    I paid my electricity bill for Feb 2022 via Phone PE through QR code of rupees 2260 on yesterday. Amount deducted from my bank account and still the status is not updated yet. Kindly help me .

      Dear Mahadiscom Team,

      Its very hectic experience im facing during this pandemic,

      I want you to notice my problem with sincere manner,

      I have applied application of name change in electricity bill for two time, my second application id is 31173714 and my consumer number is[protected],
      this application was applied on 18.4.2021 and still my status is showing application received, due to this much of delay, i have decided to talk to your customer care team and 1st they insure me that my application is successfully processed and the bill of my name will come from next month, but it wont happened .
      I have again decided to talk to your customer care team and this time they raised a complaint regarding this and it was showing resolved after 4 weeks of time lapse, but they write me they have submitted the hardcopy, kindly contact the sub div office .
      After this message i went to your subdiv office nalasopara west there i found that he is demanding for some extra documents like test certificate from local electrician, NOC from BUILDER AND PREVIOUS FLAT OWNER and when i show legal documents which i have already submitted in online he is not even bother to look at that and just ignore everything and demand for documents mentioned above,
      Also on online site we can upload only two documents which shows room belongs to the current applicant i.e legal document and tax receipt and other is NOC from owner or builder i have submitted Index 2 of my room agreement along with SD refund letter from previous flat owner showing transfer of SD fund,
      You all tell me whether I have to take precautionary measures during this pandemic or not . Your online site demand for few documents but your sub division officer person demand for more than two documente and not even doing his job properly, I also seen some xerox person just outside of your NALASOPARA WEST SUB DIV OFFICE who told me to give 1200 Rs and they will do all and change my name . So i have a question: are there any settings going on between your sub div and these agents?

      Last concern is not my look out but it is yours so do some investigation because it reflects your prestige .
      I want my name to be changed by this month if it won't happen. I need MY 130 Rs back in My Account or should be deducted from my next bill amount .

      Your Team is not helpful anyway so at least give my money back .

        Respected authority,
        I paid my electricity bill for Feb 2022 through ICICI Bank of rupees 330 vide transaction number[protected]. But not received by Mahavitaran MSEB. Transition was made on Authorize app by Mahavitran. Bank told me that TPSL Government is gateway of Mahavitran.
        Amount deducted from my bank account.
        Please give me a justice. Enquire details about this transition.

          Respected sir,
          I am very hearted by your wireman, his name is Pathan as he said. He threatened my son. He misbehaved and abused to my son in my absence. He spoked very rudely and abused when my son asked about his uniform and ID. He cut my electricity power due to amount due rs.830/- it was ok to cut electricity power but how any one can abused. He was like recovery agent.
          It's my humbly request to you please see into this matter and take appropriate action regarding his misbehavior.

            Please note that we have vacated the flat on 17th December, 2021 and the meter is not in use since then.

            I visited the concerned area field office ( Vasant Vihar, Thane west) on 18th December 2021 to submit application for vacant flat and meter not in use but the same was refused by your field staff and in turn advised to paste a tag of “ Flat vacated, Meter not in use”. Accordingly, the said tag was pasted on meter as per your field office ( Vasant Vihar, Thane west).

            A complaint was lodged vide ID no:[protected] for issue of minimum charges bill as the meter is not in use through APP.

            However, again a complaint is lodged vide ID no:[protected] on 26th January, 2022 through online app to issue revised bill with minimum charges as I got the average bill of Rs 3860 with “Faulty” status for the month of January 2022.

            Also complained to their customer care on 28th January 2022 with 8 reminders.

            Also complained to their Director of Vigilance on 31st January 2022 with 8 reminders.

            No action from any one as on now.

              We have regular power cuts on daily basis and its unscheduled. Today is 10th day when we have No power since 5am. When we report on the MSEB phone no.[protected] about power failure then the reason they tell are cable fault, wire got stick together, load on cable and any reason as per their choice. This is not taken seriously and no resolution to solve the issue permenantly. Please take some action to stop harrasing consumer.

                          Already filed an online complaint and also offline complaint after visiting eshwar nagar, Bhandup West electricity office. But nothing has been done so far.it is already 3 weeks after the offline complaint and 5 weeks for online complaint.

                            I Rajendra S Vekhande, residing at Gone Nagar, Shahapur.

                            My electricity meter is not working since last 10 months. Every month i am paying Rs. 1130/- as a electricity charges. This amount is very huge as consider the our electricity uses. i have given the written complaint & also met to Mr. Johsi of MSEB shahpur, 2/3 times but still my problem is not addressed yet.

                            I am fed up with the services of MSEB.

                            We are not getting the single meter, officials are saying the meter is not available but new construction building which is made in front of our home got 24 new meters?
                            MSEB has meters to give builders but not us?

                            Request to you kindly look as earliest as i cant bare this amount more.

                              I received my bill for JANUARY for Rupees 3160.00 which is absolutely incorrect last whole month nobody was living here the flat was completely vacant and empty still I received a bill of 3160.
                              Last month I paid a bill of around 3000.

                              I am surprised that how come I can recieve such high bill for using Two fans, two tubelight and a refrigerator. The meter reading is incorrect please stop sending average bill.

                              I want this amout to be reduced and send me a revised bill.

                                My consumer No. of[protected] and BU is: 0884

                                I have made bill payment of Rs. 68770/- on 12th Feb at 09:56 and got a confirmation from ICICI bank. Payment was made via MSEB mobile app selecting UPI payment mode where Beneficiary UPI address was tpsl.[protected]@icici and my UPI address was also of ICICI bank.

                                Beneficiary: TPSLGovernment
                                Account: XXXXXXXX3230
                                Date and Time: 12/02/2022 09:56:33
                                Transaction RRN:[protected]

                                Being both Beneficiary and my bank is ICICI bank, amount of transaction got debited but not credited. I checked with ICICI bank and they confirmed the payment successfully debited.

                                MSEB bill department personal are not well equipped with online transaction and just keep checking where they received money from bill desk (TPSLGovernment).

                                There is no clue where money got stucked and I am helpless here.

                                Tried checking at TPSL but there customer service phone no is shutdown.

                                Help needed to track down or reverse the payment.

                                        Mseb team should always inform their customer that there will be outage in our area as they in on 3rd of February that outage will be on 4th of February from 8am to 3pm, as we took leave from office as work from home is going on.

                                        Today is 11th of February electricity outage is from morning 8am but there are still no intimation why there is outage and no text message, nothing.

                                        Having worst experience due to this LCO issue with mseb they do not care how people will survive with their work those who are working from home and everything depends on it and they also torture us for paying bills before due date, they say “sir humare boss bolte hai bill ane ke 3days mai bill bharna hai ya fir aapka connection cut kar denge” and i get message from mseb that pay bill within next 15day or your connection will be disconnected, these LCO mseb team is threatening us and changing their policies. Now after outage no one is intimating of outage due to LCO issue no one is complaining about these people harassing and threatening to customers.
