We do not have power since over 5 hours. Calls to customer care have been a waste of time as they keep saying there is no updates. It's been three hours since complaint is logged but we still don't have power. Looks like we're going to have to spend a night without power. This is the worst power supplier ever

There people is used electric units unlegale last some years we would to like to request please take a action.
please find the attached photo proof.

Since last month mseb cutting off electricity every single night without any valid reasons.

Every mseb cutting electricity, without any cause neither any climatic reason nor technical issue.

For the last 3 days, we don't have electricity at our place. We have registered multiple complaints but all were marked as resolved without even addressing the problem.No one has shown up to fix the problem and the Badlapur Kulgaon branch is frequently closing tickets without giving any resolution or update on situation.

We bought the electricity meter back in May 2019 in our Farmhouse in Walni. We were receiving bills of Rs 100 every month and assumed it to be a monthly rental since no appliances were being used and the house was empty as we are living in Pune. But since June 2021, we started receiving bills of approx Rs 4000/month. And we tried to locally handle this issue and asked our relatives to fix the issue since they were locally available to talk to the MSEB folks in Nagpur. Now the amount has reached to 13, 240 for the month of August 2021.

Note: Again no one is living the house and it only has a couple of bulbs and fans installed in the house and if calculated for 24 hours consumes 165 units/month per Mahadiscom website.

This is second time my new meter application is rejected with reason "Consumer Not Interested for Connection(Reject Application)". They didn't even call me which I am expecting. Just rejected. Looks like they are expecting the chai-pani which is not possible for online application so simply rejecting it.

There have been many occasions where power cut even at evening was done, and electricity is dim causing problems in our electronic equipments.

What shall be the monthly consumption unit?
For about a year received consistent bill of avg 1400rs (all paid before due date)
This month my bill is 8300+rs,
Filed a complaint, wireman checked the meter also inspected the house and accepted that meter is faulty, my home Appliances shall be considered units in local. He asked me to visit the office on Monday to speak the senior regarding this issue.
Ironically on Sunday they come and interrupted my power supply without even informing me.. Luckily I found it out soon and was able to confront him, the incharge explained me the faulty meter reading and was trying to convince me that for past 1 year I was receiving lesser bill so this month it has been adjusted and now I am supposed to pay it..
When I revealed him my undercover operation he turned on my electricity and ran away! 🤣
Tomorrow I will be visiting their office and there will be a huge mess, I may end up behind bars but I certainly will not let this unique way of extortion continue.
This has to be stopped ✋
I will put my life on stake to make a change in this absurdity Mahavitran average bill policy!

This is Mr.Sanjay Sodhe from Pimpri writing this to make you aware of misbehaviour of MSEB staff Mr.Hari Khandare.Yesterday we had some issue regarding electricity so we filed a complaint and asked me to show the bill and when I did he came out rude not only to me but with my sister too who just simple asked him to wear his mask.He said and I quote "That we Mseb staff will not wear mask do whatever you want to do and do not teach us that we have our own minds".I will be grateful if you looked out into this matter, so that no one have to face this same issue again.

I, above mentioned, writting this complaint against MSEB Gondia as per section 56 (1) of the Indian Electricity Act (IEA) 2003 that my electricity was cut off without any written notice I have reconnected my electricity on date 4th August 2021 but on date 31st August 2021 my electricity was cut off without any written notice

My Electricity bill for 21 days is 270/280 usually as I live alone consumption is very less..still I hv got rs 1810/- Bill which seems complete fraud.first of all why it's from 30Aug -20 sep its not even a complete month.I pay my bills on time every month.l need recheck on my bill.please resolve this issue asap.

Hello, Mscb there is a power cut every day in wagholi area kindly please look into this as it getting difficult to work from home everyday.
Everyday there's a Power cut for 3-4 hour's.

19/03/2019 को मेरा अंतिम मीटर रीडिंग 16189 था। इसके लिए मैंने पहले ही राशि का भुगतान कर दिया है। 19/03/2019 से अगस्त 2020 तक मेरा मीटर रीडिंग नहीं लिया गया था। और मुझे औसतन 118 यूनिट मीटर रीडिंग मिल रही थी। 23/9/2020 को मुझे बिल राशि 66240 मिली। यह लिखा है कि पिछली रीडिंग 14742 और रनिंग मीटर 23048 के रूप में ली गई है।
मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि मेरा मीटर रीडिंग पिछले 18 महीनों से क्यों नहीं लिया गया था। मैंने 16189 यूनिट्स के लिए भुगतान किया है और अब मेरे वर्तमान रीडिंग को 14742 यूनिट्स के रूप में लिया गया है। मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि अतिरिक्त 1447 यूनिट्स के बारे में क्या हुआ है। rs20750 / - पिछले वर्ष में अतिरिक्त और मुझे बताया गया कि इसे आगामी बिल में समायोजित किया जाएगा। सभी बिल की प्रति नीचे संलग्न है

मला लाईन बिल प्रत्येक महिन्याला हे 2500रुपयाच्या वर येते .मी तुमच्या ऑफीस च्या माणसांना याचे कारण विचारले तर त्यानी मला सागितले की तुमचा एर्थींग चागला नाही असे म्हणले .मी एर्थिग तपासला तेव्हा तेचे रिडिंग मला N+E=03 मिळाले तरीही मला लाईन बिल तेवढेच येत आहे .आणि आज माझी लाईन कट करण्या करिता तुमचे माणसे आली .मी कारण विचारले तर त्यानी मला उडवा उडविची उत्तरे दिली .मी तुमच्या मनात विचारले की १ युनिट जळसाठी किती व्हॉट लागतो तर ते मला म्हणाले की आम्हला म्हीत नाही तुम्ही आमच्या साहेबाना विचार आणि माझी लाईन कट करून चाले गेले .
