Hi,

I live in B-9, Vijay Nagari, Waghbil Naka, Thane.

Since last two months there have been extreme voltage fluctuations - some visible examples of these are:

1) CFL lights dim to the point of darkness, fan slows down extremely, TV and Set Top Box flicker heavily, fridge light dims, microwave sound changes

2) The reverse also happens - the voltage shoots up so much that the fun...

I am residance of nere and unit area is 850 mulashi pune, in my there this is the 5th time transformer burns out since last year and the mseb persons Named Phad and Wivare they both are unable to manage the load.we did complaints many time reduce the load on transformer that should be used for residential homes not to use for industrial plant.buth they are not understanding the situation and we have to face many problems due to this in corona...

I have made double payment for bill dt. 22/6/21, payment of Rs.980 on 23/6/21 and Rs. 1000.00 on 22/7/21. Request to reimburse Rs. 1000 paid in excess or adjust in subsequent bill, as bill is already paid on 23/6/21....

It's been a month, there is almost every day 2-3 times day power supply is getting disconnected for the area.

Kindly resolve this as a permanent.

MSCB in Hadapsar, Sasanenagar do not speak properly and do not work. They say they only come when they call, but they do not come. They do not work on time . This is their no [protected]...

My Husband Sachin Patil is expired on 17th May, so I raised request for meter name change and Death Certificate is attached, still my request got rejected. Kindly help.

Since early morning around 5.30am, electric supply wire between 2 poles has been cut. It is spreaded over the roads. Still there is power supply in near by houses, so not sure wether electric current is there in it. Some one has to joint this wire again....

This is to notify you that there has been power meter change Yesterday 03rd August 2021 from the mahavitran (MSEDCL) apartment sai darshan complex yashavi Nagar that I am staying in and this has been done without my awareness or any complaint, previously there was the same change of Power Meter without my awareness and I was fined. I don’t understand the main reason for changing my Meter every time while the other Flats beside me continue...

My home is complete and plz change tarriff commercial to residential...

But on light bill of year 2021 June -July, it was given 3504 units ....

Why are regular powercuts done on Tuesdays at Panvel?
Being a workday, it becomes a pain when there is no electricity on Tuesdays especially when there are meetings. Not like we can go to offices during this pandemic, we have to work from home.
Why can the same work be done on weekends? Or nightime?
It becomes embarassing to even keep saying to managers that we don't have electricity on Tuesday. Pathetic....

We are facing electricity problem everyday, I have complaint everyday through MSEB app but the officer there did not check and update the status that the problem is solved.

please do something with these issues cause i have trouble with issues...

Hi sir this is to inform you that Mr Pappu Gaikwad wireman of substation Akola is not giving me proper service for metre change. He giving me a lots of reasons for metre change.
