I paid August 2020 month bill 1650.
And now they give 3000 bill only one month bill sep 2020
Meter reading is 361 and bill reading is 822
600 unit how is possible.
So pls help me.

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased a flat in wakad area and it was closed since possesion as no one leaves there, first few months got correct bill but after ther was regular bill of rs.330 raised every month by mseb for zero consumption, after lock down i have visited the my flat and come to know about the meter issue and raised online complaint first few complaints are closed without any action again i have called few time at call center and nothing has moved, now i am planning to shift to my new home hence requesting to resolve the meter issue and refund the excess billed amount since last year for zero consumption,

      Mseb office Nitti when we called first at 01.25am person named Prakash told tht they will be there in 1hr I told him the situation as noise is coming and its life threatening still he told it will take an hour I waited till 3.35 am then after calling 10 times he received my call and said tht work is going on in Royal palms and 1 hr more he was very rude we have a child rental beside my place crying continues this is irresponsible behaviour of the staff I request you to take a strict action against it
      It's now 05am still they are not here they said us to wait more 45min this is how mseb works they are saying they are only 2 people giving excuses paying so much bill of time this facility we are getting it's really a irresponsible behaviour towards public by a service provider strict action should be taken asap
      Now it's 6am the Guy who's name is Mr Bhosale is saying me to come and receive him as he is new to this area this is just disgusting behaviour MSEB should take strict action regarding this issues just taking complaints online when u know the names strict action should be taken regarding this people who r just taking salary and resting in office troubling normal people

        I have already paid bill of Feb. billno.(GCN [protected] )dtd.[protected]. by cheque of Bank of India Vashi br.0n[protected].vide receipt no.B[protected], the amt is debited to my a/c. but it is not shown in ur bills nd this amt is shown as pending.
        In the meantime as bills raised by ur office i have made on line payment of Rs.6070 on[protected]. however amt of rs. 6070 is also not adjusted in bill of june 20. this bill raised by ur office is for units for more than three months consumption. Since adjustments are not made of amts paid, further bills r pending.
        As i understand ur office is now considering to send revised bills for March/April/May /June for unit consumption as per 2019. i[censored] consider this pattern then also bills would not b to the extend that u have sent.
        i request u to confirm revied bill amounts as stated above to enable me to make payment as per actual unit consumption.
        hope u would consider my request in right perspective and oblige.

              Our Complaint No.2650944 dtd.25.06.20, 2680793 dtd.31.07.20 & 2704023 dtd.06.09.2020 yet not considered by MSEDCL. so please look into it very very seriously. we have recd electricity for july-2020 is very very high for Rs.3420 .is un-affordable for residential consumer .we always get the bill on an average range of Rs .500 to 1200 .we have recd bill three to four times higher than regular bill.

              Please look into it as per attached bill copy in image.for consumer no.[protected] for billing no.4160

              This is very serious matter for high energy bill which we have already to you but there is no solution since last month but very surprise to get high energy bill.

              i have lodge the complaint in writing on dtd 4th Nov, 2020 but till date there is no feedback . now the residential consumer bill liability is shown as Rs.6950/- where the is no adjustment for Excess amount paid During Covid-19 period higher erergy bill

              WE HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE TO PAY THE BILLS AS THIS IS ESSENCIAL SERVICE .BUT THERE IS NO SOLUTION FOR NORMAL INDIAN CITIZEN.
              TILL DATE WE ARE RECEIVING HIIGH ENERGY BILLS.

                  आपणास कळवू इच्छितो कि चालू महिन्याचे सप्टेंबर २०२० चे वीज बिल रुपये १४२०/- आकारण्यात आले आहे, म्हणजे मागील वीज बिल पाहता वीज बिलाच्या ६ पट जास्त आकारण्यात आले आहे .
                  आपणास कळू इच्छितो तो कि आपण वरील ग्राहक नंबर चे या आधीचे बिल पाहावेत,
                  LOCK DWON असताना सुद्धा मी आपल्या मीटर चे बिल नियमित भरत आहे,
                  वाढीव वीज बीला संदर्भात आपल्या टोल फ्री नंबर वर वारंवार फोने करून कोणीही निर्णयात्मक उत्तर देत नाहीत,

                  तरी आपणास विनंती आहे कि माझे वीज बिल कमी करून देण्यात यावेत.

