Dear Sir/ Madam

I had applied to MSEDCL for Agriculture new electric connection vide App.No.[protected] dated 27 Dec. 2020 along with all the necessary document.
In this regard I would like to inform you that, your technical person has already visited in my farm for joint new electric connection and verified all the requirements as required by MSEDCL Department. He had given said clear report to concern MSEDCL department. This all procedures have been completed in the month of 2021
Also I would like to express my grievances; due to delay of Electric new connection we are facing the following problems.
1. My father as age of 57 year old. And they are spending much time in the farm. Because of non-electric connection they are totally depending on relatives for water and power.
2. We are not able get any crops in the farm due to non-supply of electric power.
3. Presently nobody can stay there due to non-supply of electronic power.
4. Hence we are going through the worst situation.

Please look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest.

    At Venkatesh Nagar umri in city umri taluka dist nanded state maharashtra. At least five to six times a day light is not in supply continuious and preconceptions of this are not given by MSEDCL. This has been going on for at least a year. It is not seen that MSEDCL office at Umari is doing any work. Electrical items in the house are getting damaged due to constant light going out. Action is expected to be taken against those concerned in this regard. Also regular power supply should be maintained

          Subject: Customer Complain – Consumer Nr[protected] Very High Electricity Bill ( 5 times per month) since Sep ’21

          Dear Sir,
          We wish to inform you that, we have been under serious trouble on account of “Very High Electricity Bills” overcharged by MSEDCL since Sep’21. Prior to this till July, the monthly electricity Bill used to be around 500 units and charges within Rs - 3000 /-, which has been spiked to 14, 170/- per month.

          We have been paying approx. 11, 000/- per month extra since Sep’21 and have paid 44, 000/- extra amount (over and above the average monthly bill ) till Dec 21 in last 4 months. The details of monthly consumption and bills has been furnished below:

          We have logged the customer complaint (Complaint ID –[protected] in Oct 2021 and made several visits in month of Nov’21 and Jan’22 to MSEDCL office, however the complaint is still unresolved and I have been told by MSEDCL Engineer – Mr More that the Faulty meter is 3 phase meter, which can’t be replaced and I will have to continue to pay exorbitantly high bills (in the excess of 11, 000/- per month ) in future as well.
          This has put us in deep trouble and mental trauma since last 5 months. We have paid already in excess of 44, 000/- ( over and above normal bills) in last 4 months and despite multiple visits to MSEDCL office, the faulty meter has not been replaced and on the contrary, I have been asked to continue to pay the high bills.
          Request for your kind intervention and doing the needful towards resolution of this long outstanding issue as under:
          • The Faulty meter to be replaced on priority as this has billing impact
          • The monthly bills to be brought down to normal level (before the meter went faulty). You may refer usage from March- June and arrive on average consumption.
          • The excess amount paid 44, 000/- to be credited back to my account.
          Request for your help in resolving this long outstanding issue. As the MSEDCL, has refused to acknowledge and resolve this issue, we have disabled the auto pay at Bank till this issue is sorted out.
          Hi, Request for your intervention in resolving this . It has been more than 5 months and now MSEDCL is giving disconnection notice. I have already paid 50 K extra, Please do the needful on priority.

            Respected sir/madam,
            I am living in sundar nagar padegaon with gut no 15 since 10 year. But still their is no street light nearly 100 feet of my house, all people have taken that far distance, as per rule their should be street light at 125feet municipal area. Please help me out to sort these problem and for good electricity and night lighting in our area

              Without taking any meter reading average bill is being imposed i. e. 3 units every months as 'FAULTY'. Even though my house is empty / closed since last 6 months and their is no consumption of electricity but till date are pending. I have compliant but no proper reply.

                          I am the resident of Patgaon village, Murbad Thane. MY CONSUMER NO.[protected] KARNIK EXOTICA HOUSE NO.771 . We do not have electric supply to my house since 02 DECEMBER 2021 . The transformer failed and has neither been fixed nor replaced. Since 7 resident residing in that area no light no water full dark we are facing so much of problem Neighbouring village included has the supplies. I have tried multiple calls, visits, but failed to get any response. Need the office to take charge and fix this issue.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Please note that I am not staying at my flat for the last two years from November 2017 till date and was there for hardly a month in October 2019 when I was in India. I am stuck in Madagascar, a country in Africa because of COVID 19.

                                During my brief visit to India in 2019, I received a bill forRs 20000+ to pay. When I went and showed them the copy of the letter which I had submitted to their local office at Mumbra in Nasheman Colony stating that the flat will be locked till my return, they brought the amount down to 8000+!

                                I went personally to MSEDCL office at Bhandup, and had a talk with the Accounts Manager there, he assured me with a note on my complaint for the concerned officer in MSEDCL office at Mek Company Mumbra. This officer at Mek company MSEDCL office did not do anything, even after I implored him that I had to catch a flight the next day early morning.

                                Now I have received an electricity bill on my email from torrentpower.com to pay around 14000Rs as electricity charges. (Who are these people?).

                                I assure you that my flat is locked up all these years and I had even submitted a letter from my building society that there is no one staying there in my absence.

                                My meter was also changed when I was away without my knowledge.

                                The new meter reading was 16 as on[protected]. The older meter which was removed should have the older reading but the bill with the reading are there in my locked flat at Mumbra along with the copy of my last complaint.

                                Please advise who are "Torrentpower" who emailed me the electricity bill, kindly investigate and revert at your earliest convenience.

                                  माननीय महोदय दिनांक २९. ०९. २०२१ ला महावितरण कार्यालयात नवीन वीज जोडणीसाठी अर्ज क्रमांक ३४७०४७२२ प्रमाणे अर्ज सादर केला होता, परंतु मला कोणतीही सूचना न देता माझा अर्ज रद्द करण्यात आला. त्या नंतर मी ३ ते ४ वेळा स्थ्यानिक कार्यालयाशी संपर्क साधला असता उडवा उडवीचे उत्तरे देण्यात आली व अजूनही माझ्या अर्जावर कोणतीही कार्यवाही करण्यात आली नाही व त्यामुळे माझे काम थांबले आहे.

                                    There's never a proper intimation of when there is an outage going to be. Even after calling in to the customer service department we never get a proper reply at the get go. We have to try again and again over and over just to find the cause and the estimated resolving time. The charges keep getting higher and higher for power usage but, they rarely update us with some text over a mobile phone or and email to our email address. I mean is this the service we get for paying thousands of rupees every month, it just keeps on prolonging our suffering that we are receiving since long ago.

                                    I would be very much pleased if we get a intimation ahead of the power outage, so that we could prepare our self for it.

                                    I hope you will look into my issue and you will try to resolve it if not anything lesser than it.

                                      The electricity units which its showing is alot of the usage we have .
                                      And the electricity bills we are getting from last two months are around 2000 every month.
                                      Please note that its more than our usage.
