs (all paid before due date)
                                This month my bill is 8300+rs,
                                Filed a complaint, wireman checked the meter also inspected the house and accepted that meter is faulty, my home Appliances shall be considered units in local. He asked me to visit the office on Monday to speak the senior regarding this issue.
                                Ironically on Sunday they come and interrupted my power supply without even informing me.. Luckily I found it out soon and was able to confront him, the incharge explained me the faulty meter reading and was trying to convince me that for past 1 year I was receiving lesser bill so this month it has been adjusted and now I am supposed to pay it..
                                When I revealed him my undercover operation he turned on my electricity and ran away! 🤣
                                Tomorrow I will be visiting their office and there will be a huge mess, I may end up behind bars but I certainly will not let this unique way of extortion continue.
                                This has to be stopped ✋
                                I will put my life on stake to make a change in this absurdity Mahavitran average bill policy!

                                    This is Mr.Sanjay Sodhe from Pimpri writing this to make you aware of misbehaviour of MSEB staff Mr.Hari Khandare.Yesterday we had some issue regarding electricity so we filed a complaint and asked me to show the bill and when I did he came out rude not only to me but with my sister too who just simple asked him to wear his mask.He said and I quote "That we Mseb staff will not wear mask do whatever you want to do and do not teach us that we have our own minds".I will be grateful if you looked out into this matter, so that no one have to face this same issue again.
