We are residing in Wagholi, Pune and our consumer number is[protected]. Since past two years we are receiving high bill without meter readings as meter is in faulty state . We have raised complaints online on mahadiscom site but every time the status showed resolved online without any action from the Mahadiscom office . After visiting several times to Hadapsar and wagholi office, an technician was sent to in the month of Dec 2020 to check and our complaint was noted but complaint number was not shared. Then we were told by Mr. Dhumal from Waghloi office that our details are sent to the concerned branch for correction . This was in the month if dec 2020 . Till date we haven't received any response . On 25th Feb our connection was cut and were asked to.pay 16000 and were told that the adjustments will be done against the actual bill in 8 days but were not done . On 12th March we received another notice to pay 35k or else the connection will cut. Now we are forced to pay this amount . Again they are saying that we should pay now and final adjustments will be done . We are a family of 3 and consumption of electricity is minimal .

Please advice how can we get the adjustments done now ?

    I have register complain on official site of MSEB for faulty meter three time and not get any response from them since 9 months. Authority person saying the stock is not available to replace your faulty meter and charging default bill of 205 units every month. Before this incident my average bill of one year was 800-900 only.

    MSEB now advising me to purchase meter from market and change yourself.
    change by contacting vendors*.

    Have contacted one vendor and he is charging 15000/- amount to replace the meter.

      Dear Sir,
      I request that i will should get the new meter as so as possible. My meter is burnt on 20/12/2020 & i have given the complaint after incident happened. But still know i have not received a new meter. So pls look into in seriously and i hope that as soon as possible i will get the new meter. I have also attached the recept for new meter purchased.

                  I've paid bill on 4th March 2021 via Paytm for the month of February 2021 and it's due date is 12th March 2021. It's been 4 days but the payment is not reflected in mseb billing yet. Please check and resolve this issue before due date. Following are the details of account and payment receipt.:

                  Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL) has also shared the following operator reference number: "PAY[protected]" to confirm the payment. But the bill is still not updated or haven't received any confirmation message as I get every month.

                        My house electricity fluctuate (blink) within every 5 minutes. I think the electricity came from my home which this pole there are loose connection or wrong fitting. I am complaint about this matter for Mahavitaran ( msedcl )DT. 25.01.2021 also my many complaints register. Every complaints closed MSEB without customer confirmation, there problem problem slov or not. but there no any to take action in this matter.

                        There are ridiculous device. There no anyone take listen customer grivence and relove it. Only customer care representative registered complaint and area office close it without customer problem solv it.

                            Hello, my consumer no is[protected]
                            We have a commercial line in khalapur, khopoli. we have installed solar and we had a personnel from msedcl come and install our net meter.

                            Post this we have had bills coming of rs 200 every month.

                            what our understanding was that the solar is working well and thus we are not getting a bill of not more than 200 rs.

                            In Aug 2020 we received a bill of rs 200, suddenly in Sept 2020 we received a bill of 3.5 lacs. Which was not intimated to us in advance.
                            No past dues were reflecting over 3 years and now the company is telling us that our solar never worked. so why did they not intimate us all these years ?

                            in these times of pandemic when the business are already running slow, they are pressurizing us to make complete payment.

                            where as we paid 1.5 lacs within a month of receiving the bill.

                            even after paying the part payment, the electricity board comes evry saturday to cut our connection and we have to live without electricity and water.

                            we request you to please urgently look into the matter and waive off our bill. also please action a bill of rs 1.5 lacs already paid.

                            request you to also please share an email id where we can send all proofs of our bills, as the same is getting difficult to be uploaded on this portal.

                                    this is regarding excess billing for consumer number[protected] name Sanjay Ahuja shop number G31 wing A jayantinagari iv BESA Nagpur440037.
                                    During the month of Dec 2020 energy bill of Rs 410/- waspaid by the above conumer. the receipt of bill was also shownin payment history in the next energy bill for the month of Jan 2021. But whilw forwarding thr bill of supply bill this amount shown as outstanding and being added in the supply bill of Jan 2021.And total bill for Rs. 810/- was also paid on 29/1/2021.
                                    But I am sorry to write here that excess billing of Rs 410/- was not adjusted .Pl check and rectify irregularity.

                                      I paid electric bill amounting 14, 920/- on 01/3/21 at 9:54 am through Google pay for ग्राहक क्र. [protected] Due to system error I made extra another two transactions amounting 14, 590/- each on 01/3/21 at 09:54 am. Mistakenly I paid 28, 210/- rupees extra to MSEDL for electrical bill.
                                      I forwarded written application to MSEDL subedar layout electric section Tukdoji putla Nagpur. They are saying no revert back.
                                      As I'm rentee we have barely use of electricity since December 47-58 units have been used.
                                      So it's earnest request to you refund the money.
