    On my monthly bill the name RAGIH AHMED G SHAIKH
    The above name is some spelling correction as follows
    RAGIB AHMED Q SHAIKH
    Please need to make correction in the MAHADISCOM data so that on monthly bill it should appear correctly .
    I need this change because this is one of the required documents for the issuing passport.
    Please help/guide me for doing name spell change on my monthly bill.

      I was waiting since a month to receive the call but never heard anything.

      Can you please re-open the application and ask them to process it?

      Two months before all Meters of our society were changed, my meter was ok and working in good condition no issues, still they changed the meter without my permission or noticing me. Now this month I recieved a heavy bill saying that my meter was slow hence previous amount was added in the name of समायोजित रक्कम. My Electricity usage is very minimum so there is no possibility of meter being slow. No check meter was attached no meter readings were monitored, because just my electricity usage is less was getting minimum bill and for this reason they are saying me to pay extra amount.

            Sir,
            I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy electricity bill. Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. Either the meter readings have not been taken properly or our new meter is faulty.

            I am quite disturbed how such an exaggerated amount in bill could have been reached. So I request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter readings confirmed. I shall be obliged to pay the bill till this dispute is settled if I am assured that the excess amount paid would be adjusted in my future bills.

            I have submitted written application in MSEB office 3 times in last 4 months, not seeing any progress. Rather, I called mseb office multiple times to remind, people are very irresponsible and careless.

            Complaint assigned engineer is Umesh Kawade. Thermax chowk office. Akurdi.

            I would be highly obliged if you could settle this matter in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer.

                    From last 3 to 4 months lights are having problems on daily basis. MSEB is not even concern that everything is online now.

                    Everyday basis lights are going for 3 to 4 hours. sometimes full day.

                    But still no action are taken.

                        Dear Sir,
                        We have submitted Online Application No 29067966 dated 06/01/2021 for correction in spelling of name for MSEDCL consumer No[protected] and also made necessary online payment of Rs 130 for same. But still spelling mistake correction in system is pending for more than 8 months.

                        Request you to look into this matter and follow up with concern department to fast track it.
                        Also, I have raised several complaint in MSEDCL mobile app but local team has closed complaints without resolving the issue which is not acceptable and needs to be escalated.

                            The MSEDCL has wrongly submitted the current meter reading as "Not Available" in the August month bill. Whereas as in the below meter picture the meter is working and showing the reading as 18600 as on 15-Aug-2021.
                            If calculated with the previous month recorded reading which was 18240 the unit should come up as 360 unit as on 15th August 2021. Hence would like to raise an complaint with the authorities that this has been the second time that the same issue has been recorded with my meter reading.

                            Please look into this issue and get the issue fixed.

                                Hi,

                                I live in B-9, Vijay Nagari, Waghbil Naka, Thane.

                                Since last two months there have been extreme voltage fluctuations - some visible examples of these are:

                                1) CFL lights dim to the point of darkness, fan slows down extremely, TV and Set Top Box flicker heavily, fridge light dims, microwave sound changes

                                2) The reverse also happens - the voltage shoots up so much that the fun seems to be running full speed even when the regulator is on one, dimmer switches don't make much of a difference, bulbs fuse due to high voltage

                                These fluctuations occur at at random times, almost everyday for the last 2 months except for 4 or 5 days.

                                The situation is dangerous and will cause financial loss unless rectified

                                  I am residance of nere and unit area is 850 mulashi pune, in my there this is the 5th time transformer burns out since last year and the mseb persons Named Phad and Wivare they both are unable to manage the load.we did complaints many time reduce the load on transformer that should be used for residential homes not to use for industrial plant.buth they are not understanding the situation and we have to face many problems due to this in corona period.hope mseb will take strict action on this and resolve the transformer issue as soon as possible. We dont have water to drink and use now due to no power.even we are working from home and need to apply for unnecessary leave due to this