                    Hi team,

                    Have received this month bill with tremendous amount. Instead my premise is off since feb'20 and all subsequent bills has been paid. Also from they are charging rs. 2500 approx for 12 unit consumption. Don't know how they calculated the same.

                      I made a payment for my msedc bill on 18 August 2020 for ₹670 via google pay app.
                      The amount was deducted from my SBI bank account but the bill payment was failed. I have raised the dispute then it showing dispute raised with bharat billpay.Dispute status will be updated once recieved from Bharat Billpay.

                      now it has been 1 month still amount is not deposited in my account

                        I live in bhugaon, whistling meadows society. From last 5 months we are facing power failures for hrs on daily basis. We have submitted a complaint to ganesh khind subdivision office as well. Also on daily basis I am raising so many complaints and sent email to [protected]@ho.mahadiscom.in. no permanent solution is been provided to us till date and it is causing so much problem.

                            वरील विषयास अनुसरून आपणास विनंतीपूर्वक अर्ज सादर करतो कि मी नितळी गावचा रहिवासी असून माझे मीटर कनेक्शन आहे हे माझ्या वडिलांच्या नावावर म्हणजेच भालचंद्र काशिनाथ माळी यांच्या नावावर आहे व माझा ग्राहक क्रमांक[protected] हा आहे..तरी आपणास विनंती करतो की गावामध्ये जास्त प्रमाणात वीज चोरीचे प्रमाण वाढले आहे व वीज चोरीचे प्रमाण याबद्दल लाईन मॅन यांना याबद्दल तोंडी समोरासमोर सूचना दिल्या असून त्यांनी याबद्दल काहीच दखल घेतली नाही. त्यामुळे गावातील ज्यांचे मीटर कनेक्शन आहे त्यांनासुद्धा यावी चोरीच्या प्रमाणामुळे अंधारात राहावे लागत आहे, तरी महावितरण अधिकारी यांनी या प्रकरणाची दखल घेऊन तरी गावामध्ये सात दिवसाच्या हात अचानक लाईन मॅन यांना माहीत नसताना किंवा कोणालाही माहीत नसताना अचानक गावामध्ये पथक बोलावून वीज चोरीच्या प्रकरणावर आळा घालण्याचे काम करावे ..जर असे नाही झाले तर महावितरण यांनी माझ्या जितके दिवस लाईट बंद असेल त्याची नुकसान भरपाई द्यावी..असे काही नाही झाले तर मी वीज बिल भरणार नाही...याची महावितरण यांनी नोंद घ्यावी...
                            आवश्यक...सूचना..3 दिवसमदे नितळी गावातील. 2 डीपी जलाले आहेत..वीज चोरीमुळे...
                            आपण गावातील मिटर कनेक्शन किती आहे त.. व वीज किती वापरली जाते याची नोंद घ्यावी..मी आपणास वीज चोरीचे काही व्हिडिओ पाठवत आहे...

                                Our average consumption of power is around 400+ units while in the month of june we were charged for 1841 units which is 4+ times more. I am aware many have complained about the same.
                                We are aware company officials could not come to take meter reading but somewhere someone in msedcl do not know how to take average.
                                Is there a remedy to this?
                                We should get a revised bill to be paid.

                                  I have paid an amount of Rs 34610 to MSEB on 07th Aug 20 via UPI.The payment has not been credited to MSEB and also didn't got refund.
                                  Transaction ID[protected].
                                  It was paid through linked account with HDFC bank.Please confirm on priority as this month's bill has got combined amount to be paid and is due soon.

                                    I am a resident of Kondhwa Pune and facing a power outage of more than 12 hours by now. Already lodged a complain with mseb and called then 4 times. Everytime they are only taking feed backs but issue has not been resolved yet.
