Consumer no.:[protected]

While paying the latest bill ( INR. 1450) for the month "Nov. 20" from "Mahavitaran" mobile app, the bill amount was deducted from my UPI account (Amazon pay). But the same is not reflected on the app. That means, it can't be traced back or seen in payment history.

Here are the transaction details captured along with snapshots in Amazon pay

      Request for Replacement of new electricity meter

      I, am living at Ambegaon, Pune. I have made a written complaint for couldn't getting a electricity bill from past 8 months. After following personally so many times they have checked the meter and found faulty. Now I am waiting for my meter replacement since last 6 months have passed but still it's not replaced.           for month Nov I received bill Rs 870 rs for 100 unit but actual meter reading was not taken and current for today[protected] meter reading is 57 unit
          This needs to be corrected and have to take correct meter reading and charge bill accordingly

                  Dear MSEB Team,

                  Please look into our complaint on a serious note as we have been following up with you people for the last 2 months on a daily basis and it seems no one is bothered to resolve our problem.
                  Also, Mr. Patharkar the Somji Office Incharge is least bothered in answering the official calls from our side.

                  NOTE : At Least 3 -4 times i have gone to the office to get the complaint registered and every time they call me ( As i'm a senior citizen ) and there is no resolution and on top of it they give me a new deadline given. My Husband is paralyzed patient and I need to always leave him and come to the office. You people Can think how much inconvenience we need to face due to such good for Nothing Office Incharge people like Mr. Patharkar.

                  It is my humble request to please look into it and do the needful to get the complaint closed once for all.

                    In Malkapur taluka Buldhana district Warkhed saoli DP no. 2 in saoli shiwar there is problem of DP connection failure. All the connection are operating in open and chances of accidents. Please do the needful. There is a Failure of dp from day and farmers are suffering please do the needful.

                        I have raised almost 8-10 online complaints regarding faulty meter, however everytime i raise a complaint online, they directly close it without informing or updating.

                        My MSEB meter is not showing any display since May 2020, for which i have submitted 8-10 online complaints and couple of hand written applications in MSEB office located at Thermax Chowk, Chikhali, Pune, however the senior most person in office is saying that we don't have meters and will not replace it.

                        Also these MSEB people are charging me way too high than my regular consumption and they are not even ready to replace the meter not to adjust the bill.

                          Today 1/12/2020 at 6.30 pm, my brother open gate and got electric shocked when he fall we see the gate had electric current when we used to own with wooden block spark occurred in gate so we call Local MSCEB office they come but not got any fault in our line check poll but not getting any fualt and shocked stop but current come and go, we not get satisfactory solution. If any unhappening happened who get blame

                            Hi,
                            It's more than 6 months now where farmers are facing challenge of power cut or failures of agriculture. As everyone knows for Agriculture there is no power available for 24x7. Now adays ievery month we get to know schedule of the availability of power. This power failure is happening exactly during the time when the power is available for farmers.whenever anyone raise a complaint to local wireman, he informs that power failure is deliberately done by MSEB officer for doing maintenance work at same or different village within area. My question is why can't maintenance work to be done during
                            1. Weekly maintenance day defined for the area. For this area it's Tuesday.
                            2. Off hours when agriculture power is not ON for farmers.

                            One can understand if it's one of the instance. This power failures are happening almost every day since last 2-3 months. Power failures is from 1 hr to 5-6 hrs. Because of this farmers are suffering a lot for watering their agriculture plants. There is huge impact on agriculture produce.

                            Looks like this is happening mainly due to improper management.

                            Kindly look into this to avoid further impact.

                                Old faulty mechanical meter (No - [protected]) has been changed and new electronic one installed on 27 Sep 2020. Mahadiscom is still generating high average bills of Rs 4680/- for Oct & Nov 2020 though consumption as per new meter readings is much lesser. Current new meter reading is not shown on bill with remarks "METER CHNG". However in photograph the new meter reading is shown. But bill is for AVERAGE BILL.

                                    I have paid bill for the month of November 2020 on 17.11.2020 for Rs.1070, by SBI debit card, transaction number[protected] vide Airtel payment app, transaction number[protected].

                                    The said amount of Rs.1070 has been debited from SBI savings account but the transaction of payment is not reflected in payment history of Mahavitran nor receipt of payment has been generated.

                                    I am enclosing the screenshot of the message received and also the scanned copy of SBI passbook. Kindly do the needful and update payment particular on Mahavitran site and also send me the receipt for the same.

                                      I had submitted tarrif change on 2nd September 2020 request for consumer number[protected] at pulgaon urban subdivision (1881) dist-wardha. I received application number[protected] for the same in September 2020 but yet request is pending. 3 Billing cycle has been passed but no action on my pending application. I have getting huge amount of bill with commercial charges since last 3 month. So I request you to please do needful....
