I have submitted a letter to disconnect the meter of my house as im not staying in the house, due to a legal tussel in the court with the bankers.

But i have found out that msedcl is providing electricity to an illegal occupant despite my written complaint to disconnect the electricity. But still it is not done.

It seems that the officers are hand in gloves with the occupant and the builder too.

    From past 3 months the bills are going up .In the month of March it was Rs 10k, In April 2021 it was Rs 13k & in May 2021 it has gone upto Rs 17.4 I have raised the complaint but they haven't resolved it closed the query

          We are facing power outage since morning 11 AM. Last complaint was on phone call to local wireman MR. Bhosle said job changing process is inprogress will complete till 6 pm. But still there is no electricity here.

          Please start the power supply as soon as possible.

                Hi Team, I have made the Bill payment of 10, 000/- to MSEB, from Google pay, however it us not reflecting with the MSEB. We have visited the MSEB office and they informed that it's not reflecting in there system. Bill was paid on 16th September 2020, the UPI transaction ID:[protected] and the Google transaction ID: CICAgKCVgZ7rQA. Please check the screen shot attached for your refrence.

                  I recently owned a land which was disputed previously. An electric pole was installed and the wire crosses right from the middle of the plot which supplies electricity to the residents living behind the plot.

                  So being the owner i want shift the pole.It is my humble request to provide me the legal procedures that should be follwed for the removal.

                  I would be very much obliged if take the necessary steps in removing those poles from my private plot. Its very dangerous because the pole has been broken in middel

                    Hello,

                    My customer id is[protected] under name vishwanath vishnu mulay, my meter no is [protected]

                    My complaint is regarding the bill which i have received last month which is totally incorrect

                    Let me put some points here

                    March 2020 to aug 2020 my house was totally closed as we were in another city due to lockdown, power consumption was zero still i have received bill for 43 units for 6 months which i have paid too (43x6 = 258 units)

                    As we got back to our town sangamner in month of sept. We came to know meter has been damaged so i have placed request in local mseb office to change meter, i paid necessary charges and got new meter, local mseb person came and fixed meter in his choice of place. Though i got new meter installed i was getting average bill. I have raised multiple complaints for the same still no answer from local office. Since meter was changed i have paid total 329 units (43x3 + 50x4) now suddenly i got bill of 0 to 725 units which was calculated since new meter was installed.

                    As i have paid 258 units for zero consumption and then paid 329 units with new meter. Taking this in consideration my bill must be revised as i am at no fault anywhere and i have always paid all bills on time. I have raised multiple complaints online as well as local office but no one is entertaining complaints at all.

                    Also, i would like the person who takes meter reading is extremely arrogant and not taking meter reading giving excuse that as per mseb rulebook we can't take the meter reading which is at 6 ft height, but that meter is installed on that height by mseb person only not me. How they both can have different rules though working in same office.

                    I want this to be sorted urgent basis so that i can pay my bill asap.

                        There is frequent power cut at any time in sector 34 kamothe.The people's working from home have to suffer a lot cause of this. We will lost our job cause of this.It's worst than village.

April Month billing status is - previous reading not available current reading 4460 Unit 31 paid to this bill. May Electricity bill status is previous reading is 4460 not mentioned 4491 Current reading 4638 And 178 this is wrong current unit is 147 is not mentioned.                             My last month April bill status - current reading not available and Previous reading 4460 and unit 31 this month Light bill is paid My May month Bill Status - Current reading 4638, Previous unit 4460 and unit 178 This is wrong bill because last month electricity bill is pay then this month previous unit is 4491 is not mentioned current bill status. Means May month Current Reading is - 4491 That means[protected]= 147 unit is right company fetch bill is wrong unit 178 because last month bill is pay. Kindly correction my electricity bill.                                 We do not live in our 1bhk flat permanently, as we have another house in our home town. But since last 3 years, for periods we aren't there, we are being charged a flat incorrect amount of around 460 rs. We are retired elderly people, and this amount over last 3 years period is a lot for us. Pls correct and also adjust.

                                        We the resident of Adai Village in New Panvel are suffering from power-cuts everyday. Like almost every night we have to face this problem. How can one sleep without electricity. Kindly help us and find a solution to it. We also require a good sleep every night.
