    Issue : Wrong meter charges by MSEDCL for August 2021.

    The MSEDCL has wrongly submitted the current meter reading as "Not Available" in the August month bill. Whereas as in the below meter picture the meter is working and showing the reading as 18600 as on 15-Aug-2021.
    If calculated with the previous month recorded reading which was 18240 the unit should come up as 360 unit as on 15th August 2021. Hence would like to raise an complaint with the authorities that this has been the second time that the same issue has been recorded with my meter reading.

    Please look into this issue and get the issue fixed.

        Hi,

        I live in B-9, Vijay Nagari, Waghbil Naka, Thane.

        Since last two months there have been extreme voltage fluctuations - some visible examples of these are:

        1) CFL lights dim to the point of darkness, fan slows down extremely, TV and Set Top Box flicker heavily, fridge light dims, microwave sound changes

        2) The reverse also happens - the voltage shoots up so much that the fun seems to be running full speed even when the regulator is on one, dimmer switches don't make much of a difference, bulbs fuse due to high voltage

        These fluctuations occur at at random times, almost everyday for the last 2 months except for 4 or 5 days.

        The situation is dangerous and will cause financial loss unless rectified

          I am residance of nere and unit area is 850 mulashi pune, in my there this is the 5th time transformer burns out since last year and the mseb persons Named Phad and Wivare they both are unable to manage the load.we did complaints many time reduce the load on transformer that should be used for residential homes not to use for industrial plant.buth they are not understanding the situation and we have to face many problems due to this in corona period.hope mseb will take strict action on this and resolve the transformer issue as soon as possible. We dont have water to drink and use now due to no power.even we are working from home and need to apply for unnecessary leave due to this

                      Wire cut from electric pole

                      Since early morning around 5.30am, electric supply wire between 2 poles has been cut. It is spreaded over the roads. Still there is power supply in near by houses, so not sure wether electric current is there in it. Some one has to joint this wire again....

                      This is to notify you that there has been power meter change Yesterday 03rd August 2021 from the mahavitran (MSEDCL) apartment sai darshan complex yashavi Nagar that I am staying in and this has been done without my awareness or any complaint, previously there was the same change of Power Meter without my awareness and I was fined. I don’t understand the main reason for changing my Meter every time while the other Flats beside me continue using the same Meter.

                            Why are regular powercuts done on Tuesdays at Panvel?
                            Being a workday, it becomes a pain when there is no electricity on Tuesdays especially when there are meetings. Not like we can go to offices during this pandemic, we have to work from home.
                            Why can the same work be done on weekends? Or nightime?
                            It becomes embarassing to even keep saying to managers that we don't have electricity on Tuesday. Pathetic.

                                Hi sir this is to inform you that Mr Pappu Gaikwad wireman of substation Akola is not giving me proper service for metre change. He giving me a lots of reasons for metre change. After 4 days I got new metre because my old metre is faulty or having some some technical issues. Because of this I got complaint in Akola mseb substation. After 4 days I got metre but, for metre fitting my area wiremen Pappu Gaikwad is not giving me time for metre change give me a lots of reason. Please take action against Mr Pappu Gaikwad for this irresponsibility of work.

                                  My account number[protected]/ bu - 4464. I have received July 2021 bill amounting Rs.31110/- which is consumed 2181 unit in a month. The flat is residential and usage also residential, my regular bill is not exceeded Rs.600/- in any month and sudden you guys has send me 31 thousand I’n a month is that a joke. I don’t understand how to pay this much of money. Please look into it and resolve the issue on a urgent basis. It’s August 2021 you guys can deduct my line also due to not paid of bill. Meter is tempered but your people are saying it’s correct how it logical that I have used 1000 in a day. Please look into it on urgent basis.
