Since the cyclone started there is no electricity supply in our area.
We are calling back to back to register a complain regarding the same on the numbers mentioned on bills but every time the numbers are busy. There is no any response from the staff of Mahavitaran from our village.he's answering very rudely. Wire of supply near my house is broken during cyclone.

        This is to bring to your notice that we have received high bill; for the month of March 2021 i.e., Rs.1320/- & April Rs. 1500 which we have already paid. Just one person stays in a 2BHK Flat and the bill is way too high. Please look into the matter

        We request you to please get the inspection done for our flat.

          I am living in Airoli sector 20, we donot get electricity from last 13 hour. And bot get electricity overall 24 hour electricity from past 3 days. How MSEB do that? We are facing lots of issue.

            Dear Team,

            I would like your attention to the issue we are facing as below, Akola rural.

            We are paying the energy bill regular on time but did not receive electricity power regularly.

            We are continuously reminding each and every day for frequent power failures in our area.
            We have also made various complaints on Toll-Free numbers for total failure in our Area Panchmori-Kanadi 444006 but unable to receive any permanent resolution.

            We have also reminded lineman of this area but it seems he is not taking the issue seriously nor is he responding to phone calls with kindness and in a timely manner.

            We do not have water due to no-electricity. We request you to take this issue seriously and resolve it as possible.

            Due to the current Pandemic situation we are at home facing many problems due to electricity failures, many household gadgets are not functioning properly due to frequent power failure and fluctuation in voltage.

                No electricity at Omerga dist. Osmanabad
                since yesterday morning.
                At taluka place omerga, we are facing this issue ..Electricity has gone yesterday morning ..yesterday whole night there was no electricity ..
                Now also same issue..
                MSEB phone is out of order ..
                We heard for maintenance electricity is off..
                Are MSEB doing maintenance since 2 days?Is this the correct way to do maintenance?? Customers are paying bills n MSEB is providing such bad service.There is always an issue at Omerga ..
                Would like to know the reason behind it??

                  I have applied for Name change to MSEDCL in Jan2021, its almost 5 months now still my application is not processed. I have already uploaded necessary documents online still MSEDCL ask me to submit documents physically in COVID situation.
                  On MSEDCL website its clearly mentioned No need to submit physical documents in any msedcl offices, still they are asking me to do so.. Its not an issue but in covid time if by chance if we are exposed to virus then who is responsible. I have already once recovered from covid and now these people are asking to visit offices for document submission when there is no need of it.

                      My consumer number is[protected]. Despite of submitting complaints on their website often, I am experiencing frequent power cuts, during day time there are frequent power cuts that's why I have chosen to work in night shifts from home (IT job). There are power cuts during nighttime as well. I always pay my bill on time and in return I get ridiculous service. My building people have put in multiple request to move our power supply to urban area as it's under Pune Municipal now, mseb people don't care at all. Please sort this out at the earliest as it's financial loss for me. Thank you.

                        I have submitted the Change of Name Application[protected] on 15/12/2020 with required Documents ( Index -2 copy along with Form 'X').
                        its being almost 5 month now & still bill is generated on old counsume name (Abhijeet Sukdeo Wagh) instead of my Name (Rajeev Sharma).I have also dropped mail to [protected]@mahadiscom.in however no response from them.

                          This is my 2nd complaint regarding regular power failure. We have paying regular bills but we get irregular power supply. This is hike on Monday. Every Monday there is power failure from 11AM - 6PM. Why? If you are demanding the billing on time then you have to provide quality service.

                                  I have face power cut issue from past few days or weeks. I'm a final year student and need to perform all my work online with the help of wifi. My college related project cannot be done through mobile net. The laptop needs a way to charge itself. Due to frequent cut I was disconnected from my online interview. This cause discomfort for the consumer. There should be some provision for handling the power cut issue. If there is any legal process for it do let me know. I have faced many problem due to power cut.

                                    Last reading was taken dated 3/4/2021. And its near about 2 weeks more, they haven't taken reading.
                                    Now my total unit till 3rd of May is near about 300 units but they haven't taken reading yet so MSEDCL will calculate the readings till the date they will take reading.
                                    And this will affect our billing amount badly likewise they have done previously in the month of march 2020.
                                    As per one month, I only pay 300 units bill but if the don't take reading, then the reading may surpass 500 and I will be charging 12rs per unit instead of 10rs per unit.
                                    And this will affect me badly.

                                    PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY.

                                      I had paid my last electricity bill on 18 march 2021 of about 3150 rupees I have used electricity after 28 march because my office building was destroyed due to fire but still I am getting a bill of 7200 please i need an explanation for this

                                        its been a year since my meter is not working and I have been raising complaints to get it fixed but complaints are getting closed without any comments and proper response. and since a year i have been charged rs2600 as average bill. and now no one is living in the flat and still getting charged for rs2600. can you please fix the meter as early as possible and reduce the bill untill them. its such a poor service from msedcl and consumer have no choice but to stay with msedcl.
